There is so much to complain about. Co2 is set too high so less draft beer is in glass than should be. Probably set to 16 psi instead of 11 psi. Just another way to rip off your customers. Bbq sauce couldn't make it better. Overdoing Tabasco does not make a good buffalo sauce. Yuck. It is amazing how this place continues to operate under the terrible service that management allows. I have ordered online on more than one occasion, and probably have a 20% chance of getting my order correct. Today was yet another example where I ordered two orders of tator tots, a burger, and a chicken sandwich. Fairly simple, or so I thought. When I went inside the restaurant to pick up my order, I noticed that I was missing my chicken sandwich, so I brought it to the attention of the hostess. She didn't seem happy that I brought this to her attention, but she took my bag with food back to the kitchen, and in a few minutes brought my plastic bag with food back to me. I saw that there was an additional box of food in my bag, so I took it for granted that she had added my chicken sandwich. That was my mistake because when I got home, I realized she had added another hamburger to my bag, and not the chicken sandwich that I had ordered. They seat you and then you're lucky if anybody looks your way in the next 10-15 minutes. We almost walked once and finally did the last visit. The place is a ghost town yet the attention is sparse and the service painfully slow. The servers have plenty of time to look at phones and chit chat at the station near the bathrooms, however. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight for my sons 3rd birthday, he loves eating there and that was his choice. All the host were so sweet and wished him a happy birthday (he was wearing his birthday crown so proud) and other servers walked by our table to say hi and make his night. But our server unfortunately was inattentive and could care less about my cheery three year old announcing how old he was. Our drinks were constantly empty, barely checked on, and just in general poor service. I don't know if we will be back. I have visited this location three separate times, and with each visit it only got worse. On my first visit our server got my order wrong and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault, that was after waiting 10 minutes for him to come by our table after we had told the server that dropped off the food that it was the wrong order. The entire time we waited for our correct order to come out he was sweeping around our table, at one point he even asked us to move so he could sweep. Also, the person I was with left her phone behind, an hour and a half later we come back to pick it up and no one knew about a missing phone. Our server had it in his pocket the entire time. Working in the service industry we were shocked to see this because every server knows that if something is left behind you immediately give it to a manager. On our second visit we ordered cheese curds as an appetizer. Our order this time was half the size of our last, we asked our server if he had put in for the side order instead of the appetizer order. He never answered just walked away and soon a manager came out with another order, she said "I heard you complained about the size of your cheese curds, here's some more." that is all, no apology or follow up on the rest of our meal. Our server never came by for anything else other then at the very end to drop off the checks. On my third visit we ordered our food and then waited 25 minutes before our server came by and said the food should be out in a minute after another ten minutes still nothing. We walked up to him and said that we were just going to go considering there were only 3 tables in the restaurant and we had waited 35 minutes for two burgers. I would also like to mention the kitchen has a door with a window on it, through the window we could see the kitchen staff literally fist bumping and dancing around the kitchen. Our servers response to us leaving wasn't "let me check how much longer or let me grab a manager", all he said was "uh yeah I check on it a couple minutes ago". The last thing we wanted to do was go wait for food at another restaurant but we weren't willing to spend any money on a business that clearly doesn't care about their guests. OVERALL: the staff is very unprofessional and the food gross. I was excited to have a place in Georgetown that is open late and serves alcohol but sadly we will never be back again. read more

Walk down the front of Wolfe Ranch shopping center and find Wing Stop and just get something there. Bad service at Buffalo Wild Wings every time. Really, it's ironically a pointless restaurant chain. Maybe they should raffle off the gazillion TVs they have everywhere at this restaurant which highly distract you from even eating. Remove that loud blare of the TVs, and folks will begin paying attention to the bad food and poor service, and dine elsewhere. I should have checked all the boxes but only checked the top two and they were boneless all others bone in, I tried calling the restaurant and the phone number listed 512-763-1367 rings out so I was unable to communicate with anyone at the store. Not sure I will be returning other than to stop in tomorrow to leet the manager know about their inability to complete an order correctly. read more

Have been to this location twice, first time horrific service. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Once we got a table they legitimately couldn't find our waiter. The person in the front greeting, actually had to take our order bless his heart. The food came out wrong and we got our waters about 20 mins after the correct food came out. The second time I visited this location we witnessed a very frustrated party come to pick up a order they had called in 3 hours prior and it wasn't even in their system yet. We sat there watching everyone else get their food and we waited and waited and waited some more. The officers finished their food and then were comped their mean, ok I get it, they get that a lot. We finally got our food and asked for another beer to go with it. Like I said the food was great and spicy, we were thirsty. Our waitress offered to get us some water until our beer came? That was confusing since it seems like it would have been faster to just pop the top off our beer rather than getting us water. It was very disappointing. Came on a Sunday evening. It was not overly crowded and in fact, no one was out on the patio. Perhaps that should've been our first clue that we wouldn't get good service out there. Can't rate the food, never got any or any drinks. Sat outside for 11 minutes and never got a server. There was, however, a worker out bussing tables that never greeted us either. I finally flagged her down politely and asked if she could get our server. She said she could, but after sitting there another 6 minutes, we threw in the towel.
