Very spacious and cool way of picking up your orders. They have lockers for food pickup. Service was great however I think it's a tad bit over priced. They have Tv that shows live sports. Plenty of dinning tables. Over all okay. They do t sell alcohol. It's basically a second option if you want Buffalo Wild Wings to go. Though I will say the wings weren't it. I visited Buffalo Wild Wings this afternoon and ordered the Pick Six meal. The food itself was fine, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. When I asked the cashier for ranch, I was told it wasn't included--even though all of the marketing materials clearly show the Pick Six being served with dipping sauce. The cashier even called the manager for clarification, and instead of resolving the issue, the manager refused to provide a refund or offer any reasonable solution. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the misleading advertising. A simple dipping sauce shouldn't turn into this kind of back-and-forth, and the lack of customer care was frustrating. While I appreciated that my order was ready on time when I arrived, it seems like it had been sitting out for quite a while before I even got there. I only live about five minutes away, but by the time I got home, everything was cold, soggy, and just overall unappetizing. The wings had lost all their crispiness, the fries were limp and oily, and the entire meal tasted like it had been made way too far in advance and left under a heat lamp--or not under anything at all. For a takeout-focused location, you'd expect better attention to timing and quality control, especially since they know people aren't eating on-site. Really wanted to enjoy this (we were excited for a chill wing night at home), but it ended up being a pretty disappointing dinner. On top of that every time you wanted to order something or get them to unlock the bathroom, you had to yell to get someone in the backs attention. I had a reward since it was my birthday so I decided to use it and pick it up at this location because I never been here. I found parking just fine in the plaza this place is in becase there are many parking spots here. I set the pick up time at noon but came 30 minutes late because my eye appointment took longer. When I walked inside, they do have some tables for you if you want to dine there but the concept of this store is to just pick up your food and go. My food was already at the pickup area so Im not sure if they check that it was your order. When I got home, my wings were still delicious and I asked for carrot on the side (you get 7 small carrots sticks). Went in to order. After standing there for several minutes the person behind the counter on the phone said in a very rude voice " I be with you soon. She then continued to talk on the phone. I said I was leaving several times and she didn't even turn around. Wound up going to another place to eat. Afterwords I went back in and was told she wa ms placing an order. But the thing that really irked us was that my wife asked to use the restroom which was right next to us but they wouldn't give the code. I've never been treated this poorly at a restaurant in my life. My friends and I were thrown out of Buffalo Wild Wings at the Granada location for an alleged "vaping" incident, something none of us were doing. My cousin has asthma (which I told them) and what the security footage actually shows is a quick puff of smoke not someone blowing clouds or vaping. Instead of listening, the manager jumped to conclusions, were openly hostile, and humiliated us in front of others. When we tried to get the situation sorted calmly asking to review the footage and requesting a refund for the remainder of our meal since they forced us to leave, the manager snapped at us and yelled, "Get out of my store." No explanation, no attempt to verify anything, no de-escalation. Just aggressive, abusive behavior from staff who acted like they were doing us a favor by removing us. This was very rude and unprofessional. We were treated like criminals for something that the video doesn't even prove. Staff refused to listen, refused to look at the footage with us, and refused even to offer a refund or apology. If you expect to be treated like a human being, don't go here. Management's attitude is arrogant and disrespectful, they'd rather publicly embarrass customers than actually investigate what happened. He also continued to threaten us by calling the nearby granada school and reporting our names to get us in trouble although we are all of age and attend college. I expect a formal apology and refund. Avoid this location until they fix how they treat paying customers. Unacceptable. read more

I am still in shock at how awful this experience was. The service was some of the worst I have ever had but that is not the biggest negative about this chain. No prices are listed so you don't know what you have spent until you are shocked that 6 wings and 6 nuggets (not even close to a chicken tender) are 27$! If you don't add a soda there are no cups for water. I was told they don't do that! They give you the impression that they have all these sauces when in fact you can only choose 1 for your 6 pieces. They don't even have napkins available until you ask and then they give you 2. Lastly, they didn't tell us that you pick up your food from their vault. After waiting about 15 minutes we asked about our food and the employee said she had called our name, but we were sitting right there and she did not! Likened to a happy meal as in small portions and doesn't look as advertised. They offer an add on $1 drink which would be nice if it was included. Ever since this restaurant has been open my family has been ordering food from there and we've noticed that every time we get food from there we end up vomiting and having severe abdominal discomfort, the restaurant isn't very well maintained there was a young lady who works the register who had just got finished handling money and touching everything at the front register who then proceeded to go to the back and start making food without washing her hands nor wearing gloves.
