The service here was deplorable. We called in ahead of time and was told we would be seated right away. When arrived, we had to wait 45 mins before being seated regardless of what they said. Once we were seated it took almost an hour before our food arrived. The food only arrived at that time, because we were forced to complain and talk to the manager, who was unapologetic and very insincere. Abnormally slow even when not busy. You can place a to-go order 30 minutes ahead and it still takes 20 minutes longer. A lady I spoke to waiting said she had been there for 40 minutes! Ordered cauliflower wings 20 pc boneless wings and fries for takeout. Received the order after waiting for 30 mins and then found out that cauliflower wings and fries are missing. Was just in this place and oh my horrible. We sat ourselves by the bar and the waitress sprayed me with cleaning supply. She then proceeded to get very irritated when we asked for menus. Absolute worst service and food in northern Kentucky. I enjoy BDUBS in Frankfort ,Kentucky any time any day with wonderful food and service. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated at 11:20 pm on a Thursday evening. We waited about 20 for a server to even greet us. I could go on about this atrocity of a restaurant for days. Big chain, big disappointment. I have been to this location a couple of times, both times were after work happy hours, with the location chosen mostly to appease the smokers in the group. If I go back again, it will probably be for that same reason, there are too many other options around town to put up with smoke and a bad beer selection. I have no complaints with the food, it is standard sports bar fare and does nothing to stand out from other similar places. They seem to draw more people than they have parking for, at least during happy hour periods it can be difficult to find a parking spot. Maybe I have become spoiled on a couple of counts, having grown up in Wisconsin, there was always smoking in bars and restaurants, but after 4 years of smoke free public areas in Florida and now the same in Ohio, I find that I do not want to subject myself to smoke. Now maybe there is a "non-smoking" section inside and we just were not in it, due to the smokers in the group, but the whole non-smoking section thing is a fallacy anyway. However, this location is in Kentucky, where smoking is allowed, so enough whining about that. Now on to whining about something much closer to my heart: the beer selection here is very disappointing. When Guinness is the exotic choice on the beer menu, something is lacking. I understand carry the mainstream Miller and Budweiser brands, but there is such a rich beer tradition in this area and you have no Morlein, Rivertown, Mt Carmel or even Hudy options, shame on you. I was encouraged to see one of my favorites, Wisconsin brewed, Leinenkugel's Classic Amber on the menu, but when I asked for a pint, was told, "Uh, I don't think we have that, what is your second choice?" Food is typical BBW fare, but do not order takeout from this place. Their staff routinely make mistakes when fulfilling your order and could not care less about your dining experience. I finally called to complain that not one -- but three! -- omissions were made with our last order (a $14 loss on our end), and the manager had the gall to blame my husband for not double checking that the order was correct. (We ordered everything direct from the menu, no strange substitutions or special orders.) Simply put, there are better places to go for average buffalo wings. We definitely won't be back. read more

Health issue: Ok, so I had a bad experience a few months ago with customer service. A manager did reach out, but I just let it go. It was only one person. I go back tonight, to give it another shot after a long day of work, and pick up take out. I see 80% of the staff with mask off their face in or near the kitchen. Basically from the front phones to the cooks. I'm in healthcare, I wear my mask all day. I take personal offense when an establishment claims to follow rules, as "wear a mask" is on their door and I trust the environment to only walk in be near 15 employees, who are shoulder to shoulder, without mask. It's a false sense of security for a customer. Don't advertise that you follow rules and not follow them, so customers who care about their health, their families health and in my case, the health of the patients I care for. I paid for my order, stated to a hostess my issue and left. I just wanted out of there. I do hope this establishment can get better for the health and safety of nky residents. It really bothered me to see how careless the staff was. It was extreme disregard to the health of each other and customers. Customers should know if an establishment isn't complying with state mandates before investing time and money into an order. I couldn't enjoy my meal, because of the constant thoughts of the scene. I work for Door Dash and every time I come to pick up an order from this restaurant, the servers are rude and have nasty attitudes. The other night my girlfriend, her sister, and I decided to go and our waiter was rude. Chewing gum obnoxiously. Rolling his eyes at us for wanting sweet tea. He gave us our drinks and then completely forgot about us. We waited and waited until finally we got up and left. This is one of our favorite places to go when we have company dinners! My favorite is the buffalo mac but their burgers are pretty too! The only downside to a place like this is the noise. My friend and I go here once a week. We love going here and always have been treated very nicely and provided pretty good service. We are there eating and enjoying ourselves and a Mexican family comes in around 10 o'clock or so. The waiter rushes over and tells them the entire restaurant is closed and they cannot be seated. The family asks if they can come in and sit down and order quickly since the restaurant still has people. The server then yells WE ARE CLOSED I AM THE LAST SERVER and walks away causing the family to leave. 4 families come in after them that are Caucasian and they are served and waited on with no issue. This was pretty awful to see happen. The waiter also told us he was leaving after he brought us our checks but proceeded to stay there waiting on others until we left at 12 when the restaurant actually closed.... read more

Customer Last Attitude!! I have been to many BW3 all over the country and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Aside from the long waits, my order was short on my wing order. Then when I went to leave I had several items on my receipt that I did not order, but not including my wings. I asked for it to be changed and the waitress got the manager and he accused me of lying and trying to steal from his company. First, I DO NOT LIE and 2nd this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I go to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and this one by far is the worst I have ever seen. The service is sub-par at best. I mean you have to be kidding me. 10 mins to get menu's and we had to ask for them 3 times while sitting at the bar. Unacceptable! Then we watch the General Manager come to the bar to pick up some drinks and saw a flat beer. Instead of telling them to remake it he just stirred it with a straw. Used to work here, and I gotta say, these reviews are mostly spot on. Wings often get over cooked and left in The warning oven far longer than the 16 minute time they s re aloud to be in, making them very dry. Burgers often get over cooked, or even burnt, but In the spirit of "quicker service time" as my manager put it, Are still served sub-par anyway. Prices are far to high, and the alcohol selection is average. Also the chili and queso is almost never cooked properly, mostly just being nuked in the micriwave. If I were looking for a bar to eat at, I'd rather go to Tilted Kilt. read more

This was the worst experience with food I've had in a while. When we first entered, it took about 5 mins for someone to come and seat us. Then after sitting and waiting for our server for 10 mins, we finally got our waitress and we ordered our food. When the food came the chicken tenders we ordered were chewy, cold, and pink (keep in mind undercooked chicken can contain salmonella). Overall, my experience with this BW3 was horrible and would give it less than one star if possible. read more

My Wife, me, and our four boys went to eat dinner tonight. Our server was Kris, and we were greeted with the door being held open for us. We were shown to our seats immediately, and placed our drink orders right off the bat. In about 10 minutes our food was ready, and on the table. We didnt get hasseled by our waitress and our drinks stayed full. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to other families in the area and around. Friday and Saturday nights we usually don't go here due to big crowds, but tonight, was quiet, and fun. Thanks bw's. read more
