This location sucks. Always packed and the hostesses are totally clueless. Once we called to see if there was a game or fight on. They told us no and the wait time was 15 minutes. We got there 10 minutes later and the UFC fights were on and the wait time was then 45 minutes. Went again because I do like the food and they told us they didn't know the wait time because there was a party of 30 and another for 8. We put in our name and get a text that the wait is 105 freaking minutes. I like the food but not that much. We ended up eating elsewhere but 20 minutes later get another text that our table is ready. I wish we knew the real wait time before we left but oh well. Definitely will not ever go back to this location. read more

We've been coming to this location on and off for about 6 years and it's been a hit or miss. When it's good, it's amazing, but when it's bad, it's really BAD. We would come more regularly if it was more consistent. We just went a few days ago for lunch. In the past, going in the middle of the week for lunch meant way less people dining but it also meant only one or two servers in the whole restaurant. The food would usually take a long time and orders would often be wrong. We've dealt with servers that disappear after taking our order then again after dropping off our food. The good (or maybe bad) thing is that we've been going so long between visits that we don't get the same server twice. This past lunch experience was AMAZING! We like our wings extra extra crispy, and the server totally understood what we meant and even suggested the exact number of minutes they should be cooked. Now, other servers had done this in the past so we already knew we were wanting about 15-17 minutes, but he suggested a little longer. Our wings were crispy deliciousness! It's literally making my mouth water just thinking about it. I was too busy with my toddlers to remember to get their server's name but I hope he's there when we go back. We WILL be back if he's our server next time. We've been a loyal costumer of BWW for about 10 years now. We've visited several locations and the only reason we've started to go so long between visits is because the service eventually begins to go downhill. There are some locations, like the Rancho Cucamonga location, that we'll never step foot in again because of how horrible the service and food became. My gf was always talking about this place, and since I'm more of a "Wing Stop" fan, we decided to try it out, and see what the big hype was all about. Hubs and I came here one night for some craved buffalo wings! Seems like a hip enough place, bar, plenty of tv's. Not too bad to hang out in....especially for a sports fan. I'd return specifically only for the sports bar. I can't remember how many wings we ordered, but we ordered a lot. The amount we had asked for, allotted us four flavors. So we asked for of course "original", "salt & vinegar" which was dry seasoned, "garlic parmesan", and I don't recall the last one. All but one was a wet seasoning, which I'm not so very used to when it comes to all the other flavors. The only flavor I liked was the "salt & vinegar", and the rest just disappointed me. So, to sum it up....I still prefer Wing Stop. I think the food here was mediocre, and the service could've been way better....too many young, immature staff members. Our server most of the time was not attentive, and stood around chit chatting away with the other staffers. There was a lot of horsin around in front of the diners, and not a single manager or supervisor came by to correct the behavior. So needless to say, I may or may not return. Service 3/5 Judging from the prior reviews either I'm a lucky customers or I'm coming in at the right times because I always get seated promptly, have my food or drinks come out at appropriate times and the servers are always friendly! While the servers were friendly, the service was slow. There was a dozen people in the bar area so it was a slow night. I checked in on 4square so that's really how I know the time it took to get our order. I normally don't pay attention but it was 30+ minutes before we got our order of just wings. Just a couple dozen wings. I might have been a little more understanding had our server fessed up to say she "forgot" to put it in but instead she just kept saying "it will be out in a few minutes." So.... Coming to this place I had no high hopes. But F*ck was I disappointed. We went late around 11pm. Just 3 people. We ordered drinks and waters. Took about 25mins just to get waters. Food took even longer, my wings were so dry and over cooked it was like beef jerky. Someone in my group tried to order a drink at 11:30, the waiter went and asked the bartender and he said no, bars closed. Fast forward 5 minutes and another group by us asks their waiter for jaeger bombs, she says no problem and within a minute the bartender is already making their drinks. Not sure what kind