It was a very cold night with snow everywhere, which honestly made it the perfect evening to sit down and enjoy a warm, hearty meal. When we arrived, there were only a handful of other people inside, and we were seated almost immediately. Everything moved quickly--easy to get in, quick to place our order, and no unnecessary waiting. From start to finish, we had zero issues with service. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic--very polite, attentive, and consistently on point. When our food arrived, one item that was included with the meal was missing, and she didn't hesitate for a second to fix it. She brought it out promptly without any inconvenience or attitude, which really stood out. For my meal, I ordered the loaded tater tots, regular tater tots as my side, and a burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. It paired incredibly well with the sides. If I could come here every single day just to get that burger again, I honestly would. It was juicy, cheesy, and extremely satisfying. The bun was toasted perfectly, which tied everything together. I also ordered a side of Asian dipping sauce for the tater tots, and it was an excellent choice. The combination of salty, sweet, and spicy flavors paired beautifully with the tots and elevated the entire meal. We didn't end up getting dessert because the meal itself was more than filling, but if I ever come back--which I absolutely would--I'd be interested in trying more items from the menu. If you're passing through the area and looking for a great place to eat, this is definitely worth stopping at. Hopefully, you'll get the same level of service we did. De to go to the BW3's at Morse Crossing. My waitress was Brianne. It was buy 6 get 6 free today. I ordered Honey BBQ and BBQ Ranch. I also ordered Onion Rings and Carrots/Celery. The wings were cooked perfectly, the Honey BBQ had just right amount of sweetness to the sauce. The BBQ Ranch is a new flavor they are trying out. It had a nice smooth flavor to it. The Onion Rings were nice and crunchy but the coating fell apart way too easy leaving just the onion intact. The sauce for the rings was really tasty. The celery/carrots were really fresh and the ranch dressing was tasty as always. Brianne was great, checked on me in timely manner and refilled my drink appropriately. Now the problem. Came time for paying the bill. Payment went through okay but the application wouldn't add my points. Brianne tried 3 different times and still was unsuccessful. She called a manager over and she was able to add the points. When I got home I emailed their Customer Service. Waiting on an answer from them. read more

I would certainly give this place -10 rating for the manager, bartender and the waitresses. I visited this location on July 27 at 5:19pm. When I entered I saw 2 waitress sitting on the customer seats. So I clearly figured it wasn't busy. I sat down and gentleman took my orders, after he walked away it took 30 mins for him to bring me my ordered drink but he didnt. The food came and when I asked a lady waitress who brought the food about my drink, she told me there is a bartender in training. Few mins later that same lady waitress came over and tossed my ordered drink on the table. I complained to the male waitress that the drink was watered down or loaded with too much ice. He called a manager/supervisor, who is unprofessional and should be demoted from a leadership position. She clearly doesn't care about the company or her customers. She said that "that how their drinks are made" so basically I should take it or leave. I told her, that is my go to drink at all Bww so I know the taste. She replied by saying , "their location is a franchise and not cooperate so I cant compare". whatever that means. . In my experience, I would expect the incompetent leader to at least offer a drink compensation. Whether I accept or decline. It's courtesy. My over all experience was terrible. This was my first time dining in here. I was with a group and everyone enjoy their food. We lucked up and went during an OSU football game. They had the game playing on several big screens so the vibe was nice. It did not appear to be super busy as their were empty tables. Our waitress was helpful. Best BDubs for watching sports. Plenty of TV's indoor and on their patio space. There is also an indoor/outdoor patio that has a VIP type area with short couches. Friendly service and the food was regular BDubs fare. Down side are the wait times on food and drinks. We came during dinner and stayed for the UFC fight. It was very slow during dinner and slower during the fight. I've been to several restaurants since things started opening up and this is the slowest. I know it's harder to get help these days but other busy establishments make do. I will be back because it's a nice place to watch sports. Just make sure you get your orders in. read more

In ordered a draft beer and they brought the wrong one. Advised the server and it took another 10 minutes for new beer. 2. We waited over 45 minutes for the food and the place was not busy. 3. Once the food arrived, over half of it was cold and we had to send it back. 4. Each time we had to ask for refills. 5. Along with my beer, I ordered a diet Pepsi. We wanted wings, and this was the closest BW3. We were a little excited about this location, since it is new and the parking is better than campus. We had hoped for delivery, but nope, too far. So we picked up, which would be fine- except you have to go in, to a crazy bar, at Easton, on a weekend. Online ordering doesn't say you have to come in (no curbside) till you have already paid. It was nuts inside, with birthday parties and people just acting like there's not a pandemic. Plus, the food was not ready till 20 minutes after the specified time, and they didn't send the promised updates. We got wing bundles and a kid's mac and cheese. The kid's meal comes with fries; not exactly healthy, but Baby K loves both. Sweetie got her usual teriyaki wings, well done, upcharged side to wedges. I got 20 boneless wings, in two of their new sauces: pizza and lemon pepper. Those turned out to be pretty good. I liked the pizza the best: Italian seasoning, a bit of tomato, some cheese. I was a little leery, but it turned out to be a very good sauce. The lemon pepper was good, but not as good as the dry rub version. The wings themselves were big meaty chunks (I went with boneless because 20 regular wings cost quite a bit more.) So, 2 stars for the experience, 4 for the food. 3 on average. We will probably not be back to this location anytime soon, and I fully understand the other negative reviews. read more

