I'm not sure where to begin. My experience dining here lacked the basic steps of service, and left alot to be desired. It's 11pm on a Saturday and they close at 2am and it's far from busy. - I walk in and the only visible staff is the bartender. I wait for a couple minute without being greeted so I sit myself. Sit for another 5 minutes before walking up to the bar and ordering. Bartender has no idea where or what my server is doing but gladly takes my order. Ok cool no biggie. Server comes out from the back with no sense of urgency. Comes to the table and says what do you want? Not a hi my name is, or sorry for the wait I was busy in the back, nothing. Half way through my 1st round I had to find my server once again to get food. I think the manager ended up taking my food order tbh. No 2 minute check back from my server and by the time I order my 2nd round, my server again disappeared to the back. I had to get up and walk over the bar to grab my drink. My server was so focused on pre closing at 1130 and I can tell she just didn't wanna be there. I felt sorry for Erin as she was making drinks, taking orders and running food. Maybe my server got cut (what do I know). The only reason this upsets me is because as a server I feel like the industry is dying. People are growing tired of sh*t service but being asked to tip 20%. People no longer work in this industry because they love people, they just do it because of tips and it's really hurting the industry. If your having a bad day or just not feeling it, it's ok were only human. Call and let a manager know you need a break or something. There so many people struggling to find jobs and you have one. Show up to work and be grateful. Lastly; Id just like to mention that the manager did touch my table and apologize. Were only human and maybe I just caught the restaurant on a bad day. read more

Let me start by saying, Desiree, you were fantastic- you had the whole entire area of tables b/c someone called out and you were packed with tables- so kudos to you on working hard amidst being the only one. Came here to have some fun food and watch the early game today. Ordered the 4 pack appy sampler - chicken strips, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and everything pretzel bites. This was pretty good for the most part except wasn't overly hot, leaving mozzarella sticks non gooey cheese and just like a breaded mozzarella stick of cheese from dairy. After a while we ordered a triple bacon smashburger with fries and ranch, a chicken sandwich and onion rings and an order of chicken nachos. Waited a bit for these but when they came out the majority of the food was actually quite cold. Nachos were inedibly cold, every topping, cheese not fully melted and cold chicken, my onion rings were cold and the burger and bun were cold as hell. Asked for a replacement of all our food- the manager indicated it would take about 40 min for the replacement of all three dishes. 15 min later a tray of nachos came out. Then 10 min for the chicken sandwich replacement and 10 for the burger. This time second burger was with lettuce and tomato, which was asked to be removed, leaving a mushy bottom bun soaked in liquid from the tom and lettuce. Brought out a third burger which had inedible, uncooked bacon and cold bun. At this point, we were done, didn't ask for anything more. As we were getting ready to leave, out came a fourth burger - check out the bacon- totally uncooked. Such a shame for what we were hoping for a fun football viewing lunch. Now they have all you can eat (AYCE) wings that includes both boneless and bone-in wings. Monday to Thursday only. Pricing is like a slight discount on a batch of 15 wings. I can barely eat that many. It also comes with AYCE fries. You can pay an extra $1 for potato wedges, which i prefer. I also like to order queso dip to go with my fries. Be sure to ask for your wings WET so you get extra sauce on them. I'm happy they serve a large glass of Blue Moon beer. I heard they have a House Lager beer that's only $4. read more

Dine in experience was terrible. This place has really gone downhill. Previously, I had ordered from this location via door dash. And that was alright. But the dine in experience really changed my outlook. The food was mediocre overall. We ordered boneless wings and they brought us wings with bones. We asked for ranch and they didn't bring it until we asked again. We asked another server who walked past us for some ranch and he rolled his eyes and walked away. He never returned with ranch. The customer service is just bad. And the food was meh. The Mac and cheese was bad. The Cesar salad was bland and not enough dressing. The mozzarella sticks were not warm and gooey inside. The only thing that tasted good was the cheese curds. Everything else was terrible. This place sucks. We left so unhappy. Pass on this spot. read more

