I live east of I35 and when I saw that BWW was opening up nearby, I was very excited, since I wouldn't have to drive all the way into Edmond to enjoy a beer with my dinner. I've visited this location 4 times since it has opened, and each time I have received very poor service. On my first visit, I ordered a beer, it was brought to me and as I was about half way through my drink when a server approached me, snatched my beer and said that it was intended for another table and walked off. I was too shocked to react. Ace, the manager on duty came by. I explained the strange behavior, he apologized and took corrective action. On my second visit, my wife and I sat at the bar. We ordered our food and beer. That was the last time the bartender acknowledged our existence. We had to flag down another server to get an order or wedge fries, which never arrived. I saw Ace manager on duty, who had helped us on our first failed visit and explained to him that we were being totally ignored. He again apologized for his staff and corrected the server's mistakes. My third visit had better service, but the chicken tenders that I ordered looked and tasted like they came from the Sam's Club next door. On my fourth and final visit which was with my son last night. We ordered wings and I ordered a beer. Midway through my meal, I ordered a second beer, which never arrived. I explained to my server, Julie (who was actually attentive) that I no longer wanted the beverage and wanted to tab out. The manager on duty came by. I shared with him my continued disappointment with service that I have received on ALL of my visits, including this one. He gave me a very insincere apology and made not attempt or offer to make things right. I understand that there are growing pains with a new restaurant, but 4 times in a row is inexcusable. Needless to say, it looks like I'll be going back to Old Chicago and Brick town Brewery. I will say that that interior is very cool, tons of monitors for watching sports and very contemporary. Should be called chicken nuggets, not wings. Chicken was cold and hard with no flavor. Ordered wedges but got French fries, either way fries were cold and rubbery; and all this for only $30.00!! Wish I could have given them no stars. read more

This is the worst BWW I've ever been to. The service is consistently horrible. It doesn't matter what time of day, or what day of the week I go. Tonight in particular was the worst. Our waitress not only didn't ask us for our beverage order, but she didn't bring us waters at all. We ordered right away and it took us way too long to get our food. Our waitress brought our food and then disappeared. I had to get up and ask the bartender for waters and condiments since our waitress was MIA. Our waitress then stopped by our table to complain about another table that didn't tip her. That was completely unacceptable and an attempt to guilt us into tipping her, I'm sure. Waited an hour and a half for meals. After an hour fifteen we asked for manager and she said they were backed up and sorry. Shortly after our meals magically appeared and all were cold. If you've ever waited tables before this only means the meals sat waiting for waitress to deliver. Then another manager showed up and apologized again saying he should've "closed the doors 45 min ago to a 45 min wait." Thanks for the discount but it barely covered our 2 beers. The people behind us arrived after us and left having eaten almost same as our order. BWW managers said what took so long was the buffalitos and the wings. REALLY??? Wings are your business. I mean, it's a Buffalo Wild Wings. I've seen some of the negative reviews, but from my experience, which granted, was only one time, was on par with your typical BWW. The service, while a bit slow, was still decent by my book. My waitress/bartender was nice and got my food and beer to me in a decent amount of time. Each time we do, we arrive 15 minutes late on purpose because it is NEVER ready within 20 min. of the pickup time. Our group has tried this new location 5 times now on our lunch hour. Unfortunately 3 out of 5 times was a bad experience. The food, which we all love, has come out late and cold. I don't fault the wait staff at all because they are attentive and friendly. But there is no excuse for cold food. The slow movement getting food out to serve makes it a stressful lunch hour. My family and I spontaneously decided to try this new BWW's location for a casual Friday night happy hour after not having dined at one of the franchises in years. Arriving close to 6pm, we were told that the bar was open seating, so we picked a high top and started perusing the drink menu. And then we waited... and waited... for someone to come by and take our drink order. Finally we flagged down a staff member, who appeared to be the manager. She was apologetic about the oversight and agreed to get our beer orders in herself. What appeared to be a generous draft menu did not actually represent what was on tap. We ended up getting the 'new IPA' the manager recommended, which was served cold and was good, so no complaints there. When our waitress finally arrived she appeared quite confused. In taking our food order she had to verify the choices 2-3 times and even returned to our table on multiple occasions to clarify. After another 45 minutes we finally got our food, which for all the notes/clarifications made by our waitress was not what we had ordered. During our wait, my family was surprised by how vacant the bar seemed for a Friday night. Now I think we know why. The beer was good, the food average but the bored/inattentive staff, outdated menus, and excessive wait times made for an overall unsatisfying experience. Safe to say we won't be back. read more

we ordered togo, and our order was wrong. kinda bummed because my mom asked multiple times if the order was right and they insisted it was. they also hadn't even put the order in yet when she got there. it had been around 10-15 minutes, so I feel like that is way too long to not have put an order in. For this restaurant to be in this specific location I honestly would expect better service. The waitress service and kitchen service are absolute crap. Came in at noon and specifically ordered off of the 15 minute or less menu. That menu states the food will be free if it takes longer than 15 minutes to get out to you. We came in with a party of seven. The waitress took our drink order, which consisted of five waters and two tees. It took her five minutes to bring those drinks back. In that five minutes the party of seven decided to get their orders to go since they're on their lunch break or 45 minutes. We all decided to get our orders to go due to the slow service we were immediately receiving. We all ordered off the 15 minute or less menu. It took 30 minutes for us to receive our orders. And we were brought our checks before ever receiving our food. Upon receiving our food my particular order was drenched in sauce and the salad was already wilted from the dressing. The boneless wings were a little under room temperature and the bread that came with my salad was stone cold. I suppose unless you're just a diehard Buffalo wild wings fan I would highly suggest never eaten at this restaurant. It's seem like a waste of time and a waste of money. Poorly ran. We have given this BWW multiple chances to redeem themselves and they continue to disappoint us. The ToGo orders are often wrong, the service dining in is mediocre at best and the food just never seems to be as good of quality as other Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants. I don't usually write reviews but I think this place deserves some positive reviews. I was here with a friend. She is new to US and never been to BWW before. She didn't like one of the sauce she ordered so she didn't finish the wings. One of the friendly lady of the service team saw the left over when we're about to leave. After she asked if we were unhappy with the food, she offered my friend free wings with her favorite flavor. I didn't say a word during the meal so my friend used her new language to communicated with all the service members. From my view everyone helped us were friendly and patient. For the food, I didn't eat but I am pretty sure my friend loves here. read more

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings so you get what you came for. At least it's hot, which is a surprise considering the service here is the biggest joke I've ever seen. Not only did we get the wrong drinks, but about 6 hostesses/waitresses were standing at the pop machine and at the entrance. 14 people staffed to work and probably 3 actually working. Highlights of the adventure: the 2 times when the waitress came up to the table eating/talking to us with food in her mouth, asking on 2 separate occasions for a box, leaving said box on the table because I was just ready to evacuate and too annoyed to go back and get it, and finally the 6 people at the host stand when we left that were too busy talking to even tell us goodbye.
