I've only ever done take out and it has run smoothly every time. Cauliflower wings and the veggie burger are both tasty enough to keep me coming back over and over. I wish it wasn't so expensive but that's not the restaurants fault, that's usually pre-determined at a corporate level. The front desk is way to close to the door. Only one person can stand there to order or pick up, everyone else has to either wait outside, squeeze through then stand in the way of anyone trying to leave. It's claustrophobic. read more

Messed up mine and my kids order, we ended up waiting 20 minutes after my hubby got his food, she didn't check on our table and when she did and we asked for something she still avoided us and walked off as we were speaking to her (we asked her 3x) and she still didn't get anything we asked for. Makes me sad because my family used to lurve BWW - it was always great food & great service. This was its last chance. Over 40 mins for 2 meals to arrive (party of 4 mind you) and a side. After we'd ate the side and another 10 mins the wings arrive, when I ask if the other side will be long I got an attitude ' No not EVEN 2 minutes' surprisingly another 10 mins went by & the server chose to deliver cold drinks at the next table before our hot food. Great place, came here to watch game #2 of the World Series. Plenty of room at the bar and tables. The servers were very friendly and kept asking if we needed anything. We ordered the fry rub wings and nachos. The wings were great! The nachos were flavorful but the chips were too thin. Whenever I would try and pick up some, they would break. This was my first visit to this location. My niece loves their cheese curd bacon burger so we stopped in. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our sever came out quickly to get our drinks. We placed our orders and the food came out piping hot. Ready to eat! I ordered the small traditional wings with onion rings. I wanted to try their hottest sauce so I got blazin on the side. I dipped the onion rings in it and it definitely packed a nice kick to it. My niece enjoyed her burger. Some of the bacon pieces were too crispy so she took a few pieces of it out. She still really enjoyed that burger as that's her favorite one. There are lots of tvs here so you can catch different sports playing here. Fishing, beach volleyball, MLB etc were some of the things playing on a Saturday night. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program (download the app ornaigm up online). As I waited, with no one showing up, I watched nine people get tired of waiting, and just leave. I then approached a waitress and was told they were busy with only one waitress. She said I could order on line, which I tried but it wouldn't go where I needed to set up an account. Finally after forty minutes passed and three waitresses arrived but they were only doing door dash. I finally stood in front and told them I needed to order or leave. After I placed my order they told me they were going to bring it out to me and to park in takeout Parkin. One hour later we went back in and found they had left the order sitting on the counter. Our waitress got our beer order wrong, never brought us waters, and ordered us dry rub Buffalo when we asked for normal sauce and brought it out and did not correct it at the kitchen.
