The hostess today was very friendly her name was Miranda. My server Tiffany was very fast and efficient. The amount of TVs in this place is amazing. I have been in bigger Buffalo Wild Wings but I must saw this place feels like home. I hope they send out materials so I can do my fantasy football draft like other locations. Love Buffalo, but this one is struggling. Will have open tables but says there's actually a 20 min wait, food takes over an hour to come after being ordered and just the service overall is slow with a lot of mistakes. They are 3 for 3 so far on getting orders wrong. Hopefully it's just a result of new restaurant and staff and the kinks will be worked out soon... hopefully... read more

Came on a Sunday evening. It was not overly crowded and in fact, no one was out on the patio. Perhaps that should've been our first clue that we wouldn't get good service out there. Can't rate the food, never got any or any drinks. Sat outside for 11 minutes and never got a server. There was, however, a worker out bussing tables that never greeted us either. I finally flagged her down politely and asked if she could get our server. She said she could, but after sitting there another 6 minutes, we threw in the towel. Looking at the state of all of the messy empty tables and the trashed floors, I guess I should be glad we didn't eat there. Don't bother. read more

Very nice people. Restaurant appears clean. Placed an online order that had a 25-minute turnaround time. Showed up 30 minutes later and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Ordered​ 20 wings got home had only 15. These Wings were so dry it appeared as if they were cooked last night. This happened within the first hour of the store was open. Very disappointed. Worst service ever! There was about 20 people in the entire place and it took 20+ minutes just to get us our appetizer. Then after a whole HOUR AND A HALF we left because they hadn't brought out our entree. They told us that our order didn't get processed and then when it did, they dropped our food. No one came and told us what the hold up was until we said we were leaving. They apologized and didn't charge us for what we did get the chance to eat. read more

I like buffalo wild wings and have had it in other cities and other states. The food is usually pretty standard and worth the long wait. But not at this location. Here not even the regular buffalo wing sauce is good. Better off driving to pluckers. read more

Very disappointed. From the second we walked in, the hosts had solid frowns on their faces. Their names were Jocelyn and Sarah. No smile, no "welcome in" , nothing. They didn't say a word. I was the first to speak when I said "table for two please". Sarah told us to follow her. We asked if we could be seated somewhere where we could see the Rockies game - she didn't say anything but continued to lead us to a dark booth in the corner (where we couldn't see the game). It was covered in some kind of wing sauce. There were napkins and trash all around our booth and the ones next to us. Crumbs all over the seats as well. We went back to the front of the restaurant and asked kindly to be seated somewhere else. Again, NO engagement or interactions from the hosts at all. By this time there were 3 or 4 girls standing behind the hosts stand. One of them rolled her eyes at us, while Sarah said "go sit where you want". We were extremely disappointed with our experience overall. The place was a terrible sticky mess. The only saving grace was our awesome server, Landon. He was kind, upbeat, and attentive. Came in and ordered a wrap. I asked my server what side it came with and she said fries, I asked if I could get mac and cheese instead. She said yes. Now I assumed there would be an up charge maybe $1 or $2. But she never mentioned any up charge when I ordered. When I got my bill I didn't have an up charge but she rang in a separate order of mac and cheese. It was like $3.70 of something close to that. I asked why she didn't tell me when I ordered that mac and cheese was NOT an option to switch the fries. She said anything upgraded from fries were a charge. But this was not a charge. Not only did she ring in a full amount mac n cheese but I never got the fries that actually came with the meal! She said she would talk to a manager about it. So I put my card in the book and when she dropped it off nothing was taken off or changed. So not only did she lie about being able to swap the fries for the mac but I never got the full order. At least give me what I pay for! I'm very upset about this. If she hadn't of lied to me about being able to swap the mac and cheese I would have gotten a different order. I'm on a budge being a single mom and every dollar counts to me. I budgeted just enough for my meal and a tip. Not to be lied to. So don't even pay attention to menu prices because apparently it policy just to ring up everything separate so it cost more and your ticket is higher. Thanks for making me spend my dinner budget too.....yes my dinner budget was only 4$.....You sacrifice as a single mom. And it's hard to do that when servers are dishonest about prices. read more

