I would certainly give this place -10 rating for the manager, bartender and the waitresses. I visited this location on July 27 at 5:19pm. When I entered I saw 2 waitress sitting on the customer seats. So I clearly figured it wasn't busy. I sat down and gentleman took my orders, after he walked away it took 30 mins for him to bring me my ordered drink but he didnt. The food came and when I asked a lady waitress who brought the food about my drink, she told me there is a bartender in training. Few mins later that same lady waitress came over and tossed my ordered drink on the table. I complained to the male waitress that the drink was watered down or loaded with too much ice. He called a manager/supervisor, who is unprofessional and should be demoted from a leadership position. She clearly doesn't care about the company or her customers. She said that "that how their drinks are made" so basically I should take it or leave. I told her, that is my go to drink at all Bww so I know the taste. She replied by saying , "their location is a franchise and not cooperate so I cant compare". whatever that means. . In my experience, I would expect the incompetent leader to at least offer a drink compensation. Whether I accept or decline. It's courtesy. My over all experience was terrible. That will be my last time visit this place and it should be for everyone also. If you want a better experience. Go somewhere else.

De to go to the BW3's at Morse Crossing. My waitress was Brianne. It was buy 6 get 6 free today. I ordered Honey BBQ and BBQ Ranch. I also ordered Onion Rings and Carrots/Celery. The wings were cooked perfectly, the Honey BBQ had just right amount of sweetness to the sauce. The BBQ Ranch is a new flavor they are trying out. It had a nice smooth flavor to it. The Onion Rings were nice and crunchy but the coating fell apart way too easy leaving just the onion intact. The sauce for the rings was really tasty. The celery/carrots were really fresh and the ranch dressing was tasty as always. Brianne was great, checked on me in timely manner and refilled my drink appropriately. Now the problem. Came time for paying the bill. Payment went through okay but the application wouldn't add my points. Brianne tried 3 different times and still was unsuccessful. She called a manager over and she was able to add the points. When I got home I emailed their Customer Service. Waiting on an answer from them.

Ordered with the app but the app wouldn't let me use my rewards. When I went to pick up my order I spoke to the manager and showed him my phone he gave me my reward with no problem. My boneless spicy garlic wings were cooked perfectly and nice size and my chocolate cake was really good my vanilla ice cream stayed frozen all the way till I got home.

Never would never eat this if my life depended on it if I had a dog, I would not feed it to the dog. The food was cold. Everything was not season or under season. Just sad and the building smells bad like feet.

This was my first time dining in here. I was with a group and everyone enjoy their food. We lucked up and went during an OSU football game. They had the game playing on several big screens so the vibe was nice. It did not appear to be super busy as their were empty tables. Our waitress was helpful. However it did take a long time for our food to some. I don't blame that on the waitress maybe something was going on. Either way the overall experience was good and I would go back. I ordered the black bean burger and potatoes wedges and the other people I was with ordered wings. Everyone enjoyed their food

Best BDubs for watching sports. Plenty of TV's indoor and on their patio space. There is also an indoor/outdoor patio that has a VIP type area with short couches. Friendly service and the food was regular BDubs fare. Down side are the wait times on food and drinks. We came during dinner and stayed for the UFC fight. It was very slow during dinner and slower during the fight. I've been to several restaurants since things started opening up and this is the slowest. I know it's harder to get help these days but other busy establishments make do. I will be back because it's a nice place to watch sports. Just make sure you get your orders in.

This place was absolutely horrible from beginning to end. The server came over promptly as expected but this is where the fun began. Party of 5. 1. In ordered a draft beer and they brought the wrong one. Advised the server and it took another 10 minutes for new beer. 2. We waited over 45 minutes for the food and the place was not busy. 3. Once the food arrived, over half of it was cold and we had to send it back. 4. Each time we had to ask for refills. 5. Along with my beer, I ordered a diet Pepsi. When they brought my refill of diet Pepsi they brought me, Dr. Pepper. 6. Cup had a large chip in it. See picture. 7. I decided to speak with the manager about my experience and his initial response was "okay"! Almost like this is the expected level of service. After a few more minutes of exchange, he finally apologized and said he'd comp the check. He gave us 25%.

