Service here is great. I come here about 2 times a week This is a Bww. What more can you really say about it. This location is good I suppose. Sitting at the bar is a little bit lousy because the air vents are shooting at you and its hard to not get the chills. They say they get complaints all the time, but can't seem to get deflectors to make it better. Anyways, Bww has gotten better and their wings are good size now. As for the Blaine location, come here for Bree, she is worth coming back for. Lol read more

Literally the worst. Came in for my pick up order, and the poor employees were just staring at everyone who was coming in for their pickups and I thought they were going to faint. Got takeout from here today. We ordered online and they estimated the order would be ready at 11:50. Showed up around 11:54 and the order wasn't ready until 12:10. Tried paying using a gift card. The first couple times I swiped the card it was declined. The worked seemed to not care or even try to do any troubleshooting the situation. I asked to check the balance on the card and I also suggested to try to "run the card as credit" as it was stated on the gift card. The workers response was "that shouldn't change anything." Well it worked after that. When I got home I discovered one of the boxes of wings we ordered were wrong. I've worked the service industry for a period of time and generally these things don't bother me, but this time nearly every aspect of my experience was poor. Well you can't say I don't keep trying. How difficult can it be to dump food in a dryer and have it come out crispy? For about the 3rd time in a row, cold wings, buffalo chips that were soft inside and out. I probably didn't read the menus correctly, but I thought the food would be warm if not hot. I give this place 5stars for big screens and televisions tuned to everything from business to every sport imaginable. I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings but don't get Take-out if you are in any sort of hurry. This is my 3rd time getting takeout since Covid started and I've had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready each time and as much as 30 minutes past. At the most I've gotten a "sorry" but nothing further was done to make up for the delay of these orders. Today my order came out 15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. They are really good food. If I did not have time to wait they have a seperate window where I can just place my order for take-out. Even though they are known for their wings, they also offer salad and sandwiches as well. Of course their food is made after you order it. I have been a regular customer of BWW for quite sometime. From the enormous beer selection to the service I'm a huge fan of this Blaine location. Obviously wings are their thing. They're pretty much what you expect. However, their other menu choices deserve some praise. Onion rings always crispy served with a great smoky mayo sauce...yum. The salads are always fresh and the use of leafy green lettuce (not iceberg) make them a great choice. I'm a huge craft beer fan and BWW has some fine choices. They also carry seasonal beers on tap. The staff is very attentive and quick. Very rarely have I had to wait for service more than a few minutes. The bathrooms are terrific. Stalls with doors (actual doors and walls for stalls) always soap and paper towels. I've never found them dirty or disgusting. I do wish I could reach a trash can to throw away the paper towels after I open the door! If there is a game on I want to see I simply ask and one of the tv's in my view is turned to that game. This BWW has some great staff and will try to fulfil any requests even special order food items. read more

I've always been a fan of BWW and never had any problem with them...up until an incident a few weeks ago. I was running errands with my baby and was hungry so I phone in my order of traditional wings and potatoe wedges with celery and ranch dressing. I should've check my order before leaving like I usually do, but I was in a hurry and in all my years of eating BWW they've never gotten my order wrong. I was quite disappointed when I got home to discover that I had no celery and instead of traditional wings I got a box of boneless wings. I do not like the batter on the boneless wings and since I paid $20 for my food, I wanted it done right. I call the restaurant and was super polite about it. The girl on the phone was super nice, but right away she asked me if I wanted talk to the manager. I simply told her, all I wanted were my wings and I was willing to drive back and return them if they'd take them back. She gladly told me I could return them and they would throw in a few extra wings for my trouble. I got there, got my wings and was about to leave when the cashier told me to wait so she could speak to the manager about getting me a discount for my next visit. I was pleasantly surprised and happy because I was not looking to get a discount or anything I just wanted my order done right. Instead, I waited for 10 minutes only to be met with a manager who asked me if my issue was taken care of. I replied yes and he asked me if there was anything else I needed, like spoons, fork or napkins. I told him no and he asked again if there was anything else I needed from them. I felt like a fool, his tone had a hint of hostility in it and the way he was asking me made it sound like I was looking for something out of this whole situation, which was certainly not the case. After, I replied with a final no, I'm good. He thanked me and told me to have a nice day. I walked out feeling dumb, like I was the one in the wrong. I never got extra wings like the girl promised me, which is fine as I wasn't looking for anything more than what I ordered and paid for. I just wished they hadn't made all these promises of giving me free things only to make me look like a fool in the end. read more

