Can be good but our last visit ordering Lemon pepper and buffalo wings, the wings were soo dry

We felt like Buffalo Wild Wings but we were closer to this rather than the Mission Valley location. They had a 20 piece wing deal with large fries for $19.99. We ordered that along with a side of onion rings for an additional $7.49 (or something like that). Ordering and paying through the app is a piece of cake. The app is very easy to use and so convenient. We ordered and our food was ready when we got there about 15-20 minutes later. We arrived and our food was packed and sitting on the to-go rack/shelf with our name on it. So far so good. We arrived home and I unbox the food... and I was disappointed because the order of onion rings looked more like a half order (or less) and the fries tasted kind of old. I mean I could be completely in the wrong here, but my family was like why is this order of rings so small? And when they found out how much I paid, they wanted to call. The wings were good though. We ordered Asian Zing, Lemon Pepper (rub), and Hot Buffalo. I didn't feel like it would be worth it to call and complain because I didn't want to go back or have them accuse us of eating the rings then complaining about the portions. There's a low chance I would order to from this Buffalo Wild Wings Go again. I'd probably order from the restaurant in Mission Valley. I hate giving bad reviews, but the wings I ordered for pickup via UberEats were probably the worst I've ever had. Super dry with barely any sauce. I love wings and order them frequently. I just tried Domino's Pizza wings this weekend, and they were WAY better than the wings here. I really expected a fantastic wing from a restaurant that specializes in wings, but I was very disappointed. Luckily, I got one order of wings for free with purchase, but I don't think I even want to eat the 1.5 order I have left. I ev3n added the bottled sauce I had at home to try and salvage them, but these wings were awful. The tater tots were 2 for 1, and they were great. With the discounts, I feel like it was a good value, but the wings were really inedible. I don't think I'll be back. read more

This new location is conveniently located. There was a problem with my pre-scheduled online order from the night before charging me and being confirmed but did not show anywhere in their system. They do not have staff to help since they're very busy fulfilling orders and barely run cash register. Nico and Alyssa waited on me- both were very helpful when I had problems with the app. I actually have never been to one of the go stops and I was really surprised. They were so quick. Everybody was friendly and the place was very clean. Consistently my wings were fantastic. I only wish that when they pack them up, they would pack them in sauce, proof container, (containers with lids,) so that they didn't spill. read more

I was overcharged, and when asked to verify the order the guy behind register was rude handing the bag over. Their website was down. So I ordered 20 (I said boneless) but the order was bone in, upgraded to wedges. Online it showed 19.99.. Add onion rights and jumbo tots at under $11 each...supposed to be $41 plus tax. $65 dollars I was charged. Food was skimpy. Won't go here again. Learn manners. Finally a BWW in the neighborhood of Clairemont. Just opened along with other eateries not too long ago. The whole building is brand new. It's located right across the Clairemont DMV and near a Sprouts. So this particular place is not your normal big dine in restaurant but more of a take out/delivery place. They do have 2-3 tables inside and a few more outside. But this place is meant for quick service so u can be in and out with your food which is nice. Right now they're doing a special online where u get 20 traditional wings along with an order of large fries for only $20. I took advantage of that promo but upgraded my wings to just flats instead of a mix for $2 more and upgraded my fries to tots for $1. They have over 30 sauces to choose for the wings. I went with the honey garlic, honey bbq, lemon pepper dry rub, and the buffalo dry rub (you're allowed up to 4 sauces). I also chose the lemon pepper and chipotle bbq dry rub for the tots. Also comes with your choice of carrots and celeries. That's a sweet deal for all that food! Hopefully they continue this deal for awhile. But they all tasted good with the sauce and seasoning and the wings weren't too dry. Will be coming here a lot often now that it's nearby. read more

Ordered the 20 piece boneless deal overall I really have to say this place premade my chicken. It was pretty dry and really of salty. The lemon pepper french fries are really good so was the cookie. I can say I never boneless. At this place I usually get in bone overall I ordered the Asian Zing and the garlic Parmesan and the Caribbean jerk the sauces were on point, but the chicken was not tender very dry I tried their cookie as well. It was very good. Triple chocolate chip overall I'll be back to try the rest of the menu, but in my honest opinion, I still think a regular buffalo wild wings is better than express location. My mom and dad were dissatisfied and disappointed with the food. After ate food my butt wet go, and I got diarrhea. read more

I eat bww almost every week and I actually had to throw these away. Not only was the order wrong, the wings were the opposite of crispy with basically zero sauce. I imagine a close equivalent would be like eating alien meat. I should have known it was going to be a disaster when I showed up to pick, because about 3 minutes went by before I even saw someone working, and as soon as I saw the guy come out from the back he was eating without gloves on. Then he put his hand over his mouth to mumble something which I assume was "how can I help you". Overall just terrible.
