Worst Buffalo experience ever. Waited over an hour to get food. Then it was cold, and the bartender blamed the back house because they lost our ticket on the floor. This is Thursday night, and 4 count um 4 parties are in the bar area. Why would wings and fries take an hour. Funniest thing is, I've had five different people tell me the service here is terrible. And sure enough they proved them right. The bar is dirty still with trash they neglected to pick up everything from the previous party that was here when we got here. It's like a bad relationship that you can't shake. You break up. Then go back hoping they're changed; but then you're quickly reminded of why you left the relationship in the first place. EVERY time my boyfriend and I come to this location, the service is terribly slow. We go to the bar, wait 5-10 minutes to order a beer, wait another 5-10 for the server to come back and deliver some bad news. Then repeat. This time the bad news was that they didn't have a beer on tap that we ordered. So we tell her we can see the beer on tap. She mumbles a soft and sweet "I'm new", like we give a damn, and then someone else brings our beer 5 minutes later. Get it together BWW! You've been open for over a year. I have only done online orders and gone to pick them up. Service has always been great. Food is hot and ready to go. The service at the counter has been perfect and friendly. They're certain to have your order correct, by checking it with you before you leave. I don't think this location deserves the rank it has on Yelp. read more

The food is good, the location is new, modern, and fun. This restaurant needs to work on training their servers for the amount of beer and wing lovers in the area and I'm sure they will be a go-to spot especially for those that live East of I-35 read more

My kids and I have eaten at BWW twice a month for the last five years. Always one of our favorites - until the change. We've been twice in the last month and may never go again. Well, once again very disappointed with BWW. My 3 year old granddaughter loves chicken wings. I have been swindled for the last time for over priced horrible wings , but the sauce is great. I had 6 orders of wings that is 36 wings for $48.04. They said be ready in 15 minutes. I was there in 17 minutes. The wings were still not ready. 1 star just because they won't let me give them 0. The worst experience we have ever had there. We waited 20 minutes to stop our server to order an appetizer. Then had to track him down to get the appetizer we actually ordered. Once again I had to catch him so we could order. I told the server 3 time not hot sauce on the boys burger. Would you like to guess what was right there on top. Sure enough hot sauce. I know most of us would have not been so nice or patient. However it was my sons choice and I didn't want to make a scene. The new boneless wings are awful... Tried this place twice since the original one in Edmond closed down and asked for my buffalo chips to be cooked WD both times and they were flimsy. Me and a couple friends went to eat here after a football game. We sat in the open seating area and were immediately helped and our waitress was very sweet and very attentive at first. One of our orders was messed up but we did not complain and ate it anyways. She came to bring us our checks and mixed them all up so we had told her and she looked at us and told us to "add it up ourselves" even though we politely told her something was wrong. We then waited for her to come back and she never did. We asked another lady and she went and grabbed the manager. We told him the problem and went to talk to our waitress. He came back and was very disrespectful and told us that our school should no longer be allowed to come there and that he would contact our school. He talked to us like we were 4 year olds and did not treat us with any respect whatsoever. I get that we are teenagers and for some people actions we get a bad reputation, but we were very polite and respectful. I was very shocked at the way the manager acted towards us, and I know if there would have been an adult there with us it would not have gone that way. Very clean, brand new BWW. Non-smoking throughout - even in the main bar/TV room. Management is great about changing TVs to the game you want to watch. Still having the occasional service blunder, but they're new, so it's to be expected. Hopefully they work out kinks. read more

We have given the place several tries. The service is variable, usually fair or slow like several other BWW I have been to, but a bit worse. This one has more Teenage servers that have the attitude that they are doing you a considerable favor by stopping at your table for taking your order etc. Otherwise, The only real problem there is the food. I'm not sure if it's because the place is new but the wings are overly heavily fried and greasy and so heavily drenched in sauce that it serves to remind you of the place for several days after the visit. read more