The food is fine. Everything is on plastic plates and bowls, not very environmental. The boneless wings are my favorite. The veggies are usually good. We have gotten some that must have been day old or bottom of the barrel. That is rare though. The noise really bothers me (I wear hearing aids). It has been so loud we barely can hear the wait staff yelling into our ears from a few inches away. Always willing to find a sport on a television of your choice, which is great for a soccer fan myself. The food is great. I had bad service one time at the previously northtown location. Brian the manger responded promptly and made the rest of the time great. I highly recommend going during happy hour because beers are a bit spendy but the have 20 taps available so it's worth it if you want something different. The previous time I was there, they were out of supplies for mojitos. Still 5 stars as a place to go for good food and atmosphere. read more

It was to my absolute delight that I discovered a Buffalo Wild Wings opened very close to my house when I came home from college. This doesn't vary wildly from any other Buffalo Wild Wings, aside that the layout seems better than the one at Northtown and maybe even a bit bigger. Great food, great service, great place to watch a game. I went to the Blaine, MN location on 109th today for lunch. My brother ordered the boneless chicken wings with parm garlic and I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. Not sure why they don't use much sauce but both were very skimpy on the sauce. I had to look twice for the sauce on my chicken sandwich. Not much parm garlic on the boneless wings. Been here many times, last time I tried the wings in a wrap! Best of both worlds! In the chicken wrap you choose if you want grilled or crispy, then you choose the sauce you like! ummmm YUM! Mine came with chips and salsa. I'm a wimp, and the salsa was spicy so next time I'll upgrade to fries. As an appetizer we got the queso dip, VERY GOOD! Highly reccomend it! I did the to go pick up order and the man working behind the counter was so friendly and just had a great attitude. It's very rare to see someone like that working. Having visited this location more than once, I didn't think it would fail as bad as it did this last Saturday. It was a fairly busy time with the dining room and bar near full. There were a number of tables in the bar area that were not yet cleared, but clearly did not have anyone sitting there. Upon seeing one, my party went and bussed it ourselves, we didn't need someone to do it for us. Apparent.y that was a collars all mistake as one of the high school/college hostesses came up to us and told us that could not happen. Why? The staff has to wipe down the table, no one else can wipe it down. Um, really? Yes came the response on top of the added comments that there was a waiting list for the bar area and it would be 15-30 minutes before something was open. Offended by the rude and condescending hostess, my party left and waited for me in the parking lot. Trying to understand the situation I stood at the hostess stand and attempted to speak with the initial hostess as well as two additional hostesses of rough;y the same age. With blank stares from the three workers, I asked why the table wasn't being c;earned by the staff as allegedly necessary and, if there truly was a wait for this table, why wasn't it being cleaned? Furthermore, seeing as how no one was waiting for the bar but for the dining room instead, I asked how it was possible there was a wait of 15-20 minutes. Anyways, I was thorough;y disappointed by the demeanor of the three hostesses, their rude and sorely lacking comments and explanation, and a clear fault in handling customer service. This is apparently the new Northtown BWW relocation. It is a little difficult to get to and the parking lot was over full when we tried them out on their Grand Opening this Monday, November 18th for Happy Hour. Their drink and appetizer specials were lacking, and there was no dinner specials after 7pm on Mondays. They have the standard Tuesday / Thursday wing specials however. They were playing club style music at a volume that didn't allow much conversation. The TV layout and viewing angles are great and this will be a great place to watch the game. The temperature in the restaurant was a bit cold even with a full crowd, the far end of the restaurant in the bar was very drafty even away from the door. Hopefully they will improve their week day specials as they are competing with a lot of sports bar type restaurants in the local vicinity who offer higher quality food at less price. read more

