First of all is this a bar or a restaurant? There is no bar so Im calling it a restaurant. So as a restaurant this is a joke. One order in our group was a wing snack which was delivered in a paper dish. Choice of celery or carrots came the same way. A small order came delivered the same. I would expect this at a drive through. The medium order came in a basket w wax paper. I love wings but not with this kind of service and prices. $15.99 for a medium order of wings. Bartenders are friendly. Wait staff is hit or miss, some are exceptional and others the complete opposite. Food is consistent and if for some reason your food takes to long or comes out cold for whatever reason they do a good job of making it right. The new blazing source formula with ghost peppers is quite hot-a lot hotter than the previous one was which is good as it gives a wider range of mild to spicy for those that enjoy spicier sauces. I have gotten take out from this location several times and it wasn't until this last time that I got it that I feel that the combination of sauce and chicken was up to par. I have ordered the boneless wings from here with the honey BBQ and garlic parmesan sauce. I really enjoy the taste of the honey BBQ but as I said before, it wasn't until this last time that I felt that the chicken wasn't dry and that there was enough sauce. I will probably keep ordering from here, but just beware, that their chicken to sauce ratio may be off. However, the service was always great and the take out was prepared very quickly. read more

Bdubs on merle hay has horrible service. We ordered three different wings, fried pickles, and fries. My husband got home and we had cheese sticks and wedges in place of the pickles and fries. My husband went back to get what we ordered and they gave us the original pickles and fries that sat out for 50 minutes. Never going back. read more

Fair to partly cloudy. BWW has gotten VERY EXPENSIVE as their whole corporate pricing strategy has gone to favor the business. Too bad the independent stores have got to suffer from the corporate pricing strategy. They are doing all they can to squeeze all they can out of their customers. "Snack and small" are the 2 smallest sizes and they are named as such so you order the $14.99 "medium" size. 2 bottle beers and wings were over $20.00.... Even on Thursday wing night. We use to love BWW but ever since we can't get outta there with 2 adults/2 kids for under $70.00....we won't come back. Sad to see this happen as I actually like b-dubs but simply can't afford their outrageous prices anymore. :( read more

Foods good service sucks. Every time I go in they mess up my order. Sometimes they can't get the right amount of wings I asked for others they mix up my sauces. For future reference I will Be writing my order down on a piece of paper and give that piece of paper to the waiter so they can't mess it up. I also am frequently getting up to get my own drink because otherwise I'll get maybe one refill. I am SO disappointed, I took my Special Needs son out for his favorite meal, Wings, and thought BWWs would be a Great place for it. We arrived at 4 PM, to avoid the crowds and he was Hungry. We were seated immediately and then things fell apart. There was only 1 other customer, but we waited over 5 minutes for a Drink order, and to order our food, we then WAITED, others who came in were served and we WAITED, it was a full 25 minutes before our Food arrived. The "basket" of fries was on a metal plate and were not Hot, the wings were not as hot as expected, the "Asian Zing" sauce had no zing and was a poor imitation sweet sauce, the Blue cheese dip was something I would get out of a cheap bottle of dressing. Our "server" never introduced himself, and when asked if we wanted our leftovers, we did, he brought a box and tossed it on our table so I had to box myself. There is NO Customer Service, Staff was lacking in Training, he brought our silverware and napkins and dropped them in one pile on the table. I got the impression the cooks could care less (the fries and wings) or our Server could not be bothered delivering them. All in All it was a $50. DISAPPOINTMENT! read more

I was early for a pickup and was helped right away and the staff was nothing other than pleasant and helpful.

You go to a chain because they are predictable,.... not necessarily. It took about 45 minutes to get wings, salad, and kids mini corn dogs. No they were not excessively busy. Everything but the salad was cold. Greasy onions rings cold, the wings were cold. The saving, the 2 year old could eat her mini corndogs and fries without getting burned. We were offered new onion rings and bread for the salad, it took so long we were ready to go when we told the waiter to forget the rings and bread. Drinks! My mother in law was a waitress for YEARS. Number one to keep someone happy, refill the drinks, yeah that didn't happen. So to end this, not a good experience at all! read more

I'm writing this review in response to what just happened to myself, my brothers family (including twin 2 year olds), and our friends at this location. We sit down and I ordered a beer, and being from Montana I sometimes get funky looks about my ID. Also, it is a military issued ID, so the expiration date is 9999. Now the waitress says her manager wants to look at my ID, and walks away with it. A few minutes later, he comes back firmly stating that he is confiscating my "fake" ID. At this point I tell him it is not fake, and show him my Military ID (which he ignores). He spends the next 5 minutes trying to tell me that my id is fake and that he is confiscating it (which is illegal, by the way). Finally we insist on him calling the police because he is wrong. At last, he says "Okay, I'll give you your ID back but we are going to refuse to serve you." So based on his petty ignorance and incorrect knowledge, we are forced to leave, rerouting multiple inbound friends and completely ruining our dinner plans. Based on this lack of respect and ridiculously terrible service, I will never return to this location. read more

I work with young adults with disabilities and we frequent this Buffalo Wild Wings often. The lunch menu fits into their budget and the variety is hard to beat. Before leaving our facility, we ensure everyone has money for a tip and their meal. We received our drinks and food in a timely manner and it tasted fine. After paying, we noticed that three checks didn't have the correct amount. Since we had a group of 7, we checked to see if gratuity was included, it wasn't. 2 checks gave $20 for a meal that cost $8.50 and one person got $9.50 back and one got $8.50. We asked the waitress to correct this and she gave us back a $1. It still wasn't correct. We finally asked the manger to clear it up and noticed that a third check didn't get the correct change either. After talking to the manager, who continually interrupted us and assured that it was okay, we finally got our correct change. We then noticed one check on the table that wasn't paid, the waitress gave me the correct change but when counting the change, I noticed a bill that looked suspicious (the bill looked like it printed on white paper). I asked her to exchange it and she said that bill was okay'd by a manager. I told her that I would still like a new bill. She reluctantly gave me one. This is very disappointing because our group comes here often (not to mention, leaves an adequate amount for a tip) and we were treated this way. I will not return to this establishment. read more

I've gone to bdubs multiple times, twice alone this week and today the service was piss poor. The bar tender took my drink order and never came back to grab my order for my food. A manager came later and took my order and placed down the tablet with a 15 min count down. I never got a refill until after I finished eating my food. It took them 18:47 to ge the food to my table and never brought out my to go order. The server finally comes by an hour later to give me a check and I tell her lunch I free because it took them over 18 min to get the food to my table so she gets a manager who argued with me how I tampered with the tablet and that's why it showed that specific time. I ended up getting my order suspended but I just felt like the management should work on dealing with customers in a more respectable manner. I don't care about a free lunch I just expect to be treated and taken care of like I normally am read more

Im not entirely sure how this place got 3 stars in the first place. I scheduled a pick up for 520 and im over 20 minutes deep waiting for some food. Protip tho. There are 3 or more girls standing and chatting at the pickup booth and any point in time. Schedule less of them to decrease overhead! read more

Just had a terrible experience. Not the first time though. Asked the hostess for a booth. She tried to sit us in a dirty booth. When we asked for clean booth she told us the server for the section was on break. Since this not the only bdubs in town, we left. Will never go back there. read more