The food, location and environment are great, but this location has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. There are always a ton of servers, so the issue is not that they are short staffed. The servers appear to be too busy socializing with each other instead of doing their job. Food comes out wrong, order drinks and they never come, and it takes forever to get your check because they rarely check on you. The service is consistently bad. They charge for ranch dressing on Thursdays (don't expect them to tell you that)! 60 cents per little container, to make it worse they didn't even put the ranch in my to go order. Double rip off. Edmond does not do BWW well. We have not had pleasant experiences at the BWW on N Santa Fe so we decided to give the new location a try. Bad mistake. We went at 5:30 on a Thursday and the restaurant was pretty empty. We should have taken that as a sign. The hostess had trouble initially deciding where to sit the two of us due to the fact that certain waitresses hadn't shown up to work yet, when she finally decided she tried to sit us at a two seat table by a wall that partially stuck out so one of us would be close to sitting in the walkway. She asked us if we were okay with sitting there and we said "no" due to the fact that it was an awkward place for a table, she looked shocked. The room was pretty empty so she quickly choose a better table for us. We then sat at our table for a good 5-7 minutes without a waitress coming to take our drink order. We looked back at where to go orders were placed and picked up and there were 5-7 waitresses standing and talking. As we were getting ready to leave a waitress who was not assigned to our section asked if anyone had taken our drink orders yet and we informed her we were planning on leaving. After reading other reviews we are happy that we didn't even try to stay for the food. There are plenty of other local restaurants that have quality food and service that goes along with it that are worth going to. We will be surprised to see if this location lasts very long. read more

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to come to my table, I eventually got up and sat at the bar. Ordered my food with the bartender and it came out about five minutes later. Wings were very cold. You could tell the food wasn't fresh. You're going to get people sick serving food like this. I stopped eating the wings and just ate my fries. There was a table of what appeared to be employees sitting nearby. The waitstaff would occasionally congregate around the table and chat with their friends. I wouldn't have a problem with this if I hadn't sat at my table un-greeted for 20 minutes as one of your waitstaff walked by me more than five times. Waitstaff on their cell phones the entire time I was there. Again... I honestly don't mind you being on your phone if you're taking care of business, but when you aren't even doing your job it just makes me wonder why I chose to spend my money with you. Ordered wings and a beer. Beer was flat and when the wings finally came out the first wing I picked up had a hair on it. Sent it back, manager came out and gave me her spill. It was but like 2 minutes after they took them back that my order came back out. Same order as before but no hair and they threw more sauce on wings to cover it up. My husband loves BWW food, and since the traditional wings are half price on Tuesday we've started coming every Tuesday. Every week (except maybe 3 or 4 since the beginning of the year) we are amazed at how bad the service is. It's laughable at this point. I don't see how they stay in business. Consistently the worst service. They do try to make up for it by offering discounts or free food, however, I'd rather have prompt service and my order correct. They messed up 3 of the last 5 times me and my wife ate there. I just tried their take out and they didn't have my order ready when I arrived and when I got home no dressing for our salads. The wait staff wanders around like zombies and are on their own time not the customers. We have stopped going there and won't be back. What a huge disappointment. It's hard to give them even one star. We love BWW and we have never had such a terrible experience at one before until now. It was our first time at this new BWW and we ordered our usuals. So to begin with, we waited for about 45 minutes for our wings. When the waitress finally came out with the food, she had only 1/4 of our order correct. The wings that she left at our table were cold. Who knows how long they had been sitting waiting for her to pick up... We then waited for another 15 minutes before she came out with yet again, the wrong items. So the manager came by and asked us what the problem was. We told him about everything and he then asked if we wanted to take it home!!!! Ahahahahahaa!!!!! Really?! He Then asked, "So would you just like to leave then?". Wow... We were a bit surprised he didn't offer to make us a whole new order or offer anything else but whatever. We wouldn't have ordered anything else from them with what we had gone through anyways. You would be better off going to the BWW in Shawnee. They always have great service and great wings!