of games or love triangle drama is going on there but it shouldn't be reflected to the customer. Just about every Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to deserves 1/5 stars. We've been here since 630, placed our order at 7 and have yet to get our food. This is by far the worst service I've gotten. I expect this service at Denny's or McDonald's, not Buffalo Wild Wings. Wow! All I can say. Went here on 6/11/22 and just ordered a simple Vodka Cranberry at the bar section. I was on a 25 min time budget due to uber. After 15 minutes I walked to the bar and asked why it was taking so long. The bartender was a slender male with a beard who started giving attitude and was just talking with people at the bar. I asked him why it's taking so long, it is an easy drink, vodka, and cran. Nothing but attitude. I work in bars and know this is complete BS. I told him to do his job and make the drink. He got a manager who was nice but still had no drink. I had to go. I called after and talked to a male manager who is arrogant and said well it's his job to talk to customers. I countered it's his job to serve first. I work in the industry. Silent and asked if his entire staff is like that and he said bye. So I guess it is. I've been to a couple Buffalo Wild Wings location. (Mira Loma, Ca. Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Goshen, IN) and this one by far would have to be my favorite. The dining area is huge, lots of walking space between tables. So, though the place was packed, it didn't feel crowded. The place had plenty of TVs everywhere, so you'll be able to catch any game(s) that are currently on. The waiter that served us was pretty cool. Didn't take long for our food to arrive. Would definitely choose to come back to this location rather than the other two that are close by. read more

Went in for a quick meal so my family and I can catch a movie next door. We weren't greeted or acknowledge for 30+ min. Only reason someone talked to us was because we had to ask if we are supposed to seat ourselves since no one has been at the front desk. They said it'd be 5 more min and someone would come. Nope 15 min later and nothing. So now we're racing against the clock to eat and go see the movie on time. We ask if it's possible to just order food to go and just eat at their outside or unused tables. The host said if we want we can sit at one of the back tables and scan the QR code and order throug the app and the food would be brought out to us. We thought that was perfect as we already knew what we wanted and just wanted to eat and get out to catch the movie. What we didn't know is that this option meant every waitress would avoid eye contact with us, never talk to us and avoid our general area. we ordered and it took 30 min for food to come out but they forgot our drinks, no napkins, no one to ask for a Togo box ect. We kept having to get up and wait at the kitchen door until we can catch someone. And yes we tried from our table to wave someone down we tried waiting at the host table ect. This was the worse experience we've had. Also missed our chance to watch the movie. I regret adding a tip on the app. We pretty much paid them extra to ignore us. Granted it wasn't a huge tip but it was also a small bill with the expectation of not really needing a server entirely other than to communicate if something was missing or if we need a Togo box. I've been to this location a few times & each time I've had a different experience. During every visit, there's always sports involved. Most recently I came here to catch some Sunday football with my homegirl. We ordered hot wings (crunchy), a quesadilla (chicken on the side), fries, & snakebites (Guinness over cider). It was busy so it took quite a while for the food to arrive. The quesadilla cheese tasted funny so we asked them to remake it. For some reason, various waitresses were attending our table, we had eaten all of the other food, & the remade quesadilla never arrived. We spoke with the manager Adrian Peters & he adjusted the bill accordingly and advised us to ask for him during our next visit (if we decide to come back). We ended up getting takeout from this location instead as we didn't want to wait 2 hours for a table, and when we walked in to get our food, the same girl who told us it was 2 hours was on the phone saying that the wait is only 1 hour and a half. Don't come to this location unless you'll be ready to eat in 1 hr. We've come here twice, both times we've had to wait for over 15-20 minutes to even be spoken to about what drinks we want. Its the worst location we've been to. The food is good as always. But don't come here if you're ready to eat because I guarantee you you'll wait 45-90 minutes to even get your food. Oh, and the servers serve in Sections, meaning of you ask one server for help they'll neglect you because your not in their section. Sucks because this is the closest location to our home.