I deliver for DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc and just need to say my piece. This place routinely just lets orders roll in after they're closed and leave it up to the drivers to drive there and reach out to support to cancel the order, all without being paid. If that's not bad enough, we might even be declining orders on other apps while en route to pick up an order from here when they're closed. I just declined the best order I've received all night on uber eats because I was pulling in to pick up a Grubhub order from them when they were closed. All in all, between the wasted time and declined order, it probably cost me about $20-$30 off what I would have made tonight. It just shows a complete lack of respect for drivers who facilitate and support their business, and who don't get paid to drive to the store and report it closed for them. They're more than capable of shutting the system off promptly when they want to close the kitchen, honoring orders that came through before they shut it off, or just canceling orders on their end. But they're too lazy and instead make it the driver and customer's problem. And don't even get me started on how infuriating this must be for the customer. Imagine you place an order at 11:45 PM at one of the last places open, and you don't get notice for half an hour that your order has been cancelled. Because after the first driver reports it closed, they'll send one or two more to confirm. So every time they pull this, they're screwing the customer and multiple drivers. read more

My girlfriend and I came here on a Tuesday for a date night, sat at the bar counter and were politely greeted by Antonio. Ordered a couple of drinks and let me tell you, these were the best Old Fashioned cocktails we had tasted in a while, with a dashing, stylish and Instagram worthy presentation. Our wings came out in a timely manner, warm and properly prepared as we ordered. We proceeded to ask for a refresing summery shooter, Antonio suggested Cactus Cooler which was presented in a martini glass, so elegant and appealing! It tasted just as good as it looked. . Flavor is good. Per usual, service is slow. Servers are not attentive. The table we were seated at did not have napkins, nor did they give us any. We ordered and the food came out fairly quick though my daughter's potato wedges were too crispy and some burned. She was not given a fork for her boneless wings. Was in the area for a work conference and thought I would stop to get a salad. Been to several buffalo wild wing locations and this one isn't any different. I was assisted at the take away area in a timely manner and my salad came out in a decent amount of time. By the time I made it to the hotel and opened my salad I was disappointed. Here's why I can't give them a 5 star review...my salad looks like they ran out of lettuce! Why isn't the bowl full? It didn't even bother me that it was only one chicken strip. But to not have a bowl of salad disappointed me! The salad was good though. I've had a similar experience at other businesses particularly when it comes to salads and it's really annoying, particularly for the prices they charge! Buffalo Wild Wings food is fine if you're looking for bar food and beers, but this location has just never gotten their act together. Their ticket times are ridiculously long, and the service is lacking. We arrived for dinner tonight at 6:05pm, and our server was quick to take our drink and appetizer order. We ordered some boneless wings in two flavors, and ended up with one flavor, which we didn't realize until our server stepped away. No biggie. She came by about 10 minutes later to take our dinner order, and it was about 6:25pm by that time. Food (two burgers) arrived at 7:04pm, and we didn't get out of there until 7:37pm. I ordered my burger with grilled onions and there were just a few little onions on it (see pic). I don't fault our server, I think she was doing her best, but I'm sure her tips are suffering as a result of the slow kitchen. During our long wait for dinner, I saw a manager floating around, but he was not checking in with all the tables that had very obviously been waiting a long time. Won't be back! read more

I always have a positive experience here, the service and food are great, and Emilee and Sidney are great!

I came in, at the door was told no reservations, while waiting for my group I was allowed to eat at the bar, saw 2 tables, one was reserved and the other being used, I chilled and hung for a bit the table being used becomes free and there was no line at the time, the bartender gave me an attitude saying its reserved for 6 people I said perfect my group is 6 people and they'll be here in 30 minutes. He walks away and the reserved table was taken they held it for over an hour. Every 3-5 minutes the bartender was hounding me about even though I had it for 20 minutes before I gave in and said just take it. My group had to split, he didn't want to serve us so I closed out and he had the audacity to get mad and throw a fit of not getting tipped and acted like he was gonna do something about it. (I'm normally a big tipper) (1st time ever not tipping). My group had to ask another waiter. I guess he didn't wear his name tag for good reason. read more
