It's good for what it is... a fun, inexpensive night out with mediocre food. The wait staff is mediocre too... not very outgoing or friendly, they all seem brand new to the business. All the tables are smooshed into a huge room.... very "blah". Absolutely nothing special aside from a place to get wings in a million different flavors. I do like how the calories are listed next to every menu item. I avoided a wrap I would normally have gotten, which had more calories in it than I consume in one day. We went with friends, table of 4 and we split 50 (5 flavors) wings. Being able to order 50 wings was pretty cool. read more

Got bubble gut from this place. Staff outstanding. Food tasted good. 4 hours later stomach was killing me. I think a little cross contamination may be the culprit. BWW is better anywhere else except in this location. Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday around 10:30 last night. The place wasn't crowded at all and we were a small group of 3, which was cool to me and we only saw two waitresses on the floor making the rounds (there were only 3-4 tables occupied in the entire place. We stood there waiting to be seated for a while and saw the waitresses delivering checks to two of the tables. They looked over at us a couple of times but didn't say anything. We waited ten minutes. Another five..Still nothing. Okay, cool. We left and went across the street to Quaker Steak and Lube which was crowded and had much better service. For a way better Buffalo Wild Wings, I recommend going to the one near Monmouth Mall. read more

Since the place has opened I have gone a few times. I was happy the first couple time with the service, however the food was a bit eh. I got a chicken sandwich the first time but the piece of chicken was only half the size of the bun provided for said sandwich. My fiance's wings were great as they should be. This past time however my fiance got wings again, the dry cajun rub which are normally very good and once again were. However, the blue cheese was sweet, which of course it should not be! He was not happy for the rest of the meal and for the night his stomach did not feel "right." I however got the chicken salad and it was outstanding. Food and drinks were fine. Nothing fancy but I didn't expect fancy. The 3 very adorable bartenders came to work to socialize with each other and text on their phones. The surprising thing was that at one point a Manager walked behind the bar and the behavior did not change. So apparently this is acceptable for the staff to be on their phones at work. The other problem was a group of male patrons near us who were obsessively loud. I know I'm in a sports bar and it is loud but the foul language was so loud that we could not have a conversation with each other when they were talking. It was not just cheering for the games, it was their normal conversation and it was disturbing everyone around them. As the day wore on they were joined by staff. A fun place, especially during sporting events. It can be a bit noisy, but that's what happens when you pair sports, beer and lots of food to pick on while cheering for your favorites. A good place to go for socializing with friends or hanging out with co-workers. The general manager and manager are both good people, very friendly and so are most of the wait staff. Yes, people may have put comments about service in the review, but when this place is crowded it is really hopping so some missing forks and napkins are to be expected. Just ordered a 20 piece traditional wings along with potato wedges and onion rings. The wings were so old and dried out we couldn't even eat them. This is the second time we've tried their wings and both times they were terrible. I wouldn't waste any more money on these wings. The one star is for the onion rings and potato wedges. However once my friend & I sat at a high top table, we were sitting there for about 20-25 mins to wait for a waiter/waitress to take our order. 5 waitresses passed by our table without asking if we were being helped. There was a couple that sat next to us 5 mins after we sat down & they were immediately served. We ended up walking out & going somewhere else. I have been to the Brick, NJ location three times, each time with my children. The wait staff if friendly enough, but not very quick to take your order or pick up the check. The food is "OK", but they do not advertise healthy gourmet food. I go there on Fridays, which is 1/2 price appetizers all day which is very very nice. The bathrooms are clean and everyone if friendly enough, though SOME of the staff do seem a bit disinterested in the customers and more about socializing with each other. read more

Super Bowl Sunday. First time at BWW. My wife ordered a large basket of wings, with hot bbq sauce. They included a bunch of packets, and said to make the sauce later, just open all the packets, into the container, then toss the wings in the dry mix. Party time, we opened the packets, they are all just wet wipes for cleaning up the hands. So, no sauce at all. Just wings, quality just okay. Called, phone rings 20 times, then disconnects. Wings, wings and more wings! The options for either the sauces or the seasonings were amazing! Of course the typical buffalo-wings-eater might be flabbergasted with all the choices. So far, we have tried the honey mustard, asian zing, mango habanero and blazin for the sauces. For the seasonings, we have tried the salt and vinegar, and lemon pepper. The asian zing and mango habanero were sweet and spicy. The blazin was oh so very hot but the typical buffalo wings sauce. The salt and vinegar one tastes like chicken that's deep fried. For kids, I suggest to just try the non-spicy ones first. The menu has the level of hotness so be sure to keep that in mind. Serving size for the salad was huge. It's good for two people if you're ordering wings too. Ambiance: It's definitely a to-go spot if you're a sports fan. Would be a fantastic place to hang-out to watch football or basketball. There's plenty of seats and the place is pretty clean. They have ipads too that's link with the on-screen games. Good for kids too. read more

