This Buffalo Wild Wings was typical of other BWWs that we have been to in the past. We were in for Thursday night football. There were plenty of places to sit in the bar area. While it took a while for someone to check in with us originally, once we met the server, he was prompt and attentive. Their wings are just okay -- not as crispy as one would hope, but I really like the flavor of their sauces. I love the thai curry sauce (even though it stains nail polish yellow -- ladies, beware). I also tried a Honey Bourbon BBQ sauce that was really tasty. They also had 3 Floyds bottles available so, that was a win. Overall, it's what you'd expect from a chain wing restaurant. It was fine. We've been going to BW3 here for years, in the last year, this place has gone completely downhill. To the incredibly long wait to be seated if you're not there prior to "rush hour", to the incredibly long wait for food every single time you go in there regardless of what you order, this place is definitely not one we choose to go back to unless we are invited with someone else. It's obvious that the draw to BW3 has always been going to watch sports on TV and drink some beer, but even that has lost its luster. Flagging down a waitress is tough, and the TVs look like first edition HDTVs, if that. The atmosphere, once fun and inviting, is now overrun with terrible acoustics and screaming kids. If you MUST have the food, order it about an hour before you want it, go in and take it home. You'll save a ton of frustration and enjoy it more. read more

This place is super slow with getting food to the table. It seems the managers are ok with slow service. I don't feel the servers have much they can do about it. As I sit here I see two managers standing against the wall and not helping the server. It seems to be this way every time we come here. This restaurant was poorly staffed this afternoon. It took several minutes for us to even get the hostess's attention when we entered the front door. When we did, it was clear her good attitude had been checked at the door. She attempted to seat us at a table in a high traffic area and seemed ticked off that we pointed to a near by booth. When our server FINALLY showed up he was knowledgeable and personable. He brought us our drinks right away and took our food order and then our big wait began. We were entertaining the thought of leaving when our food finally arrived. We were impressed with the new presentation on the steal trays instead of the small cardboard boats and our food was to our liking. He made sure our drinks were full and didn't pester us by constantly asking us if everything was alright. But they really have to work on getting people seated and getting their food out. read more

Wtf has happened to this establishment ... I sit down last night with my girlfriend for dinner @8:50.. Place is pretty empty, but bar is packed so we chose the dining section. Ray greets us by exclaiming how ready she is to quit this place. Apparently someone had thrown her Monster energy drink away last night which threw her into a fit of rage... Oddly, the manager on duty came out offering her a Red Bull... Almost yelling. The entire dining room could hear the exchange. Ray wanted the Red Bull to be free, but the manager wouldn't answer the question when Ray asked "is it going to be free!?" This was unsettling and awkward, I was ready to leave at this point, but that's rude, and I had ordered. Ray brings out the wings in maybe 10 minutes, wicked fast, not very hot. Upon delivering my food, Ray draws OUR attention to HER finger, showing us that her skin is so dry she's bleeding, as well as mentioning the dirt under nail, YUM ... On top of this, I was just delivered WET wings, hard to determine if any of her blood made it into my sauce, I didn't make it through the wings... I'm never going to return to this Bdubs, the managers actions were childish, the waitress, who credit to her, was working hard, just did not seem at peace with her position here. And we felt for her, but the service given was unsatisfactory... Please turn this sinking ship around, there's literally NO other spots in the area for good wings, shame this place is in shambles. read more

I really don't like this chain. My husband loves it so unfortunately I have to suck it up every once in a while. It's just chain-y. Over-priced 'exotic' drinks and their wings are not that special. They are just available. We had a group of 6 with 4 kids that only wanted chicken tenders and it probably took 45 minutes to get our food. The kids were starving and one of their meals was missed. Then another meal had an issue. AND THEN my husband had a coupon on his phone via email, he asked the server if it was good to use, she agreed, so he ordered the free appetizer, then he is told by the same server (at the end of our meal) that they cannot take the coupon.... ?!?! What?! That is why we specifically asked if you would take it before he ordered. Luckily he cleared it up with the manager but even that was a fight because the manager kept trying to argue his case which was never presented to us before we ordered. Ridiculous. Moral: BEWARE OF EMAILED COUPONS AND TALK TO THE MANAGER BEFORE YOU TRY AND REDEEM THEM! My honey mustard wings weren't terrible so that's the only reason I give them 2 stars. Meh. read more

