This was the absolute worst experience!!! We waited to be seated even though there were empty tables and plenty of servers working! Once we finally got seated we sat for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. We just moved here. We have been enthusiastic BWW fans for years. We usually ate at Bdubs two or three times a month before we moved. The location has been terrible every time we have tried it. The food has been awful and the service has been even worse. It is such a disappointment because we enjoy BWW wings so much. We have also enjoyed Bdubs at locations across the Midwest. The Columbus location has to be at the bottom of that list. This makes me very sad. read more

Not only have we waited over 44 minutes for a couple of wings. There is a line out the door and several tables that have not been bussed. The floor is absolutely disgusting and looks like it has not been cleaned all week. There is 2 large chunks of meat that are not edible in a chili con queso. First real wings in over a year of deployment, and that brought us here. Three of us demolished about 70 boneless of varying flavors, all ordered to go. They were ready in the fifteen minutes we were quoted, but we were charged for ranch sides that weren't ordered. The service here is terrible. We stopped this past Saturday night, only to wait 20 minutes for our waitress to show up. Instead, the hostess had to order and bring us our drinks because our waitress was nowhere to be found. By the time our food got to us, it was cold. Throughout the whole meal, our waitress never stopped by to tell us her name or to ask us how we were doing. She gave us the impression that her bigger table was more important than us. Unlucky for her, I generally tip 20-25%, except on this night, I did not, as "Payton", the name tattooed on her arm, certainly didn't earn that type of tip. I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this one comes up short. A Bloody Mary came served on a plastic soda glass with a salty goo literally running down the sides, no garnishes, and tasted like nothing but tomato juice and tobasco. Tasted nothing like the bloody Mary's at other b-dubs. Service was weak, wings came without dipping sauce (we weren't given the option), and the salsa tastes like ketchup. I ordered 15 wings and asked for 3 different sauces on each set of 5 wings. The wings were barely sauced and to make matters worse the meat was crunchy dry and distasteful. It was honestly painful eating this meal. The chicken wings were crunchy I honestly could finish my meal. The only thing that came out well was the ranch dipping sauce. In short, horrible... Placed a Togo order. Was asked to wait 15 min but actually took them almost 30 min to get my food. I requested for sauce in the side and when I came home, I found out there was no sauce. So I called and was able to talk to the store manager. She apologized and told me he can give discount on my next visit. Does she expect me to eat them wings without any sauce? So I told her that is not a good solution, then she told me to come pick up my sauce... that would be 30 min round trip for me... I asked them to remake my food and told her that I will be there in 15 min to pick it up. However, I had to wait 30 min after I arrived at the store. Horrible service, period. BTW, when I arrived at the store to pick up my food again, the manager never showed up to apologize not any of their staff. I was served cold wings. Wings at this restaurant are not cheap. The least they can do is bring the wings out while its still warm. But I think what they do is make them in large amounts and let them sit until someone ordered. Either way I waited for a while expecting my wings to come out at least warm but got cold wings. This was my first experience at buffalo wings and will be my last. At least at Hooters they bring their wings out nice and hot. During our first visit, we ordered the appetizer that contains the corn dogs, fried pickles and mini burgers. the place was out of corn dogs and asked us if we wanted to substitute. we asked if we could substitute buffalo wings, waiter went to ask and came back to say yes. we ordered and were there about 10 minutes when another man that was working there came up to us and said no, they could not substitute buffalo wings. my husband was ready to go at that time, said just forget it. the man that refused us the buffalo wings just said ok and walked off. there was no im sorry, have a nice day or nothing. our waiter brought one of our drinks and apologized, said he was told it was ok by two people. my point is, if you tell a customer something, you shouldn't come back and change it. we already had to wait for a table. after this experience, I wouldn't suggest for anyone to go there. read more

Full disclosure: below is the link to the picture of my meal that had CRICKETS in it. Again, the crickets were on top AND inside our sampler platter. We have always been big fans of this restaurant and chose to go there tonight for a nice dinner, but instead we found crickets in our meal and were treated disrespectfully when we informed the manager and store owner of this issue. HALFWAY through our meal my husband pulled out a nacho to find a live cricket sitting on top of the chip. He then looked closer at our platter when another live cricket crawled out. When we reported this to the manager he said we didn't have to pay for our meals lol. He also said he wasn't the one who prepared our food, implying he was not the one to blame for this issue. He also said he, "didn't know what we expected him to do about it." He then commented that the crickets were coming out of the ground.......I didn't think that they were falling from the sky. I spoke to the owner on the way home and he claimed he didn't know how that could have happened. He said he hoped we could give them another chance.......really? He said they have a very clean kitchen and the crickets could have jumped onto the plate somehow from our table. I informed him that we were sitting at the table for a while and we were quite certain that there were no crickets on our table. The bottom line is that no one cared and that is quite sad. We keep trying this place but it's just never as good as we want it to be. The wings were cold. We went on boneless wing night and they charge by the ranch. We ordered two and they gave and charged us for four. My boyfriend ordered mild and got hot wings. We asked her what the beer of the month was and she only said Heineken. However, the beer signs on the wall by the bathrooms clearly listed two different beers as July's beers of the month. I eat at a lot of BW3's and this one was by far my worst experience. Had to wait at the door for over 20 minutes and there were several tables available, they were just not cleaned off. Maybe well understaffed, not sure. The hostess was not real friendly and she also was not helping clean off tables until I asked her to. Place was not real clean. Food also came out luke warm, like it had been sitting in the window for quite some time. We did not complain, just wanted to eat and get out of there. oh my god. so i have lived in columbus my whole life and i gone to buffalo wild wings for years. and i mean, bdubs is bdubs, they are busy- and the wait is long, but lately, this has been going down hill. i have no idea if they got a new owner or something but like oh my gosh. so i took my family there today, and the 2 people with me order a beverages. our waiter came back around to tell us that they didn't have what we ordered. my friends said that is fine and they would get a different drink. they ordered again to tell them they didn't have the different drinks that they ordered. being reasonable, they order again. and for the 3rd time, what's your best guess? they didn't have it. literally they were THE SIMPLEST DRINKS EVER LOL. like omg. i felt bad for the waiter. she literally said she is sick of this job . she offered for us to talk to her manager but we said it was fine. i could tell this poor young waiter was so embarrassed for something she didn't do, but the management of this place, and she pretty much was talking responsibility for something that wasent her fault. i wish i could have gave her some money or a tip or something. we ended up walking out of the restaurant. we ended going to another restaurant and our food itself came out in 5 minutes. literally. wasted our time. i would recommend that you treat your servers and overall all the employees with respect to the point where they don't have to feel like it's their fault for the poor management. gosh. i am a nice reviewer i swear i am not a karen lol but this was just ridiculous. very unprofessional. read more

Parking lot is a little small for how much traffic this location gets, but the service has been pretty good! Went out for Monday Night Football, seated in less than 5 minutes, drinks were fast, food was hot, and the waitress was not too short on attention or overbearing! We have gone back 3 times since then and it has been pretty good, usually between 6-11 the service is great but sometimes a bit slow between 12-3. Food stays hot though! Love this place read more

The one and only reason to go here is the beer!! They have the best selection of beer on that side of town!!! Their food is not good.
