We usually come to b dubs once a month, recently we have stopped coming because service has stunk. The food is always good, never a problem there. Our faith was restored in this place today due to the service we received in the bar from Rania. We will be coming back again soon thanks to her. Our drinks arrived promptly and food was right on time as well. The only bad thing is that out of all the times we have been here a manager has never asked us how our food was. I would like to remind BW3s that January 7, 2019 is the date in which a National Championship will be played. It seems like you will need the entire year to prepare after my experience last night. Just so we are clear, a sports bar should be aware when a massive national sporting event is taking place. Certainly the B-Dubs in Carmel was not prepared for the rush of people that arrived promptly at 7:30pm last night, right before Alabama weaseled its way into another CFP title. Our bartender clearly had no idea a huge football game was scheduled for that evening. I am sure by now you can probably surmise that the service provided last night was sub par. Let me start by saying the place was relatively empty for such a high profile game. Nonetheless, the bartender made a point to complain to us that she had to pick up the shift and was very frustrated with the rush. I was surprised to hear that considering her income is dependent on the number of patrons drinking. On to the second thing you are "famous" for, beer! I was happy to hear that 3Fs Zombie Dust was on tap, what a surprise considering it is one of the hardest beers to find anywhere. We ordered up three talls and were told that this beer was limited to pints, along with all IPAs according to our bartender. No worries, just about every establishment in Indy limits your Dust intake due to popularity. About 20 mins later, two of our three beers arrived. The bartender announced who wants beer now and who is the odd man out that needs to wait while we tap another keg. I was with a few college buddies from out of town so I offered to wait so my thirsty friends could wet their whistle. I knew for sure that there was no chance I would get a Zombie Dust but the bartender insisted they had another keg and it would be out shortly. Another 15 or 20 goes by and a few more of our group arrives. The bartender comes back with bad news, that was it for Three Floyd's. It was at that moment I could tell this might be a long night for beer service. The group I was with takes pride in drinking quality beer, so they had plenty of questions considering there was NO TAP LIST! I could tell our bartender was getting frustrated and had NO CLUE about local beer. The worst part came when she tried to justify which beer was available in tall and which was only pints. She first claimed it was only IPAs due to high alcohol content. She then shot down a request for a tall lager. Oddly enough she seemed eager to feed us as many pints as we wanted with no regard. Even more interestingly, she would gladly serve us tall glasses of Sun King Osiris, an American Pale with nearly 6% abv. Now keep in mind, I've been at the bar for nearly an hour and still have not been served. Finally more beer arrives and the server asks us to order another round right then because she is swamped and wants to go out for a cig. At this point I was pretty surprised at how little she cared about our experience. No up-sells for food, didn't offer water, and continued to make us feel like ordering more beer was a burden. Of course we ordered more beer at that point per her advice. When she brought the second round she clearly had forgotten or mixed up the order. She just named a bunch of beers and sat them on the table. She noticed she brought one extra and proclaimed we would have to fight for the free beer. Luckily we know our beer well enough to determine who ordered what based on color, the problem was she still brought out the wrong beers. One of the guys placed an order for food and it was an eternity until the cold appetizer showed up. Ironically at the same time the staff decided to post up at the table beside us with food so hot you could see the steam. Not gonna lie, that pissed me off. Especially when our waitress stoped there first to have some smoking hot queso before taking our next drink order. She literally still had food in her mouth when she asked us what we wanted for round three. Now I am not the type of person to complain, especially when I am with a group of friends. My friends all made jokes about how shitty the service was but nobody said anything. I even gave our bartender 20% tip because my wife used to serve and I know how hard it is to make ends meet. I haven't been to a b-dubs since college and I really didn't feel the nostalgia from those good days. Maybe focus on hiring people who like sports and beer for your sports themed bar, just a thought. Best wings we have found, but service varies. Although it is quite entertaining to watch to the bartender flirt with men at the bar. Entertainment watching her probably worth a slow service time. Always aim for sitting in the guy server's section, unless you're a hot single man. read more

Service is the poorest I have had in any Buffalo Wild Wings across 3 Midwestern states. Even when I order to go they make mistakes with order. This is despite the fact that they open and show you what they are giving. Often they will miss the sauce or side you requested. read more

I've been here multiple times and the food and service have always been good. Servers were always prompt and polite. No issues there. That's what really gives this place 4 stars. The food...well, it's BWW...not amazing but well worth the money. You won't be disappointed with the food you get here unless you're expecting some sort of gourmet meal. Like all BWW locations this is a cool place to meet up with friends, have some grub and a few beers and maybe catch a game or two. I'll definitely come back. read more