I love BDubs. This location does a great job at handling large groups, weekend rushes and high demand for local beer. Located up on 146 by Stein Mart, this recently renovated (on the outside) BDubs is one of my favorite spots in north Carmel. With DogFish on draft, daily drink specials and boneless wings I could live here. The bone-in wings are good too I'm a huge fan of the Jammin' Jalapeño sauce, Hot BBQ (very hot) and the Asian Zing. Always ask your server if there are any new "Sauce Lab" sauces available, as they aren't on the menu and you may get a sauce that is super rare! This would be a 5 star review if they had more of the gamebreak devices available. Most of the time they're all taken or the batteries are dead. This was my first visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings and I feel obligated to write a review about the poor (or lack of) service I received. It was a Sunday night around 9:30 pm. The Colts were playing and there were a lot of people there. We were seated right away by a host that didn't say a word to us or know which table to put us at. We were told our waiter would be right with us. Ok, fast forward 20 minutes. We had an appetizer picked out to order along with our food. We weren't there to watch the game, we were passing through town and were starving. Still no sign of our waiter. There was, however, waiters standing around the dining area talking to friends or coworkers and just, you know, generally not doing their jobs. By now it was 9:50 pm and we were afraid the kitchen was going to close. My boyfriend went and stood by the abandoned host stand trying to talk to an employee about the whereabouts of our waiter. A waitress finally broke away from a conversation to help him, only to say 'That's not my table. I'll find him' and walks away. Needless to say, we picked up our coats and walked out. I've worked in the restaurant business and am usually pretty patient with people but this was ridiculous. I cannot recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings, nor will I be returning. My local Taco Bell treats me better than this. read more

I Witnessed something tonight I have never seen before. A father and his son were at a table and their order of fries got messed up. The father was trying to ask questions about the fries and the server just went off on that father in front of the whole restaurant. Seriously yelling at him. I was with my son as well at a table nearby. I went to tell a couple of the staff that someone needed to come out and help and no one did. Finally, what may have been the manager came and sat and talked with the dad, but nothing was done to correct the server's behavior. I was shocked. This server continued working and every time he would come by their table would make a snide comment like he was rubbing it in his face even after the manager had talked to them. If I had a restaurant and my server did that to a customer they would be gone. My son and I were in shock and really felt bad for everyone in that area to witness that. I hope the leadership holds this server accountable, because if they don't, he'll feel like he's justified to treat others that way. Unbelievable. I also feel bad for the other servers who would never act that way. read more

The carry out system is completely broken! MAKE sure you check your bags twice for the correct items. They always seem to be short staffed. They food is still good, but you have to fight like hell to make sure you get what you paid for. read more

My family has been patronizing this location for years and it has never improved. The manager (with the beard) is absolutely the worst and should be fired immediately. He stands against the wall and watches tv. The managers never help the bartenders when they are busy (must be above their pay grade?) They walk right past dirty tables and do not help pick up glasses, etc. Don't even get me started on the filth in the women's ladies restroom. The floors are dirty and glass doors are gross. If there was a closer location to us we would never return to this location. read more

Never coming to this location again. Super slow service. Louder than any BW3 I've ever been to. And they have a policy that you can't get more than 12 flats or drums!!! So, if you order 18 flats, you get 12 flats and 6 drums. What is that!?!? Ugh! We ended up asking for our food to go since the kids we're getting restless. I am normally not a person to complain but I had the WORST experience ever at this restaurant tonight. I understand when a restaurant is busy especially on a UFC game night. However, when I sit down at a restaurant I do expect service and did not get any service tonight. When we first sat down we waited a little over 20 minutes just to meet our server and receive a typically we would like waters for the table order. Then again we did not see her for another 30 minutes. I saw our hostess more than I saw my sever. She had an attitude all night and I had to flag her down to order anything or to just get service that is expected when you are going out to eat. When we finally got our food after waiting a hour and a half to order I was brought plastic silverware. Normally this would be fine but I got a chicken wedge salad and the plastic would not cut the lettuce or chicken so I flagged our server down and asked for normal silverware. She rolled her eyes at me and went to the server satiation and brought me used silverware. At the end of the night when it was time to check out and tip we were sitting there and the server kept looking to see if we had signed our checks. When I did sign the check she immediately came over and grabbed the receipt. I knew she would not be happy with the tip that I had given her however once I got up to leave the server made her way over to where I was standing and under her breath called me white trash. I was completely applauded this was very unprofessional and not service you should receive from a well established restaurant. When I talked to the manager all that was said was good to know and to ask for a different server next time I come in. Sad to say I will never return to one of my favorite places to eat because of this. I would give it 0 stars if I could. read more