Time in 6:47pm We were seated as soon as they wiped the table down and were handed menus. Drink order was quickly taken and delivered and we were asked if we were ready to place our order. We said yes but the server looked for his pen and pad of paper said, "Hold on" and disappeared. A few minute later he delivered food to another table and then took the order of other guests. Eventually he came back and tool our order but I swear the kitchen must have had to go out back and chase the chickens as we've been here for an hour and still don't have any food. Heck, we do t even have napkins or silverware. The server told us he checked on our order a but only two-thirds of it was delivered. The tots with cheese we ordered had bacon on them, the onion rings were cold, and the boneless wings were dry with no sauce. The burger arrived 15 minutes later and we still don't have any napkins or silverware. I asked if I could speak with a manager and the server nodded and walked away. The manager came by, listened to our concerns and apologized, and took everything off the bill. C'mon Dubs! It ain't that hard. You can't use short staffing to excuse poor quality. Time out 8:14pm

Ate here and served a fly in my salad... the service was slow which I think was due to the lack of staff in the kitchen. They had multiple waitresses on the clock. Our waitress was great and understanding.

That's actually a positive if you're looking for a spot where you can grab food and watch a game at the same time. In general, walking into a restaurant that's full is a good sign, so from the start I had high expectations. We were seated fairly quickly, which was great. However, it did take a while for our waitress to come over and take our order. That part was somewhat understandable, as she appeared to be the only server handling a large number of tables. While that's not her fault, it is a downside from a staffing perspective. Once we finally placed our orders, the food also took a bit longer than expected to come out. When it did arrive, though, it was hot and seemed very fresh. I ordered the loaded tater tots, which came topped with chili and cheese, with sour cream on the side. They were good overall, but I do think the chili could have been better--more meat and a slightly richer, more savory flavor would have gone a long way. We also ordered wings. Aside from a couple that were burnt, the wings were actually quite flavorful and enjoyable. Most of them were cooked well, and the seasoning was solid. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, which is always appreciated. The waitress was very kind and polite whenever she did come by, and I think most of the issues we experienced were simply due to how busy the restaurant was at the time. If we were to return during a slower period, I believe the experience would likely be much better overall. Would I recommend going here? Yes--with some caveats. If you're going primarily for the food, I wouldn't necessarily recommend visiting on a busy game night. However, if you're going to watch a game, enjoy the atmosphere, and grab some food at the same time, it's worth giving a try. Hopefully it won't be so busy that things come out rushed or slightly off, like a few items did for us. Overall, the experience was decent. It wasn't amazing, and it wasn't terrible. Aside from a few burnt pieces of chicken, most of the food was flavorful, and the atmosphere made up for some of the shortcomings.

I work at Easton, come here when I work Saturday's to watch the games. The bartenders are fun and good. I've had wings, sweet potato fries (no brown sugar toppings if you think they do). A friend of mine told me she wasn't going to order them because of the sugar and I was like ummm way to judge - they don't have sugar. So now that we have stablished they don't come with sugar - their ceaser a with blackened salmon is great! So is the blackened chicken. Standard pub style - they also have a NICE outdoor patio that is also warm in the winter. Good drinks. Good good. Excellent pub.

And in my opinion, the menu is worthy of 3.5 stars, if half stars were a thing. Nothing is bad, but nothing is stellar, either. The kicker for me is that the prices are not proportional to the quality and type of food. It's like an expensive, elevated Applebee's, in my opinion. They do have a solid happy hour- definitely worth checking out. And they do have a couple stand-out items (buffalo chicken sandwich & bone-in wings) that I am fine paying full-price for, even if I still think they're priced too high. I'm increasing the Easton location to a solid 4-star rating because of the service. Host stand very friendly and accommodating, server was attentive and personable, and the food came out quickly (and hot)! Friendly reminder to tip your server based on the full cost of your meal, not off of the reduced happy hour cost, if you visit during happy hour. Keep it classy, Columbus!

We ordered the traditional wings and the meat platter with ribs, pulled pork, brisket, beans and cole slaw. Let's start with the decent. Wings are a good size. They are lightly breaded. Sauce was good. Safe choice. Now to the bad. I would be shocked if there is a smoker anywhere in the restaurant. First glance is the brisket was not smoked. Not a pink ring to be found. And it was definitely reheated somehow. I couldn't cut through the first batch at all. Think shoe leather. Ribs were very dry and were covered in a sauce that was more ketchup than bbq sauce. Pulled pork was decent but nothing special. Beans were cold (yes, cold) and the cole slaw was wet cabbage with zero flavor. Kudos to the waitress for trying to fix the brisket. We got a second batch. Definitely reheated the same way, but easier to cut. Not worth the calories. Toward the end of our meal, the music was turned up very loud and we were told they were switching to more of their club vibe. We exited as quick as possible at that point. If you are looking for a good bbq meal, this is not the place for you.
