The one star isn't for the food. We enjoy the food once in a while. This was for their outdoor patio which was geared for ONLY smokers. It's still COVID, and my family only eats on outdoor patios at restaurants. We sat outside as we usually do, and every single table had an ashtray. Three different tables began smoking, it was absolutely disgusting. We couldn't even breathe. We were forced inside. Why not section off a small area for smokers instead of the whole outdoor patio? Where are families who are still covid conscious supposed to eat? This is the ONLY restaurant we encountered such an issue. No other restaurants even allow smoking on their grounds, inside or outside, as it should be!! We will never come back to this location ever again because of this. Still feels clean and new with tons of TVs in here. Not that it was packed for NBA finals night when we went, but if it were it wouldn't matter where you were seated as there's a TV in view. Foodwise, just your typical wings and bar fare, nothing out of this world. Average service, I think they might have been understaffed as it took some time in between getting our servers attention to reorder drinks or ask for more water. They seem to have the to-go system down though. We were seated nearby and orders kept coming out in bags and usually two staff members were on hand taking care of it. Well, so unfortunate that I feel obligated to write this but here it goes. My wife and I came in on a Wednesday night at 6:00pm. We sat at a table just to the left of the door. We waited "along with tables that were already seated in front and behind us" I kid you not 20 minutes. At that point we still had not been created by a server. My wife and I elected to move up to the bar because at least some action was there.. we get up and moved. Now at the bar the bar tender did not even take our drink order FOR ANOTHER 10MINS. All of the food was unexpectedly very good especially the nachos and the boneless wings. Im giving this the extra star as my kids love the boneless wings. I don't care for them as they have a thick hard batter. The teriyaki bbq sauce is very good. You can try all the sauces before ordering. They bring the sample w some fries. Appetizers. Mozzarella sticks and corn dogs are delicious. The chips & salsa were terrible of the 8 of us no one could eat them. (3-7 pm weekdays $3 happy hour) As for the meal. I do not recommend the overcooked dry burger or the side salad in place of fries which by the way was an extra 1.70 charge that she neglected to mention. Side salad was wilted and not good. The pork sandwich I hear was ok. The others all ordered the boneless wings with variety of sauces and they enjoyed them. They do give you a handheld device about the size of an iPad mini to play trivia questions on the big screen or other games. Some enjoyed doing this. As we were leaving and they were less busy I observed them handing one to a young child waiting as her group waited for their table. Otherwise they give you one when seated. As for the service. You must keep in consideration how busy they were. We waited about 35 minutes to get a table. And my boyfriend showed her his passport and because the store was slow and she feel like she wasn't going to get no tips. She just assumed we weren't going to tip her so she said that the passport didn't look like me and also his ID didn't look like him when in reality his hair was just a little longer than before he didn't have his glasses on I feel like this restaurant does not take u seriously when they are not busy like i said we waited about 45-50 minutes to be acknowledged and I had to go to the front to get her attention and she tried to act like she was sorry when she said that we were waiting for so long just first just for her to reject my passport and my boyfriends ID. We come here about once every other week. We usually do online ordering for pick up. Sometimes it takes a long time and the staff doesn't notice you. If you never been to a BWW there is a separate area for take out, but no one is ever there. The service is definitely a hit or miss. We asked for a booth and the hostess and to go start bussing and cleaning off a booth . All the workers standing around doing a whole lot of nothing.
