Wish I could rate this a 0 star. The employees were rude and talked back to us even though they were the ones who sat us down and made us wait 20 min after they told us they would send send someone over to get our order. TWICE we had to get up to ask for someone to come take our order. I understand the place might be busy but at least let the customers know about the delay. It would've been nice to at least wait with a drink but they couldn't even get that right. Won't be coming here anytime soon. At least not this location. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this place sucked. Went on a Wednesday night with some coworkers, one had never been before and probably won't ever want to go again. I thought it would be good because they're new but no. We got there and the place wasn't even busy so I expected decent service. They took forever to come over and take our order so by the time they came asking for drinks we already knew what we wanted to order to eat. My coworker ordered a burger that said it had mushrooms on it but asked for no mushrooms. Our waitress said it didn't have mushrooms on it but the menu said otherwise. Regardless, he said he just didn't want mushrooms. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered a snack size boneless wings with extra sauce on the side and a basket of fries because I loveeee their fries. Our food came out at all different times which was annoying because my coworker said hers got cold waiting for everyone's to come out. And of course the burger comes out with mushrooms on it. Our waitress was like do you want us to remake it, it will just be a minute. No sorry about that or anything and it took forever to come out and guess what's on the fries? A mushroom. We didn't want to wait any longer so we didn't say anything but they obviously don't really pay attention to detail here. I had got my wings but my fries didn't come out. We had to ask 2 different waiters 3 times about my fries. Literally everyone had eaten by the time I got them and again our waitress didn't apologize. She was clearly embarrassed because she was avoiding our table every time she walked by and never asked how our food was. Didn't get my side of sauce until after my fries came out so it was kind of pointless because I had already eaten my wings and she totally charged me for it. We thought they'd comp us something because the service was so bad but I guess customer service isn't that important to them. We thought we'd ask to speak to the manager but by the end just wanted to get out of that place asap so we paid and left. All of us work in customer service too so we get it but that is not how any of us would have handled it. I don't want to put our waitress on blast so I won't put her name in my review but it was terrible service and she didn't seem to care. I work down the street and was very excited that they decided to put this down the street. I've gone a couple of times after work now and order online for lunch. They never fail to disappoint you may pay a bit more than wingstop but I feel the food is a lot higher quality and it's a great place to watch the game. read more

First time we've been here. Honey BBQ chicken was ok. I had the prime rib salad that tasted horrible and oh so spicy. Their menu says "Prime Rib Atop Crispy Romaine Lettuce With Cucumbers, Fresh Tomatoes, Red Onions, A Blend Of Cheeses And Croutons. Served With Our Southwestern Ranch Dressing." There was no cucumber, no croutons and nowhere did it say spicy meat and that was no prime rib. It tasted like leftover meat marinated in horrible spicy sauce and the greens was full of romaine lettuce core. There was hardly any leaf. Then they have a young man who was walking around and asked how our meal was and we told him how horrible the prime rib salad was and that we couldn't eat it and he just said oh that's too bad and walked away so why the heck would you ask me how my meal was if you're not going to do anything about it. The waitress also asked how was our meal and we told her and she too said that's too bad. So disappointing. We were actually waiting for this place to open. I don't think we will be going back. These were the best wings I have ever tasted! You can choose from boneless to bones and pick your favorite sauce. Personally, I like BBQ but buffalo sauce was good too! Their customer service is really good and our waiters are usually really nice. While you waited for your food you could sit with friends or family and watch sports that play on the many TV's inside. We come to the Gilroy location often. We sat at the bar for dinner and our first contact was Jenn, not friendly at all. Next we heard the manager (Andreas? Couldn't see his name too well) talking (seemed like flirting) to another bartender Porscha. Porscha had a bag of food from Famous Dave's and was EATING it right out of the bag with her fingers without washing her hands WHILE she was working. She also drank her beverage out in the open. She was just standing there sipping on her beverage. The most disturbing thing was that she flipped off someone that was leaving right in front of us. I made eye contact with her so she knew I saw her, yet made zero attempt to apologize. I knew the manager would do nothing since he was allowing her to eat her outside food right there in front of all of us when she was not even on a break. Also he had said he was leaving and she was questioning him about where he was going. We often eat at this location and we prefer the bar to the dining room, however this is the first time we have encountered these types of employees that have no sense of proper restaurant employee etiquette and could not care less how the customers are treated. Another thing I wanted to mention, as they were pouring drinks for the dining room, they were placing the paper receipt on top of the drinks, the beer foam was soaking the receipts. I felt as if that was very unsanitary. So, to sum up this visit? Horrible. The food was okay, but the service was dreadful. read more

