Three times in a row my family has ordered delivery from this location (crystal, mn) and multiple items were missing. Today half of our order was not delivered, we called and the manager admitted the mistake was on their end and had the rest of our order delivered, yet a box of French fries was still missing. It cannot be that hard to look at the receipt for the order and make sure that all the items are being sent out, especially after already screwing it up the first time. This is clearly not a issue with any individual employees, but with the establishment as a whole. They need to get there s*** together! read more

Came in with a college team of about 30 people and the staff handled it extremely well. The hostess, Melinda, was very accommodating and quickly worked with the manager to get us seated much faster than expected. Even though we were spread across multiple tables, our server Jamel was very attentive and everything came out correct the first time. Great service for a large group! So I went in on a Saturday, as soon as I sit down I wasn't greeted I was given Hand signals by the bartender too pull out my ID. I took it out with no question. I had 2 rounds of light beers when she put a water infront of me. I was kinda taken back by it but gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was just being sweet. I Remember many years ago when this location opened. Despite all the new express locations popping up this location is still the most convenient but lately I feel like they've been going down hill. The past 3 times I've been to this location (far apart, because of multiple issues) I haven't been impressed. I'll start with my most recent visit- today. I put in an online order for takeout an hour and half before my pickup time (at 6 I placed an order to pick up at 7:30). I arrive exactly at 7:30, I pay in store for my meal (online didn't have an option to pay for whatever reason, maybe I needed to create an account who knows), also the card reader, keypad thing prompts for tipping- had I known how everything was going to payout, I would have tipped way less. So 7:30 pay for my food, they go in back to check on my order, the host comes out and says they are wrapping everything up. I ordered 2 buffalo wraps. No biggie. I'm thinking 5 minutes tops. Chipotle wraps a loaded burrito in like 30 seconds, so I'm being generous and saying 5 minutes for 2 wraps with only chicken, lettuce and cheese. 10 minutes pass, nothing. I ended running into an old friend which helped move time along. But 20 minutes arrived and I'm about ready to cancel my order. I could have dined in and got food way faster the way food was flying out of the kitchen. The cashier realized I was still standing there and ran back to the kitchen to check again, she comes back out and says "they messed up your order 3 times and they are trying to remake it, I'm so sorry". Let me tell you, when I got home and opened the boxes I was livid at how they folded the tortilla wraps. My mom picked hers up and everything fell right back in the box. I waited 25 minutes for them to "wrap everything up" and they failed?! Maybe if they would have just told be whoever was working the food didn't know how to wrap I would have just asked for it to be served like a taco in smaller tortillas. It was such a mess. I regret going here. I could tell it was a rough night (maybe because he Vikings game was on) but from what I observed in those 25 minutes of waiting was a lot of mess ups. That was a long story, so I'll sum up the other experiences. I've been here when more than half of the restaurant was empty and service was lacking. Food came out before drinks. Long waits for food to come out, they forget to bring out things you've ordered, so you just say forget it because you don't have all day to wait. I've ordered mozzarella sticks from here that the cheese was still cold, the boneless chicken is a weird texture now. Overall I'm not impressed. I ordered two buffalo ranch chicken wraps, one with a side of Caesar Salad and the other with a side of Veggie Slaw... When food was delivered by Door Dash, and I opened the boxes, the wraps were fine however the sides were no good. Our first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings and they've lost a customer forever. We thought it would be fun to have wings with our "snackable supper" for Super Bowl Sunday. We placed our order Saturday for pickup on Sunday at 5 PM. Arrived to pickup order and they were still working on 4:00 orders and deliveries. When they finally waited on me they said they couldn't find my order! By the time they finally found and filled my order and I headed home it was 5:40 almost an hour late! We were excited to dig in and enjoy some wings. Opened our order box and the wings were tough, barely edible, and not even slightly warm. It was like they sat in a warming tray for hours, but they weren't warm. What a disappointment and a waste of $30. Since Covid I've ordered from this location twice. Both times I ordered and prepaid 3 hours before the pickup time I selected. The first time I arrived at my pickup time and had to wait in my car for an additional 30 minutes before my food was brought to me. The second time I ordered at 3pm and prepaid. My pickup time was 7pm. While on my way to pick up the order I called to ensure it would be ready to go. I was assured my order would be ready at the agreed upon time. When I arrived I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I'm disappointed. I'll have to start going to another location, I've had it with this one. read more

One guy with his back to me, just talking.... someone in the kitchen working and talking and a 3rd individual who I could see partial of. I stood there for a few minutes and finally someone acknowledged me, who was a manager. He had his jacket on, having worked in the restaurant industry, was either coming or going to for a smoke break. He greeted me awsomely, which was refreshing after my wait, asked about my day, like he cared and I returned the favor like I did. He then proceeded to confirm my order and asked was I paying with CC, to which I responded yes. He educated me on it how it would suggest a tip.... (*wow boys and girls, i don't know anything about how tips work on my cc ..lmbo) he got a zero for evening mentioning it, after I waited a while with 3 visible ppl in my sight and 2 of whom could see me. I sat down and waited for my food and finally the young lady came out with my food all bagged up and called my name. No sauces were included in the order, as well as missing carrots and celery which was chosen as a side. In addition to this saucy disappointment, our food was cool to luke warm in temperature. I called the location and she was kind on the phone to apologize and told us we can come back to grab sauce. It wasn't worth it at this point because we were already home. Craving wings so I decided to hit up b-dubs. It was a Friday night I was afraid it was going to be packed with locals BUT to my surprise it was empty. We got the mini corn dogs that come with a honey mustard dipping sauce & mozzarella sticks with marinara dipping sauce. After we placed our appetizers order we didn't see our server for about 10-15 min. We had to hunt her down to put in our wings order. We ordered the traditional wings In large, which came with 20 wings. Our flavored were Caribbean jerk, spicy garlic, lemon pepper, & our server recommended jammin jalapeño. We also got a basket if buffalo chips with cheese & Cajun seasoning. The Caribbean jerk & spicy garlic wings are my favorite. Usually get it everytime I visit. We decided to try the lemon pepper, wingstop offers a delicious version so I decided to try it out here. This is a dry rub seasoning. The flavor was good BUT instead of tossing the wings in the dry rub it looks like they just sprinkled some seasoning on top which left some wings uncoated & bland. I had 2 coated wings & 3 uncoated regular fried chicken. NOT good. I was a little iffy on trying thee jammin jalapeño . Part of me wanted to try it but the other part of me was like no! The description said spicy jalapeño with lime. Let me tell you there was nothing lime about that flavor. It tasted like sweet BBQ with an after taste of jalapeño. It was too sweet & the jalapeño taste just lingers. NO spice to it. The buffalo chips with cheese & Cajun is always delicious. The service was good, the food was ok. After we ordered food and waited 30 minutes for 2 orders of wings and a wrap we ate the food and it was very over cooked and way too chewy. Then when it came time to they wanted a phone number to text the check too and then the server didn't know how to use the gift cards we had to pay so we had to wait even longer so someone that knew how to use the gift cards came to put them into the machine. I wouldn't usually write a review for a chain restaurant like this but I just couldn't believe how good their service was today. I goofed my online order which went to a different bdubs. I showed up and they said it wasn't a problem. They took my order, called the other location to cancel it, and put a rush on my order so I wouldn't be waiting. The person who took my order, the manager, and the one who gave me my food were all incredibly polite and outgoing. They even show you your order now to ensure accuracy. As for the food, it was as good as I could expect. Sizes of the wings were big, sauced well, and hot. The new blazing sauce is really good. Quite a bit spicier than the old version.