Love it here! Its a sports bar kinda so they have loud music. The food is amazing and so is the staff. Heres what i ordered.. mozzarella sticks-- delicious & well seasoned. The atmosphere is loud but for a place that looks tiny from the outside the inside was spacious and roomy. They offered great deals during gametime which includes $5 pitchers of Bud Light which is alway a plus. Our server was not very good and seemed to disappear for extended periods of time only to reappear when food was brought to the table. Our drink cups sat empty the majority of the time. The manager seemed to hang out in front of the atm machine with all of the servers crowding around her actively involved in a conversation rather than tending to patrons at the tables. We do enjoy this place and will return due to the special and great food but the service needs major improvement. read more

I'll give one example, but last night was a terrible "out to eat" experience... 4 of us were served our wings with no napkins, checked on by manager and waitress who never noticed. When we asked for napkins, our waitress said "sure" and took 2 steps away to next table of 8 to take their order. We were 4 pages away from point podium where i got up to get them myself. Terrible from the moment we walked in. So me and my friend walked in with Starbucks drinks that were not get finished. The hostess informed us we could not have the drinks inside of the building, which is more than understandable. We got asked her if we'll be able to throw them out inside, she repeated again that the drinks are not allowed inside of the building which she already told us then we said well where can we throw them out? She told us we could go to the garbage can outside. Then when we come back in, we request if we could get a booth and she says let me check if one is clean, she walks half way across the restaurant and then yells and waves for us to come to the table. Finally upon sitting down, we're not greeted by our waitress for about 15 minutes. Finally when our waitress does come, we have to beg for utensils, refills, my friends order that had mozzarella sticks did it come with marinara my wing combo never came out with coleslaw and our waitress had no urgency in getting the items that were included in our meals. The wait staff has always been good to us - even in the dining room! We have been to BWW in Brick about 10 times and we love it. Yes it can be loud and Yes it can be busy. This was my family's first visit to the newly opened Buffalo Wild Wings in Toms River. Unfortunately, I air on the side that it may be our last. It seemed to be good fortune that a 10-minute wait turned into virtually no wait as we were seated but a few minutes after putting our names in. We were promptly greeted by our friendly waitress who told us the drink specials and took our drink orders. Mostly we got water and soda but I did get a margarita, which suffice it to say, tasted more like margarita mix than tequila and mix. Finally after careful deliberation, we were prepared to order our food. We decided to get The Sampler and the Jalapeño Pepper Bites for appetizers to maximize our experience.Then we ordered a few burgers and wings for entrees. After a reasonable amount of time, our appetizers arrived. They looked good and we were ready to eat them. Within a minute, our entrees then came to the table as well. We were quite surprised and overwhelmed to find this happen. We informed the waitress who apologized for the overlap. Then, it happened that the manager came by to see how everything was. We informed him of the unexpected entree arrival and all he did was apologize. There was no offer to help make our experience better or anything more than "I apologize for that and will let them know." Let who know exactly, I can't be sure as he is the manager... To add insult to injury, we never received a side order of fries or the added pulled pork to one of the burgers - both of which were on the bill. Good thing we mentioned it prior to receiving the final total. All in all, the food was fine. I had no complaints as to the taste and uniqueness of the dishes. I realize they only have a few weeks under their belt, but in my opinion, they haven't given me cause for much faith or confidence to want to stop in again. read more

Made the mistake of eating at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Brick, NJ yesterday...had gin & tonic (little gin/more tonic - which was flat), Street Tacos / Brisket Tacos and Fried Pickles...have been up all night with serious intestinal issues...it seems that the kitchen (waitress stated that they were "backed-up") probably rushed our order and served us food that was under-cooked (or under-microwaved)...lesson learned - don't eat at Buffalo Wild WIngs...I gave it one star because it was the lowest available, plus it is still too high...I paid for food that made me sick...the only satisfaction I will receive from this meal is when the intestinal issues subside. read more

Just ordered 10 wings thru their website because I had saw a recommendation on a blog to order half BWW's spiciest sauce paired with half of their mildest sauce to cool down the burn - so I ordered the 10; 5 Blazin and 5 Sweet BBQ. Eating this released such an unhealthy amount of serotonin in my brain that I'm afraid that this is going to be my new addiction. The wings were sooo physically hot and crispy and the sauce coverage was perfect. I thought the Blazin was going to miserable but honestly it's hand down one of the best sauces in the whole menu - smokiness paired with natural pepper flavor and the perfect amount of blazing, yet doable, heat. I could of ate the entire order as Blazin but the combination with sweet BBQ .. chefs kiss perfection. Both drowned in blue cheese with double veggies was a slam dunk dinner.. definitely going back even though it was around $22. Pricey but Worth it!!! read more
