So, my waiter Wit, was great. However, the manager, Levi, not so much. We ordered 40 wings with most honey BBQ. They came out looking like a dry rub with hardly any BBQ sauce. They charged for the 2nd one which still wasn't enough. Levi came out and very snarky said you were given 2 for free. We told her we were given 1 and another family at our table gave us one. It's been a while since I returned to BWW since last time I was not impressed (fast forward 3-6months) and it was just as bad. This was at 1:30pm so not very busy (4 servers who each had about 2-4 tables). Sat there for 5-10 minutes before greeted, ordered our appetizer (sampler) and drinks. Drinks came back about 10 minutes later and appetizer around 25 minutes after we ordered it. For unknown reasons they didn't have angry orchard available although it said they had it on tap. So my drink finally arrived about 30 minutes of sitting. Sampler - quarter to half the rings were soggy when you bit into them almost as if they were fully done yet. Unsure how to describe it I've never had onion rings with that consistency in my 33yrs of living. Buffalo chicken wrap- I've had this a few times over the years and this was the first one that I would of been embarrassed to being out of the kitchen. Even the waiter made a remark and apologized crediting it to a new cook. (Pic attached) Usually the thing is a fist full of veggies and buffalo yumminess, however it was practically empty and very little meat, maybe roughly 3 boneless wings usually there is 7-8 big pieces in the past. I've been to this location multiple times and never had a bad experience until tonight. The waitress dropped the lemon on my water cup (that I had specifically requested) and so we asked for another one and she never brought it. I was in with a friend just 4 days ago. We were going to see a movie at Malco and it had sold out so we decided to go check out drinks at the bar. The host and server where very friendly and fast. They where aware of my time line of going to the movie and helped out with tracking time and tickets to ring out. I would definitely recommend their service.
