Came to this location on a Thursday night and there was not a large crowd. We had to wait a decent amount of time until the manager came by us and said that the cook dropped our food, and would have to cook it again. Therefore, the refreshments were "on the house". Once the waiter gave us our bill, the refreshments were NOT on the house and the manager was no where to be found... A little bit of false advertising if you ask me. read more

BWW as a franchise gets worse and worse every year. Smaller portions, lower quality food, and higher prices. Decided to give them another shot, got Buffalo Chicken wrap. This wrap fit in my palm of my hand it was so small, had a few pieces of chicken, and the taste was very bland (probably because it was mostly tortilla wrap). The fries were good though! read more

I love coming to this location , the server here are all nice and always attend to whatever we need, the wings are always good and delicious , manager always come to each table to ask if everything is okay, we keep coming back here and never disappoint me at all ! STOP opening the take out food to show customers that the order is complete. If I wanted ice cold food I'd get it out of my freezer. You don't open GrubHub deliveries.You didn't open food during covid curbside pick up.You make people feel like criminals even though I have never once called and said my food was missing. How about just pack orders correct and stop blaming the customers. Gross! I wish I would've looked at the kitchen area before I ate. I can promise, if I did, we would not have ate there. The floor was covered with garbage/food. There is no reason for that. Our waitress was less than friendly. She acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. We had to ask to place our order, for the check and a to go box. I've been coming to this BWW for the last few years I've never gone to a restaurant before that consistently gets your orders incorrect. I'm finally fed up with it. This location is AWFUL. The kitchen has no idea what they're doing. Restaurant always seems dirty. Steer clear from it. I will no longer be giving them my business. I was expecting more. The waitress came out and took our order then kinda disappeared. After we got our food and started eating we kinda wish it disappeared. The wings were just ok not much taste. It's really hard to find a place where you go eat and leave saying wow that server was really great. Which is why I had to make it a point to come on here and tell everyone after my lunch experience today. I didn't catch her name while we were there but my receipt shows Server: Veronica. She was great. Not only was she friendly, but she explained some of the dishes to us, made recommendations, accommodated my friend's special requests and checked in on us. I just feel she went above and beyond to make sure our lunch was great. The gentleman who seated us also checked to make sure we were happy with everything. On top of the great service, I got the Street Tacos that the server suggested and they were delicious. We got our food in a timely matter for our lunch break allowing us to get back to work on time. I love buffalo wild wings one of my favorite places to eat but my experience at the Frankfort one was really upsetting. I never ate at this buffalo wild wings before and me and a friend walked in at 9:45 pm to be forced to sit in the bar area we asked to sit in the booths in the dining room which we were brought to. The waitress was the worst waitress I've ever had she was extremely rude and when she came over to great us she didn't once mention her name she said "just so you know I'm leaving within the hour" I was shocked at what rudeness she addressed us with didn't bring us menus rushed us and didn't check on us once after we got our food it's really sad that because of that experience I would never go back to the Frankfort one and I have to give my favorite place a bad review! read more

Years ago, before the recession, this place had very very good food! The ingredients were high quality, and tasty. But I also had the chedder bacon burger and that was perty dang crappy, Pa. The bun was falling apart as I was eating it. My friend had the Jerk chicken and he liked it. But same bun problem? I would have to say that this place is was over priced for what you get. I should say what you don't get. No plates? Everything came on paper boats. We were not offered fries or O-rings. Usually their wings are a little dry, but still good. Oddly enough, the last time we were here for 50c wing night, they were really tender. Which lead to us eating our entire order, instead of stopping halfway through and taking the rest home. Their ultimate nachos are really good. I've tried a few of their wraps, and they are OK. Although BWW has great food they have AWFUL service! They higher teenagers who would rather talk on their phones or chit-chat with each other than get you your drink or food. messed up my order twice. Manger is incompetent and the employees didn't seem to know what was going on at all. They messed up my order one time so I drove back to try to get it fixed and they treated it as if it was my fault for them giving me the wrong food and then proceeded to give the wrong food again, so I just left at that point. Greasy goodness. I like this location because the bar area is huge. Wing Tuesday or Boneless Wing Thursday are the days for deals. Make sure to also ask what the drink specials are for the day...last visit $3 long islands and $2.50 jack & coke - sweet! I have always had good service. I'd give the joint 3 1/2 stars if I could (and this relates to the deal, not the place itself) - the wings aren't really the bomb, just good, and their big ass tv went on the fritz Game 6 of the NBA finals. read more

