I hate giving bad reviews, but the wings I ordered for pickup via UberEats were probably the worst I've ever had. Super dry with barely any sauce. I love wings and order them frequently. I just tried Domino's Pizza wings this weekend, and they were WAY better than the wings here. I really expected a fantastic wing from a restaurant that specializes in wings, but I was very disappointed. Luckily, I got one order of wings for free with purchase, but I don't think I even want to eat the 1.5 order I have left. I ev3n added the bottled sauce I had at home to try and salvage them, but these wings were awful. The tater tots were 2 for 1, and they were great. With the discounts, I feel like it was a good value, but the wings were really inedible. I don't think I'll be back.

This new location is conveniently located. There was a problem with my pre-scheduled online order from the night before charging me and being confirmed but did not show anywhere in their system. They do not have staff to help since they're very busy fulfilling orders and barely run cash register. The honey garlic wings inspired Asian flavor I got were very tiny and did not taste enough garlic, and just strong honey flavor. Pricey for what you get

Nico and Alyssa waited on me- both were very helpful when I had problems with the app. I actually have never been to one of the go stops and I was really surprised. They were so quick. Everybody was friendly and the place was very clean. Consistently my wings were fantastic. I only wish that when they pack them up, they would pack them in sauce, proof container, (containers with lids,) so that they didn't spill.

They only had original flavor and it came with 3 small sauces to choose. I opted to get the sweet and spicy, ranch and garlic Parmesan. I also got the biscuits because the foodie vloggers kept raving about it. I didnt eat it at the location. Opted to take out and have rice with it. I dont think my mind would have changed its opinion if i ate it there or at home. It was good, however, i found the chicken to be really oily. The sauces didnt add to it, it would have been fine without it. The honey butter biscuits were just ok for me as well. It's decent, however, i doubt i will be craving this particular chicken spot. This location is inside the 99 ranch off balboa ave, plenty of parking and lots of tables to sit at in the food court. The employee on duty was nice as well.

There's an option for that on the screen too. There's also a small play area in the back, which is a nice touch. Basketball, Jenga, etc. I'd been warned about the spice it's not the same heat you'd get at a taco shop, and they were right. It has a different kind of kick to it. I got the original recipe, and it was just right. Feeling a little adventurous, I added the "spicy"sauce separately (it's an add-on). I also tried the pork dumplings those brought some serious heat. Most importantly what these wings memorable was the CRISP/CRUNCH. Definitely a place I'd come back to. The original crispy chicken has a really nice crisp on the outside. The whole chicken is good for 3+ people. Always have leftovers to take home. Although the flavored chicken was good, I don't think they're as good as the original because the sauces make the skin soggy. All dishes are served hot and fresh. The truffle fries have a lot of flavor. I also enjoy their complimentary Cole slaw and radish. During my recent visit, they gave me the radish in a sealed package which surprised me. I always come in for dinner and the place is never empty. You order on the screen at your table and the servers bring the food out to you. Service is always nice, never any complaints. The restaurant serves alcohol, has kpop music playing, shows sports and has a small game room. Will be back again soon!

While I generally always get the Hot Chic sandwhich which is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, I opened for the chili oil dumplings which was new on the menu. It did not disappoint and left me wanting to eat more. The environment along with their staff is always pleasant and I'm glad it's one of my top places to visit frequently when I'm having a craving for Korean food. The double fried chicken is always crispy and their Wing Wednesday special in which a particular set of wings are $1.00 each is such a great value. It's honestly one of the best values in terms of what you get for quality and bang for your buck. If you haven't given this spot a try please do so, Cross Street has never disappointed me. It's definitely a hidden gem and I solely recommend it.

I had never been but it's in the same plaza as my favorite Korean BBQ spot so I was really excited to check it out. We were greeted right away and sat a roomy table, from the outside you wouldn't think this place was so big but it was really spacious. They had seating for patrons ordering take out which was nice. They have an app you can be members on too. After checking out the menu Cheryl ordered her usual which is the rose ddeok-bokki and honey garlic wings, I opted for the rice bowl after the server came by and gave us her favorite order, I chose Chicken Mayor Rice bowl with the jerk sauce. Okay, I did not know what to expect because this was absolutely delicious, the kewpie mayo is by far the superior mayo and that chicken is perfectly crisp and had great flavor from the jerk sauce and the scrambled eggs, oooomph absolute perfection! I did try Cheryls favorite and equally delicious, the crunch on the wings that tenderness of the ddeok-bokki and the sauce so good. This is not American style bar wings (super saucy with ranch and celery) this is Korean fried chicken which is similar but has its own style. This location on Convoy is in a very busy strip that has several popular restaurants/businesses so parking can be competitive. We had to loop around a couple times until a spot opened up. The spots are pretty small too, so if you have a large vehicle it will be a tight squeeze! Carpooling is encouraged if you are meeting friends. The service was ok. They had only one person working the counter on a Friday evening so he was pretty swamped and couldn't give everyone the attention needed. It took awhile for him to take our order. But wow once we got our food we were blown away by the chicken. It is so crispy and delicious. Food took a minute but it was hot and fresh, not sitting around under a hot lamp. The chicken is not overly sauced. They keep it balanced. Tteokbokki is spicy. Fat rice noodles in a spicy sauce. Mozzarella sticks were very good and came with marinara sauce for dipping. Ordered a Korean Kloud Krush beer which is a light lager and paired well with fried food. We will definitely return to try more flavors.

The menu posted on the windows at the entrance is what got us. Can't beat a great combo deal with ramen! Walking in we were greeted and self-ordered at the kiosk. An employee came out from the back and helped us navigate the menu. We sat down and waited for our food. It came out in a timely manner from the same employee, which we thought may be the owner. He was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. We tried the Spicy Tontoksu Ramen with rice noodles (gluten-free) with crispy fish and the Braised Beef Ramen with fried gyoza. The food items were good & flavorful, especially considering the price point. Apparently, the ramen noodles are made in-house, which I enjoyed and had a nice bite. It didn't appear that they were fully set up yet when I visited during the soft opening. I say that because there were empty menu boards hanging above the kitchen service window. Two self-service kiosks and copies of the menu sheet were available along the right wall. About ten different items were available on the initial menu. More items appeared on the kiosk tablet than on the sheet. Interestingly, only two types of tonkotsu ramen were offered, one was spicy and one was not. There was more fried fare than anything else. A few things had a special discount like the Barbecue Pork Rice Bowl which I chose. I also selected the Tonkotsu Shrimp Wontons to complete my order. My food came out separately with the rice bowl first. About ten pieces of char siu pork were layered on top of the rice with steamed lettuce on the side. The meat was flavored well, but it was also fattier than I preferred. For the 33% discount, the portion size was appropriate. I don't think paying full price for such a bowl would have been a good value though. Eight wontons were boiled in a tonkotsu broth that I am sure was also used for the ramen bowls. Lettuce and green onions were included with the wontons. The broth had a strong pork flavor while the wontons were decent. I will give this place some time to get its sea legs under them before returning. I expect the menu to expand, especially with more varieties of ramen to live up to its business name. For now, I gave a three star rating for my dining experience at Fujiyame Ramen.
