I've always had a very pleasant experience at this location. Never had any issues with staff , everyone is always very friendly.

If I can give -5 stars I would. Came to BWW thinking they still had the two for $20 but didn't. I said that's fine my family and I ordered what we wanted took 45 min no refills no attention. I asked for my check to leave and pay for what we have and manger didn't care was stalling. Honestly at least give me refills check up on us and at least lie to me that the food was coming. Lol. I'm never coming back this place has gone down hill. Go to chillis down the block better service and better food. I'm so disappointed in the management. read more

By far one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings locations to exist. Food is never ready at the given time and is never correct. If you don't check for accuracy then and there to fix it, they won't be accommodating. Also never have enough people working. There's a wait to get seated and even longer one to pick up food. Brought my wife here the other day for a date night. Place was clean and busy but we were seated right away at the bar side. I was hoping to watch the lakers play against the warriors but they had the clippers game on luckily I asked my waiter if we could change the game and she did just that she was amazing the whole night she was very polite and we were very satisfied with the food , The lakers won that game and the food was on point everything was great will definitely come back again ! The food is typical BBWs style. No issues. The ambiance meets all expectations. The staff is great. The only I have an issue with is the small flies or gnats. I'm a usual at Buffalo Wild Wings but i normally have a good time there it's good environment. But I had a bad experience with a waitress that goes by Lilly . looked like she was in a bad mood. I was respectful otherwise but her service was horrible at a point she ignored me. Once we ordered she took like awhile to get our food when we got our wings it was really cold i didn't wanna complain so I just ate them. She wouldn't check up on us and we were trying to get drinks and she would avoid our table and go help the other tables. We still tip her for her services even though she didn't deserve it. Currently writing this as I wait for the bill. Don't know where to begin. I am disappointed in this location. I had been here many times before years ago and it's sad how the service, quality, and restaurant itself have gone downhill. For a Saturday evening I was expecting it to be busy and it wasn't at all so it was surprising to see how much trash was underneath many of the tables. I see the prices went up as well yet the quality of the wings were dry and barely covered in sauce. The carrots were super dry as well. The ketchups bottles were empty and it wasn't just at my table, I saw someone at another table take a bottle from an empty table. The women's restroom sink was clogged and you can see the lint or mold in the water so I'm guessing it been like that for a good while The server didn't really check up on us it was only after I asked for help from other servers she happen to come around. Have never had any issues with any of my local BWW. My first time at this location but I can only speak to the takeout. When I went to pick up the location was clean and you are greeted by a hostess very quickly. The traditional wings I ordered were of the sane quality I have received in the past and packaged accurately and with all the utensils and sauces. My biggest component is to the take out staff and manager. I ordered online and apparently put in the wrong pick up time. They initially could not find my order, but once located figured out the issue. It was my fault but they still quickly resolved the issue, and I left a happy customer. read more

Ordered online and waited 30 mins, no big deal as we can walk around as we wait. When we got back we asked for our order as it wasn't on a shelf, so I'm assuming they just got it done. Yet when we got our order, our wings were dry (half of them with no sauce, just plain chicken nuggets), there were 4 pieces of carrots & 2 celery in a bag, and on top of that our food was cold. To earn one star from me is an exercise of absolute failure and unprofessional shirking of duty or gross incompetence, yet that's my experience with this location. To foreshadow, I'm still waiting for the text alert that the table outside is ready four hours later. We ate decadent, rich sweet Cinnaholic buns so spicy salty wings sounded like a perfect finish, besides, it's right next door, what could possibly go wrong? Quite a bit apparently. Upon entering we were assailed by a rank odor, seems like calcified hard water met mildew for a party in a faulty air conditioner. We stood there patiently, nearly ten minutes, waiting to be greeted. Sure, the busy waitresses saw us but kept to their distant sections. I suspect that the bartender saw us. A big guy, looked like management, popped out of a back room, looked at us, then headed into the bathroom (didn't re-emerge). Finally, finally, some skinny girl appeared out of the waiting area host booth and took my number, allegedly, for the system tablet. She said I'd get a text when a table outside was available. The thing is we saw the tables outside and there was plenty of room although two at least needed to be cleared and cleaned. So, we sat on the bench outside waiting and noticed one table got sat by people we hadn't noticed earlier. That's when we started browsing other restaurant options. Even as we walked over King's Fish House no text came through. The hour we spent eating there, no text; the long scenic backroads drive home, no text. By now you get the picture. I'm not usually one to write a bad review but this was ridiculous that we've sworn off Buffalo Wild Wings for the unforeseeable future. They only had one server on for a Saturday afternoon so we had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated at basically an empty restaurant. That's fine, we wait the 20 minutes and then we get seated. We order our food and then proceed to wait 45 minutes to an hour for our food. All while we're watching people get seated and then get their food within 15-20 minutes. Our server was nice enough but you can tell she was not checking in with us as compared to her bigger parties. When we got our food, it was incredibly dry like it was sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes. The boneless wings were smaller than the chicken nuggets you can get from McDonalds. It was damn near inedible. After we got our food, our server would apologize in every single interaction we had which is thoughtful but definitely an indication that our food was most likely just sitting out for who knows how long before we received it and was aware of it. Everything about the experience was awful, I would not recommend eating at this establishment. Wow. Hello to all the yelp review watchers. Today's a special day. It's been a long time since I decided to do a yelp review but today's the day. I went in today thinking me and my 12 year old daughter would get a quick bite and go watch a movie after with no drama. Walked in and a hostess saw us but ignored us then walked to the back area near the kitchen. Didn't think much of it and went to sit down in the self seat area. No waitress or bartender or manager in sight. Waited 5 minutes and my daughter wanted to sit outside due to being to cold inside restaurant. (No problem). Went back to front entrance still no hostess but a manager walked by and looked at us but went to back area out of sight. (No problem. Maybe he is telling his staff to get on the floor to help guests.) Approx. 10 minutes go by and still no hostess comes out and manager MIA. I shout out near the counter toward the out of sight area where employees are talking but no response. (Strange). I'm wondering if there's an emergency and we should either leave or get help. I walk toward that back area and (hostess?) Intercepts me loudly saying I should not be back here. I apologize and say me and my daughter were waiting a long time and I was not sure if there was an emergency or a simple issue going on. She in her most rudest tone says you can't be back here and doesn't acknowledge the fact no employees were attending the front counter or the floor. Rudely she then says sit here if you want pointing to a booth. I tell her send out the manager. Here comes sloppy cut bearded manager with his untuck polo shirt after a few minutes with no concern why a customer is asking for a manager. I tell him the story and how I was looking for an employee for assistance but he quickly responded saying you can't walk to the back area (no posting though). I tell him the (hostess?) was rude and that no one was monitoring the floor for approx 10 minutes which led me to seek assistance from an employee near the back area. He said I shouldn't be walking towards back area and that his (hostess?) was rude because she did not know me or my 12 year old daughters intentions implying I could of been violent. No apology or concern his staff is not doing their job. Just looked at me until I asked if we could get a table outside. He said yes and didn't come check on us during our meal. Only reason I didn't leave was my daughter is a fan of the potato wedges. Thank God our waitress was really nice but the hostess with the tattoo behind her ear and the sloppy manager were a joke.