I'm always a fan of buffalo wild wings but unfortunately this time I got a grilled chicken wrap with Asian Zing sauce (amazing combo) and I tasted more cheese and wrap than chicken. The 4 star for this location would be the size of my wife's wings. I had recently noticed a little slip in the size of the wings prior but this time the portion size was great. That's the reason to go to BWW, the size of the wing and the selection of sauces. I will give them another try because I'm for the most part always satisfied with my food. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has been a favorite of ours in several cities we have lived in. I have noticed a change in this restaurant over the three years we have lived here. And this one was good until the last 2 times we have been here. On both occasions it took a very, very long time to get our food. And when it finally did come it was not hot. I have just given up on this BWW. I had to send the wings back twice, they were literally like in a bowl of wing soup, they were literally drenched. Next time they came out still drenched and cold. It's like someone just emptied a jar of wing sauce on them from Kroger. This was not the first time I was burned at BWW. The third time they came out they were still not very good, but I just toughed it out and had 3 wings and asked for my check. I am in my 40s now, so I am definitely not part of their target audience any longer. Maybe kids nowadays want a pint of sauce on their wings. Bartender was nice though, she had stiff pours. The way that woman works- she multitasks- takes care of all her clients- gets your food orders in off memory- and knows your drink order before you sit down. She carries multiple convos and is always hustling hard. More establishments should have as hard of workers as Shannon! I ordered take out. My order after having a 35 minute wait was wrong. They scraped the lettuce, onion, tomatoe and mayo off changed my bun and brought it strait back out. This BWW was a disgrace. It made me vomit it was a scum between my toes. I felt lied to about there so called 15 minute wait time for lunch it took 35 minutes. My boss was pissed that I was late from lunch due to there false advertising. Very disappointed I would not even recommend it to a hippy with no job. I don't know why I even bother to come back to this location. Every single time (no joke) I come here I have to wait 10-15 minutes before a waiter/waitress will even stop by to take a drink order. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I am from CA and have been to 3 BWW's in CA. This BWW's however was better than those 3. I came here for UFC 133 and was pleasantly surprised to find out they didn't charge to watch the UFC. CA charges $5...heard its $10 now per head. I showed up an hour before the fight & me and my gf were able to find 2 empty seats at the bar. In CA you can show up 2.5 hours before the fight and you will still be shit out of luck. there were no reservation cards at the bar which was awesome. CA allows people to make reservations so jerks can actually phone in and pay extra money and take up the entire bar area 2 hours prior to the fight. Bud Light was the beer of the month, $3.25 for a tall. that was a great deal again in CA they are $4 the wings were a $1 cheaper too. I like how this Bdubs was more "open" and seemed to have more projector screens. I also like how the bar screens were configured into the wood wall. The bartenders were awesome and I was always asked if i wanted another beer before I even finished the one in hand. Wings came out quickly also. the people who are giving this place negative reviews sound like they are old. its a freaking sports bar Lord forbid there's loud kids or loud anything. They need to go to Applebee's or buy Direct TV if little things like that are going to bother them. In short you Hoosiers have it easy out here when it comes to $$$. My family frequents this location due to it's convenience to Grand Park. We often head there after a tournament with several teammates. The do not seem to want to accommodate parties larger than 10. We offered to split the kids and parents so they could divide the group and not have one large table. Everything we asked was met with a frown and a rather lengthy wait. Went there for years and they never once had one of my orders 100% correct. Still went because it wasn't the end of the world. Then I went over the World Series and was wearing Indians gear to support my fiancée who is from Cleveland. The bar tender told us we had balls to wear Indians gear and we should leave. Haven't been back since and drive the extra distance to Castleton to the Ale Emporium. National sports bar in Westfield Indiana claims to be a Chicago Cubs only bar. I know because of this event my Cubs friend fans have boycotted with me. Great business plan. read more

Came here with my family on the fourth. Jordan our server was great, she was definitely on top of getting is refills and whatever else we may have needed. Food was fast and came out hot. I used to love B-Dubs! I would go to the carmel location at least 1-2x a week. Then the food went down hill. My salads were gross slimy not appealing. Then I started getting a lunch special can't remember the exact name chicken tacos it was wrapped in a soft tortillas. The tortillas we're so hard it was like chips I had to scoop out the food their was hardly anything in them. I had this happen many times I went back because it used to be good and the servers were very good. I won't go back unless I order wings too go I feel like they don't care about the quality of the food. read more

Came in at 12:30 and the lunch crowd was mostly leaving or finishing up. Ordered and it took over 10 minutes just to get our water. Then we were told that the sauce requested by an individual in our group was not available. Service is always pretty bad at this location so wasn't really expecting much. Came in for a $7.29 pick-two lunch special but was charged $9.79 plus $.70 for the second item. When I complained about the bill and showed the server the lunch menu I was provided a $1.50 discount. You do the math...that's right, I should have received a $3.20 discount to meet the price quoted on the lunch menu. When leaving I asked to see a manager to report my concerns about the service and the error in the charges only to be told that the manager did the discount. I guess the manager isn't very good at math. No effort was made to correct the issue or provide the correct change so I left in frustration. Mr. Manager, do the math and subtract yet another one from your list of customers. read more

I have always been a fan of BW3's. Unfortunately the service at this particular location has become largely inconsistent. Today I walked in with the intent of purchasing a carry out order. The hostess informed me that the person who normally handles this was on break, so I would have to go to the bar to place my order. Unfortunately the bartender was deeply engaged in conversation and failed to acknowledge my presence. After 5 minutes of standing at a bar that wasn't busy, I went back to the hostess station to ask her if she could please take my order. She explained that she was new and was unsure of how to input my order. I left and went somewhere with better customer service. This is just the latest example of what seems to have become the new norm at this particular location. I have had horrible service when dining inside the restaurant and have had way too many problems when ordering in carry out (forgotten orders, incorrect orders and much longer wait times than informed). Although I have always patronized BW3's, I unfortunately will have to find a new alternative to wings in this area. I highly recommend that others do likewise! read more
