THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION IS A FAIL!!!! 9/18/25 at 1830, went to pick up an order placed on the mobile app and returned home to see that French fries were missing from the Original Chicken Dippers. Returned to the store and got in an argument with ELISEO, the cashier, about the way he only provides what's on his screen. So in not honoring the app order and what was still displayed on the app, we asked for a manager. DEANNE arrived only to continue their spectacular record of failure by stating that you could have ordered it as a combo and you did not. We showed them that once you've selected the Original Chicken Dippers, it only comes in one configuration, which includes a side of fries. My wife asked if they would honor the choice we made to purchase this entree for inclusion of the fries, and she said, "100% no we will not honor that." Somehow the most important part is coming up. They must not be accustomed to people who practice due diligence because my wife started to screen record her ordering on the app to prove there is only one option, it included fries, and... miraculously it disappeared, stating "item is temporarily unavailable at this location. About undefined. No description." Again, all while we were proving that the one configuration is the only option and that is what we paid for. (Please PLEASE refer to the pictures and video posted.) The Good news is: when Corporate decides to remedy the situation, it'll come out of their cost center, they can be fined, and held personally responsible for tarnishing their brand image. The bad news: DEANNE & ELISEO have a lack of capacity for intelligence and professionalism, so they won't learn their lesson until it is too late for the franchise owner and the corporation. Beef tallow is used to fry fried food! So hard to find that these days. Most restaurants use seed oils, notably, canola, olive, which are toxic to the bodies health I came here specifically for french fries and chicken tenders fried in beef tallow. Now, if they could just get ketchup without high fructose corn syrup in it, that would be perfect When she rung up the total it came to about $18 so I asked her why the price difference. She said because maybe, it was takeout and not dine in. But where is the logic in that? It would be less if it's takeout, right? The only thing I can think of is that I got the lemon fries which is only a little different because they sprinkle a spice on it of lemon flavor. But would that end up being a seven dollar spice?. Typically I would've asked for the manager, but I didn't feel like it today. But next time I will, because that is a use discrepancy and fright scene. It's Sunday fun day here and wing time. We pre ordered our wings online a week ago to prepare for Sunday. BWW offers different packages and variety of menu options. Once I picked up my order was ready for me take out. The store outside and inside was clean for a take out restaurant. We ordered the wing bundle and highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings near you. 11/21/24 Getting lunch! I ordered on Yelp, onion rings, a chicken wrap and spicy garlic sauce. I paid for it on Yelp and received when it would be ready. Shortly later, went to get it. Greeted by nice worker, let her know and received! There is tables and chairs to eat inside if you want! Lunchtime! Chicken wrap was Really tasty! A few pieces of chicken with fresh lettuce, tomato and cheese. 1/2 was plenty! Spicy Garlic sauce I bought with it was Great! Onion rings were really good too! Better with the sauce included! You get a lot in one order too! Good service and good lunch with leftovers! Recommended! read more

It is BWW to go, what else needs to said? Same wings, sauce, fries that you get at the full service BWW but primarily to go. It is small but they do have 3-4 tables if you want to eat here or sit while you are waiting. Service was slower than expected. I ordered on the app and was 5 minutes late but it still wasn't ready. I like all the variety because out family needs that. read more

The wait was reasonable, the indoor dining was more than adequate for an 'express'-style restaurant. I ordered 10 wings (all drums), and 2 ranch. When I got home, there was no ranch. Eating wings w/o ranch is like eating pizza without cheese for me so my meal was basically inedible. I called the store and the same worker who took my order answered the call. I told him that I couldn't eat my wings w/o ranch and that it was too late and cold to drive back tonight. He said he would leave a note for the manager and that they'd probably just refund and replace it next time I came in. After I hung up, I realized that he didn't ask me my name but didn't think nothing of it because they make you give your name and phone number when you order at the register. Well I didn't end up going back for more than 2 weeks so I decided to let it go. I ordered the same order as before and waited longer than last time but still not outrageous. I decided not to even mention the issue from 2 weeks ago. When my order came up I decided I better check my bag and yup, there was no ranch again. At this point I decided to talk to the manager and explained that this had happened twice. The manager or maybe owner, idk, just said, she didn't have any way to verify it and couldn't offer me any restitution. I told her I wasn't looking for any, I just wanted to let her know that it had happened twice now. No apology, no indication that they believed me, just 'whelp, whatever'. I understand that from a management perspective she was making the right call, but from a customer perspective it was an egregious failure. Also, even without factoring in Ranch-gate, this place seems so loosely run, it has to be a franchise location. It feels like it's opening week and nobody knows what's going on. And they've been open for months. On my first time there I asked the person how big their dipping sauces were and they just replied she didn't know the exact size in ounces but "they're pretty big". I'm sure I looked dumbfounded as we stood there for the longest 5 seconds in history and asked, "well can I see one" and she took two steps back pulled one out of a fridge that was 5 ft from the register and showed me one. Like it never occurred to her to do that. I know that is a tiny bit of interaction but that's what every exchange in that restaurant has felt like so far. Ordered 6 traditional and 6 boneless wings for take out. One buffalo and one mango. Got home and both were Buffalo. The receipt was correct, and it has a place for the employee (Lur) to put their initials showing that they checked the order. When 12 wings cost over $25, I kinda expect them to be good, but I guess it's my fault for not checking before I went home. Update: I received a call from the manager within a few hours of posting this review, and he was very responsive to my complaint. He took the time to call me on a Saturday evening, when I'm sure he had much more important things to do, considering the restaurant has only been open a short time, and are in the middle of a learning curve. Although I may choose to take my business elsewhere for now, I would encourage y'all to give them a try - just check your order before you leave! read more

The service here was impeccable. The order came out fast and correct, and the owner and all the employees were very nice. It's also very clean. Not a lot of seating, but it looks like it's more meant for takeout orders than anything else. Glad there's one on this side of town. read more

We have been meeting at Blue Oak Grille at Table Mountain for a couple of months now and out of all the places we have met, in terms of value and service, there is no better place than here. The food is excellent, prices affordable, service range from pretty good to excellent. Today's service was excellent in every way. Our server, Lea, was friendly, professional, timely, and welcoming. Wingstop is 1.1 miles down the road. Save your time and money and go there instead. Ordered the classic chicken sandwich with garlic parmesan and it came dry and soggy with no seasoning on it.