Time in 6:47pm We were seated as soon as they wiped the table down and were handed menus. Drink order was quickly taken and delivered and we were asked if we were ready to place our order. We said yes but the server looked for his pen and pad of paper said, "Hold on" and disappeared. A few minute later he delivered food to another table and then took the order of other guests. Eventually he came back and tool our order but I swear the kitchen must have had to go out back and chase the chickens as we've been here for an hour and still don't have any food. Heck, we do t even have napkins or silverware. The server told us he checked on our order a but only two-thirds of it was delivered. The tots with cheese we ordered had bacon on them, the onion rings were cold, and the boneless wings were dry with no sauce. The burger arrived 15 minutes later and we still don't have any napkins or silverware. I asked if I could speak with a manager and the server nodded and walked away. The manager came by, listened to our concerns and apologized, and took everything off the bill. C'mon Dubs! It ain't that hard. You can't use short staffing to excuse poor quality. We were going to a family celebration next door at the Marriott Courtyard so this place was convenient. Our server was very personable. Time for food: 2/10 waited at least 15 minutes, taste was very good. Nice presentation. Definitely filling Management presence: 0/10 Saw three management team members the whole visit, no interaction with guests at all. Only time was when a manager dropped off food to another table. Have officially banned BWW from places to dine at. Its just such a disappointment and its not just one location. The Easton location is one of the worst though. We had no problem getting seated and our drink order going. The place wasn't overly pack but was very dirty. Empty tables needed bussed and cleaned all around us. Took a long time to get beer order. Waitress came by and said food was delayed due to timing error in kitchen. Food came before beer. Food was ok though ordered buffalo chicken and the sauce was very very hot. Not what was expected. The portion or quality of food just doesn't measure up to the prices charged. The whole experience is just subpar ( or less than) and better off to just choose somewhere else. read more

This a really cool Bdubs. It is full of sport's jerseys from Ohioans. The look is way different from all of the other so that gives it a better appeal to me. We got the nachos with chili and some BOGO boneless and it was great. Definitely one of the best Bdubs and way better than any other in Columbus by far. After deciding late one evening that we wanted wings, we decided to head over to the Buffalo Wild Wings that recently opened at Easton. The restaurant itself is nice. It took a few minutes for us to get seated, which was no problem. But that's when the issues began. It took forever to get the waiter to come over and take our orders. Then it took forever for our food to come out. Everything was warm, not necessarily hot. What I couldn't believe was a table near us had dropped ranch on the floor, and the staff literally just walked around it. No one seemed to have wanted to clean it up. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. The one on Cherrybottom is maybe a few minutes more away, but their service is always on point. read more

Food was done and in the hot box (I saw our name on the dry erase board), and we stood outside in line for 15 minutes. Got in there, the girl told me I hadn't paid yet even though I did online. I went back out to my car and got my wallet, came back and she told me it was $10 more than I thought. It turns out she had the wrong name pulled up and my payment actually did go through. With how much was on it there was no way it could be an accident. Immediately left for home very sick at the thought. Good service and nice patio, but nothing special. Unlike other reviews, our service and food was pretty standard for what you would expect from a Bdubs. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing terrible. We ordered the standard wings, sub and the fried pickles (app). Everything came out warm and fresh. Our server was very attentive, even when the patio got slammed, and the place seemed very COVID-conscious. They took precautions with each of our interactions. However, I will say that this will be my last visit to any Bdubs due to their menu changes. Their wings have never been my favorite and their prices are pretty standard. The only thing that would bring me back was the Buffalo Chips w/cheese (potato medallions app). That app with ranch was other-worldly...but alas, they removed it from the menu. Not only would i not return for free food, I wouldn't return if I was paid to try it out. This will be the next failed restaurant at Easton! While I haven't been a fan of BW3's in a while I had decided to give it another try as this is a new location and I really wanted to see something succeed in this space. We went in yesterday evening and arrived at 6:15 with 7 adults and 2 toddlers. This was our experience and judging by the other reviews and the frustrations I saw from other customers, it is common here. Arrival - 6:15 pm: First, we were seated right away which was a good indication that it was going to go smooth and that we wouldn't have to wait long for food. Well after 20 minutes of sitting there, being passed by numerous servers, but never being acknowledged we realized that wasn't the case. So we stopped a server on her way by abd asked her if she could find our server for us. She just nods, walks away, and then returns and says someone will be with us shortly. We finally had a server come to the table to get our drink order after 30 minutes of being there. Once we finally ordered our food, we then waited over another hour to actually get it. During this time we got one set of refills, only after we flagged down our server to ask for them. Got our food - 7:58 pm: Most of our orders were right with the exception of a few wing counts that were off, we told her and she assured us she would have it corrected but the additional wings never came. As for the quality, the wings were severely over fried and the meat was dry, yet the skin was rubbery. This is achieved by them being done and sitting in sauce too long waiting either for the rest of the food or for someone to just bring it out. Some of us had cheese curds as our sides and the cheese had cooled down enough to re-solidify to just hard battered cheese bites. The fries were cold, abd the kids Mac and cheese was barely warm. The sauces were good, which was about the only good thing I can say about the food. The cash out: This is where it got real interesting. The server was so out of sorts that when we asked her for our bills, she said she would bring them back in a minute. She then returned and asked each person what they had ordered and essentially took our orders again. It was one of the most disorganized systems I've seen. Facility: very cool design with a lot of tv's for games, visually comfortable atmosphere, but not very comfortable seats to sit in for a very long time. While it appears that BW3 corporate has invested a lot into this store, it appears that they stopped short of finding the right person to run it. We aren't sure who the manager was but we saw no one there holding the several servers that were there to any high standard. If you're looking for great customer service, try anywhere but here. The hostess stood over my shoulder as I was trying to pull up the drink menu online. Interrupting any chance I had to form a thought as to what I wanted to drink. Our waitress checked on us a total of once, even after we had an appetizer, a side order that came out 10 minutes before our main meal, and our meal that came out 15 min after the people who showed up 10 min after us did. The only semi edible thing on our table was my burger. Coming to this location made me remember why getting wings at this establishment stopped being a regular for me 12+ years ago.