We arrived about 5:30 pm and by 7:45 we were told we good no longer get any more alcoholic drinks. Really how many drinks alcoholic drinks can you have between this time period. We even spoke to the manager about a barbecue sauce which was not available for our potato wedges We were not being intrusive nor abusive we were very respectable of the entire staff. Ordered a drink, frozen blue Hawaiian and it was horrible, was a grayish White and tasted gross. Called the manager over "chris" and he was less than helpful. Said it was just a different shade of blue and that the bar follows a recipe. He was extremely rude and didn't offer to take it back until we said to. This the second time in two months. read more

Stopped by here for a quick dinner after work. First impression - it's very clean and smells new. Second opinion - food and service are sub par. Drink order - asked for a cherry coke - waiter informed me they don't have cherry coke. I asked if they had grenadine at the bar. No. Oh, and we only have Pepsi. No big deal about the Pepsi, but no grenadine? Um, ok. Whatever. Ordered the sampler platter and a garden salad. Sampler platter was ok - basic bar food appetizers in my opinion but that's what I expected. However, I wasn't expecting meaty chili on the nachos as I didn't see it on the menu, even though I double checked but who knows, maybe I missed it. Salad came out and waiter dropped half the croutons on the floor giving it to me. Didn't offer to bring more. Hands me salad - totally slimy and lettuce is turning black. How did that make it out of the kitchen? I sent it back. Highlight - asked for plain chips for my daughter - they brought some out and brought salsa. It got wasted because we did not ask for it nor did we want it (my three year old does not need salsa unless you want a giant mess) but I appreciate the gesture. We came here after a ball game since it is one of the few sit down restaurants that are open late. First, it took over ten minutes to get seated for our party of seven. Plenty of open tables but could only seat us on patio. I placed my order of a BBQ chicken sandwich that clearly stated on the menu was grilled chicken, cheese and bacon. I requested it minus a few veggies. My daughter also ordered the same thing. When we finally received our food, we received fried chicken sandwiches and mine had no bacon or cheese. At this point, we had waited so long and was late and did not send back. The waitress brought me a piece of cheese and the bacon to add to my sandwich. No effort made to comp any part of our meal. I have been here several times since it opened and I am not impressed and I love BWW's. My orders have always been messed up! Everything from not including the bleu cheese and celery, cold chicken wings with 2 of the 4 different sauces I ordered for the 20 piece, etc. Now today, 7/13/17, I ordered the 20 piece to go. I was informed they don't have the 20 piece anymore, its 18 pieces. When I asked why they said it was because the wings are "bigger" and they base the large traditional wings off of how many ounces they weighs! ...WHAT?. Get my order to go and I am shorted 2 wings! Went back inside and talked to MGR. He corrected it by giving me the 2 additional wings I initially paid for. No additional wings for the mistake you made when I am told I get 18 wings? Oh, and the wings are the same size as I have received the last 15 yrs from BWW's, so they haven't gotten bigger as I was told! They are just jacking up the price and if you order to go, you better check your order! This is the last time I will be going to this establishment!!! Two days ago I gave this restaurant a scathing review. Today we went back, because we generally enjoy the Buffalo Wild Wings experience. Malissa, our server anticipated our needs and it almost as if she was reading our minds. The food was well-prepared, served quickly, and the restaurant was immaculate. They do not honor kids eat free on Wednesdays since they are not a franchise store When I asked manager to honor it and he said no since they are a corporate store. Hope this place doesnt last to long and at least get a nicer manager. No one likes to deal with a rude person that doesnt care to make a customer happy. Best Buffalo Wild Wings location I've been to hands down. My wife and I decided to head over yesterday afternoon to catch an out of market NFL game only available through Sunday Ticket. I was pleased to find our game on multiple tvs that line the walls, hang over head and on the big screens above the bar area. The layout is nice and open, smaller than most Bdubs which I really liked, but it didn't feel packed for being pretty busy. Our waitress Krista was attentive, friendly and did everything with a smile while taking care of us throughout the entire game. The managers were awesome, especially Shannon. I often saw her backing up the other staff and conversing very positively with customers to make sure everything was ok. She was very pleasant to talk with the few times I did, she made our visit really unforgettable. The food was great, and I have eaten at dozens of Bdubs locations. The traditional wings were spot on and the wife's Mac N Cheese was amazing, and, that's saying a lot. Plenty of beers on tap including local craft options. Not sure about the negative reviews on this location because I experienced a game day Sunday like no other and will certainly be back.