My husband and I have eaten here many time and food, service etc always has been fine. About a week ago we went in and told hostess we want to sit in the bar area (like we've always done). As we started to seat ourselves, a wait staff came over and said they don't have open seating anymore. We went back to the hostess to put our name down and she said it would be about a 20-25 minute wait. There was 3-4 tables sitting empty at the time. I don't know if they were short waitstaff or what, but a 20-25 minute wait when there's empty tables seems unreasonable. I decided to check out this new location in my hometown. As expected it's your typical wild wings with plenty of tv's and beer on tap. The service level I experienced was awful, It took 10 minutes just to get a menu and somebody to ask us if we want a drink. They're not busy and it's 2pm in the middle of the week, I have a limited time frame for lunch and expect to be able to eat a decent sit down lunch and get out. My family stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon. We had never been in and was really looking forward to trying their wings along with their delicious beers. They had many beers on tap I think it was 30+ beers. The hostess seated us and asked us if we wanted to watch anything particular on their giant big screen TVs. He said whatever we'd like to watch he can change it for us. The Indy 500, college World Series and UFC fighting was playing when we were seated at our table. My children are 13 and 10 and I did not want to watch UFC fighting. I have never enjoyed this sport; very violent and bloody, not something I want my kids to watch. The host stated we can change the audio to whatever we'd like. I requested the audio off of the UFC fight. After a short while the audio was not changed. The manager came over with our drink order and I told him we asked for the audio to be changed. He said another customer asked to hear the UFC fight. I apologized and told him we had to leave. Just walked out. My fiance and I are veterans trying to enjoy a Memorial weekend dinner. Our waitress completely forgot about us. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. She never came back to take our order for dinner. She came back and took the order from two tables that arrived after us. I then respectfully asked for the check after about 45 minutes. We decided not to pay for a drink as my fiance was wanting to sip while she ate. The waitress adjusted our order. However she never apologized. We contemplated just walking out but we're Christians. Service is very slow. I came in and asked how long the wait was. They told me they didn't know. It could 40 mins or up to 2 hours. I have never got that answers before. There were several table open around the bar area so we decided to take those seats as at most other restaurants the bar area is first come first serve. They didn't let us sit there because they said they are not first come first serve (came here 2 weeks ago and sat down in the bar area while the wait was 30 mins without any hassle) then when we finally got seated it took the waitress 15 minutes to even come to us to get our drink orders. Decided to try BWW this afternoon. We were seated immediately. Hostess was friendly, as was our waitress Jessicca. There was a hot wing challenge going on when we got seated, and the noise was terrible, but once the challenge was over, the noise level was okay. After having such a bad experience a month ago, I was reluctant to visit this establishment again however, after speaking with the manager Alfonzo he put my mind to ease. My visit this past Friday was 100% different than my last visit. We got seated immediately, we were acknowledged by our food server in 5 minutes. Leo is a blessing to this establishment! All food servers should be trained by Leo. This gentleman had a smile on his face the entire time we were there. I did not have to ask for silverware or napkins...he was very attentive and polite. We had to ask for our order to go because the service was so slow. Our waitress Anna did not finish with our order and started helping other customers. Always busy and packed. The wait is a usually 20-40 minutes depending on the day and time so make sure to get there early for dinner. Hubby loved the cheese curd bacon burger. I wanna give negative stars not for buffalo wild wings as a brand..but what gilroy has done to it. I moved here from seattle and me and my wife would go every Friday not to mention for games and ufc fight. To put it simply this specific BWW can't seem to make good wings and the service is slow. Or just regular BWW slow. We came on opening day and it was awesome. So we started our old routine of coming every friday night. The first return our wings were soft and the skin was slimey even after making sure twice to say we wanted "extra crispy wings". This happened two more times...how hard is it to leave wings in the fryer longer. Not to mention waiting an hour for food with our beers showing up for 30 mins due to having to remind the server.. Long story short...Hit other locations. This one hasn't found its happy medium yet. If you love this place..this specific location will piss you off. read more

My wife and I came here after a long day. Food arrived to us after 40mins... cold! My wings were luke warm and my wife's burger was cold as well. I requested the wings taken off my bill since I was exhausted and still had to drive another 25 minutes to my hotel. The server insisted on bringing me some more and I declined. After 5 minutes the manager Lavalle came out and said, " Hi sir, I understand there was an issue?, I just personally made your wings and I even tried one myself to see if they were cold and they were fine" wait what? we went noon time on the weekends. Surprisingly the place is empty. It took a while to be seated simply because nobody at the front. Once we get seated, the waiter came and put in our order fairly quickly and easy. The wings are ok. The onion rings are barely anything with 3-4 pieces definitely not as much as the waiter described . So we ordered a second one. The carrots and celeries are barely anything. There's not even on signal piece of carrots. They were all ends with really tiny pcs. Look like someone 's leftovers to me. God, hopefully it's not !!