In the end had to ask the server multiple times to bring our food to-go and that we had to leave. Asked what the hold up was, she told us the kitchen was backed up, looked around and there was maybe 6 other tables. No manager addressed the situation and no follow ups from the serving staff. Got back to work and the food was cold and inedible. Reported the issue on their corporate site and received an email with a link to their nutritional information... huh? I visited with my girlfriend and between us we had 3 beers that were supposed to be $3.50 for happy hour, and instead we got $4.50 talls. Ok, that's not too big of a deal. However, in addition, I asked for two things with 3 wings and both of those came out with 4 wings, I was charged for the 8. Next, we weren't told there's a charge for each ranch, and each celery that we received. I assumed these were complimentary with the price of the wings, so in total I had about $7 in things that I either didn't ask for, or thought were free.(I asked for ranch, instead of bringing out just one, I got 3 with no notification of how much they cost) When I go to a very casual dining place I'm accustomed to being told things cost extra. Whereas, a place like the Blaine Tavern, Crave, or other upscale place that I would expect everything to have a charge since it is a more upscale dining area. Anyway, our bill for 18 wing(20 given to us, and we were charged for) 1 BBQ Pulled pork sandwich, 3 beers ($4.50 Michelob Golden light on happy hour) came out to $40.XX About $7 of the bill was for 3 ranches, 2 things of celery, and vinegar for fries. After tip, which I certainly didn't pay 20% for was over $46, what a rip off for things on special... I'll be visiting places like the tavern, Fridays,or Chilis, and get better value for my money. When I dine during a happy hour I don't expect to spend $40.00 for 3 happy-hour-priced beers, a wing special, and a sandwich. Expect to be nickel and dimed for every little thing that you ask for, even if you don't ask, effectively removing any savings of a previously mentioned special day, or happy hour. This is the first BWW that I've been charged for ranch or celery, for whatever it is worth... Again, go elsewhere and you'll get a lot better food than a belly full of wings for forty bucks! read more

Service has been horrible my friends and I went here for some quality wings, we were told a 25 min wait, we were given our food almost an hour later. On top of it all they tried to serve one of our distinguished scholars boneless when he ordered traditional due to his gluten allergy. Once we finally got our food most of my wings didn't have any sauce on them, crazy right. The televisions weren't on, we all wanted to catch up on some sports scores, instead we sat there in silence. Created a Yelp account just to counteract some of the hate that I've seen here. I've been to this location numerous times, and have never had anything less than a great experience. Unless you've been living in a cave for the past 15 years or so, you're familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings - it's not just a sports bar, it's THE sports bar. They've built their business on a well-deserved reputation for great wings, and we're starting to see them emerge more and more as a craft beer destination as well. This particular location is one of the few places in the north metro where you can actually find Fulton Sweet Child of Vine on tap, and I order it every time I'm there. I've had the burgers, the buffalitos, and a wide variety of their appetizers (the fried pickles are a family favorite). All have been good, although they do cook their burgers to a medium-well (I believe it indicates this in their menu, but I could be wrong), and I'm a fan of medium-rare. Still, the burgers are nowhere near "burned like charcoal," as another review has said.They still have good flavor, and the varieties of burgers they offer is a nice change from the standards you get most places. The buffalitos are a great option if you're looking for something a little lighter, or just aren't in the mood for wings. And of course, if you ARE in the mood for wings, you'll be hard-pressed to find better anywhere else. What has set this place apart for me, however, is the service. It can be a touch slow at times, but honestly if you want to be in and out of a place in 30 minutes then go to McDonald's. I was there during the USA Cup soccer tournament this summer, and even with a million kids and parents running all over the place, they got my food out within a reasonable timeframe. And they are some of the friendliest servers I've come across in this part of town. Everyone smiles, they all greet you as they pass by, and they really do care about your experience. The addition of the Service Captain position is a minor stroke of genius - you have one person whose only job is to come around to your table and get you whatever you need - samples, refills, trivia boards, whatever. It's a great concept, and this store executes it nearly flawlessly. The only reason I give this place a 4 instead of 5 is the prices, particularly with regard to their drinks. $7-8 for a beer (even a craft) is steep for this neck of the woods; in town it might be more reasonable, but out in the suburbs it's a couple bucks over what we're used to, and places like Brick's and The Roadside are typically $1-2 less (typically). Their happy hour is excellent, however; they have a list of $3 appetizers, all Jack Daniels and Captain Morgan drinks are $3, and iirc, they take $2 off of all craft beers. I've hit happy hour with my son on boneless Thursdays, and we've eaten for under $20 including tip. If their regular prices were more reasonable, this would be an easy 5 star rating for me. BWW is just a great all-around sports bar with excellent service. read more

Been to this Blaine bdubs twice. This one disappoints in service. Don't know if it was because we were Asian (I served and know that most Asians in general don't tip as nice) but the second time we (two people) sat for 12-13 minutes without anyone stopping by to say hi or grab drinks. After 15 minutes, we got up and left. We came in during the non-rush hours at 4:02pm, left at 4:19pm. Yes, we timed it because we were checking out phone the whole time. There was maybe 7 tables in the half of the store we were in, so it wasn't too busy to al least stop by to grab drinks or acknowledge get we were there. The first visit in Blaine was similar. Went to the other bdubs in Roseville, got sat and serve in 2-3 minutes. Much more friendly and fast in Roseville. read more