When I invent my time machine, on of my first things take care of will be to un-invent Buffalo Wild Wings. Buffalo Wild Wings should not exist. They serve crap factory food on paper plates and charge an arm and a leg for it. The service is normally some socially awkward dude, who inevitably remind me of Kenny, the intern on 30 rock. The final injustice was when Kenny looked down at me, with a disparaging glare, and chided me for ordering the burger medium-rare. "Sorry sir, we only cook our beef well done or maybe medium well." Well, amigo I'm the customer, but apparently that don't matter. My burger came out "cooked to hell", dry and crumbly- just like they want to serve them. Do yourself a favor, wait for Portillos to open, then go there instead. Over and aver again. read more

To be fair, I'm only ever here during March Madness, but they almost always get drink and food orders wrong. Plus, they are argumentative when you ask them to put a game on instead of regular t.v. (even though they advertise as being a good place to watch the tournament). Apparently one t.v. out of 100 is too much to spare to watch the first games of the tournament. The wings have gotten much smaller and I got home tonight to find 9 wings instead of 10 (albeit it could have been an accident but consistency is important). Really not impressed with BW3s lately. Not sure if it is just this location or all or I'm just getting older ;) Food quality and taste doesn't seem to be as good. Takes a really long time to get your food and servers seem to be rather nonexistent after ordering. Wedges with cheese are always amazing! Boneless wings have been tough and chewy, almost grizzly with little sauce on them. Not sure I'll be going back. Can find better wings elsewhere. read more

They are incredibly slow for to go orders. There are 8 people waiting currently and only one person trying to help, with orders all over the place and mix matched. The manager came over to try and organize but wasnt very welcoming or helpful. It took 36 minutes from the time I called and ordered to it being ready. I have never eaten in here but have gotten food to go several times and they have all been in line with these issues. Several of their employees have face,neck and hand tattoos. We'e gone here off and on for years and watched it decline during that time. Every once in a while the service has been ok, but it's usually so slow - it shouldn't take over 45 minutes to get what is basically "fast food" type of food, especially when there are only around three tables filled in the restaurant. The last time we went will really be the last time we ever go there. Once again it took 45 minutes for basically some chicken nuggets, but also two things in our table's order were wrong, we never got drink refills, and our bill was wrong. To top it off, half the food was already about room temperature by the time we got it. Gross, old stale boneless buffalo wings. We paid our bill (didn't fight the errors, or that some food had been sitting around for so long it was well outside of safe food temperature, nevermind it also tasted old) - we left, and we won't be back. read more

Ehhh... Not a big fan of chains. Service was poor and food/atmosphere is nothing to desire.

It's all about expectations. If you come here to hang out with friends after work it's great. If you come for dinner with your family or close friends not so much. The atmosphere is much too loud for any conversation. The screens are a bit overwhelming I'd rather watch the game with food at home with friends, but that is just my preference. Food is very very slow, especially if you order online or on phone. Honestly the chicken has not been great lately, but their real strong point is their amazing sauces. Their website has improved but can still be buggy ordering from a mobile device. So I'm giving it two stars as a place to hang out. But I recommend buying their sauce and making your own chicken at home. read more

Well seeing the reviews ( NOW ) what I experienced this evening shouldn't be to any shock to anyone. So I was just released from the hospital and had to do the normal mom stuff still like ... pick up and feed my kids. I order online as I always do. Says to pick up at 6:10 I get there and my order is no where to be found ?! So I check my handy dandy bank account app and see that in fact the money was already taken out my account.. meaning I had already been charged .. the girls at the counter was very polite one went to get the manager because I showed her the charge ... she returns to tell me that the manager " PAUL " had said that I had to reorder and PAY AGAIN to actually receive my order ., I'm like um no I already paid and it told me to be there at a certain time I was and drove 15 min to get there. I asked to see PAUL myself. He was VERY RUDE AND PRETTY MUCH SAID OH WELL IF YOU WANT YOUR DINNER YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND ORDER AGAIN ... I'm like I already paid. So they already had 19.26 taken out of my account and then wanted me to pay another 19.26 ??? For what !!!! Worst customer service I've ever encountered, I think Paul is in the wrong business. Any , ANY food establishment sets out to attempt to want the customer happy. Especially when all the customer did was pay for food that wasn't received and waited time and gas. We usually come to b dubs once a month, recently we have stopped coming because service has stunk. The food is always good, never a problem there. Our faith was restored in this place today due to the service we received in the bar from Rania. We will be coming back again soon thanks to her. Our drinks arrived promptly and food was right on time as well. The only bad thing is that out of all the times we have been here a manager has never asked us how our food was.