Pretty much anything in the menu is delicious and worth the visit especially on game day or a big sporting event. I will recommend any of the green salads on their menu. Don't forget to order their blazing wings which happens to be my favorite since they first open in 2003. read more

Not sure why there are only 30 reviews for this place because it is always packed when I'm there. This is a great location and the food has never disappointed me. I feel the prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area and like I said, the food is always enjoyable. The reason I can't give BWW five stars is because the service is soooo bad. Like really bad. I work in the restaurant industry so I pay attention to the small things. About three weeks ago my server (don't remember her name but she had braces) asked my friend and I if we were done because she was "getting off work really soon." I looked at her incredulously and assumed she was kidding. She also asked if she could take the bill right then. This was at 8:30 and the place was still open for three more hours. There were about five other tables and we were done being served, just sitting for a bit. She could have just waited like servers do at decent establishments. The server with braces and the guy who was vacuuming loudly right by us and other customers need to be retrained asap. read more

Went there on Friday night and sat at the bar. Waited 20 minutes to place a drink order because they were understaffed with bartenders. The bartender had no idea how to pour a beer. Put the glass in the middle of the tap and filled it up. It's halfway filled with foam. Walks away and lets it sit there for another 10 minutes to settle. Adds more beer and then serves it to me and says "We're not allowed to pour off the foam. We're allowed to serve you 2 inches of foam." Is the owner that cheap? The wings were gummy and overly sauced. I used to love this place. Never again. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give negative stars, I would. read more

All of my experiences here have been great. The biggest perk, in my opinion, is being able to watch all of the sporting events that I wouldn't be able to watch at home. The last time that I was there, I asked them to put on the Premier League soccer game, and they put it on a TV, right where I could easily see it. There were many times during college football season that I got to watch ALL of the games that I wanted to watch, simultaneously. They've got a great selection of finger-food munchies. I was a happy camper to see that they added jalapeno poppers to the menu, and I am VERY glad that they brought back their honey mustard sauce. The mini corn dogs just weren't the same without it. My only gripe is the music. It's usually the same old classic-soft rock station that plays pretty much the same songs every time that I'm there. I usually end up putting a few bucks in the jukebox but even that thing has a very limited selection of music. I'd like to see a new jukebox in there or, at least listen to a radio station that plays music from my generation, not my grandparents. Overall, I give this place two thumbs up. When the music is better, I'll give it all five stars. read more

I absolutely love this place. Every time I go, I get the boneless buffalo wings, and try a different sauce each time. They have so many different unique sauces, it's like a different meal every time (to me). My wife always gets a chicken salad which she says is good. They have a great atmosphere too, lots of tv's with plenty of sports. It's my kid's favorite place to for "boys night out". read more

Good was good if you can get over the smell of a sour mop. The smell hits you when you walk in the place and it permeates thru the whole place. This is one of the worst things to me about any restaurant. Can the management not smell it? It was awful. Service was great, food was its' usual quality, food was hot. I'd give this 3-4 stars if they can get rid of that smell. Probably won't go back just for that reason. read more

Food good. Nothing wrong there. Service was terrible. First, tables only seemed to be cleared when they needed them again and floor dirty. We ordered chips & salsa with our drinks and they never came. Finished our drinks but server never came to check if we wanted another round. Meals finally arrived after 30-40 minutes. When the manager came to check on us, we told him our problems. He was nice and offered us a discount and fixed our bill for the chips and a mixup with a drink. When our server went by after we spoke to the manager, we got a bit of a dirty look. Overall frustrated and disappointed. read more

Food at best is fair. The bar area is way too bright. Ive asked multiple times for them to dim the lights.. However they don't and just walk away. They dont put trivia or poker on the tv's anymore. Its obnoxiously loud. The bartenders dont wipe down the bar when people come and go. I dont really enjoy going here anymore. And ive noticed recently a drop in their business over the last 6 months or so. Even the employees comment how dead it is on a fri or Saturday night. I think the place sucks quite frankly. read more

Usually like this BDubs but with their expansion to New Lenox I think this ownership group has over extended themselves. Too much staff turnover has led to poor service and a lack of attention to detail. We love the NTN Buzztime trivia but they are indifferent to it- they never show it on one of their 100 TVs and their tablet game units are an afterthought- when you ask them why they aren't working you may as well as why the sun rises in the east- they just don't care. Tonight we not only had a waitress- nice as she was- who couldn't remember our drink order, and then the kitchen not only brought us the wrong wings but ended up giving us twice as many as we ordered. How do they make any money? Sad to see this favorite slip into mediocrity. read more
