Quick service. Hot food. Polite staff. Clean area. Quiet atmosphere. & One of the best chicken sandwiches I've tried - the flavor & crispness

Very small amount of Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries

You would think that if you order online in advance that your order would be ready when you get there to pick it up. Well, you thought wrong. This is not one of my favorite Chick-fil-A locations. Not only are they slow but they provide you with a pitiful amount of fries. This should be illegal to give this little amount of fries with my meal. The sad part is I love their waffle fries! I just wish they would give a normal amount. This is just ridiculous. At least they're not like McDonald's always claiming that their ice cream machine is broken. lol ugh. We rationing out here or sumthin?

In the mood of some Chicken Burgers. we stopped by the service was great always so friendly here. It was a little busy but nothing that made us turn around and leave. We ordered Spicy Chicken deluxe combos and Chicken strips. definitely our go to here in the valley when in the mood of Chicken.

Most expensive fast food chicken in the world and you get tenders that are barely bigger than the dipping sauce. Do better.

They forgot my ice coffee! After being told my coffee was on its way! I waited and waited then had to get up and ask for my coffee by then it was 15 minutes! The coffee was not even good either. Also they Forgot other customers order that was sitting next to my table too! SMH

The 5 stars are for the new grilled spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. While the service and the ambiance were just okay, this new chicken sando was pretty phenomenal. The chicken was super juicy, well marinated and with the right amount of kick. Surprisingly, it was melting in my mouth with each bite and it's actually Grilled not fried! Love it! Will come back for more!

Terrible service. I have to say, my visit to the Chick-fil-A in Northridge was incredibly disappointing. As a CSUN student, I was really looking forward to taking advantage of the Matador Monday special -- it's an awesome deal where I can get a free sandwich when I order a medium beverage and a medium side. It's one of the few affordable options for a college student, and I was excited to grab a quick meal after a long day on campus. However, when I went to order my usual medium cup of water, I was denied the discount. Apparently, I needed to order a beverage that's not water which is not stated on any signage. I get that rules are rules, but the way the service leader, Ella, handled it was totally unprofessional. Instead of offering a helpful solution or explaining the policy kindly, she acted like I was trying to scam the system and basically made up her own set of "rules" on the spot. I've been to this location multiple times, and while the food is usually good, the service has been consistently subpar. This experience really pushed me over the edge. Not only did I leave shocked for this happening a Chick-Fil-A, but I also felt completely disrespected by Ella and the lack of clear communication from the staff. Chick-fil-A, you're known for your customer service, but this location has a lot of room for improvement. I won't be coming back anytime soon, and I'll definitely be letting my fellow CSUN students know to avoid this location if they want to enjoy their Matador Monday deal without the drama.

Chick-fil-A was my number one place to go for salads. Today is the last day! No refund, no apologies. A picture says more than words.

I ordered a spicy deluxe and they screwed up my order I'm allergic to American cheese and they put put American cheese on my sandwich instead of the pepper jack cheese it come with so I had to toss it in the trash and the fries instead of being large they were snack size in a large container

Eight count grilled chicken nuggets and a side kale salad
    Cristina Z.

Order for take out. Got the side kale salad and 8 count grilled nuggets with buffalo sauce on the side. Let me start off by saying that I am a kale lover! I love it. I have it on a weekly basis. This was the first time I tried their kale salad. It was really good! The only thing I would ask next time is to have it lightly dressed. I thought there was a little bit too much dressing on the salad for my liking. The flavor was delicious. The kale was crunchy. The cabbage was crunchy and the roasted almonds adds a touch! I really liked it and would get it again. I poured the buffalo sauce all over the nuggets and gave them a good shake in their container and then poured them on top of the kale salad. It was really delicious! What a nice option when you're looking for something on the lighter side. I wish the ingredients used for the chicken nuggets and the dressing were a little better but I will take it for fast food. My food was ready quick. Vincent was super nice! Provided great customer service :-)

Very consistent. Craving this franchise from the South. Their lemonade is the best. Sometimes I get half sweet tea and half lemonade (Arnold Palmer). I always order the chicken nuggets and waffle fries. While most people I know love the Chick-fa-la sauce their Polynesian sauce os my favorite. Staff here are always being the smiles and are super polite. I always drive-thru. Never eaten on-site. I'll be back when the craving strikes again.

They are stuffed with pork and Chinese and are absolutely delicious. We also got a half order of the Korean Fried Chicken. It was piping hot and very crispy. The kimchi steamed buns were next. King Steamed Dumpling With Pork And Vegetables is huge, fluffy and bouncy. The taste of the filling was okay. The dim sum was a good size and looked pretty. Hard to pick up with chopsticks without the bottom breaking. The bottom was really delicate so using a spoon makes it easier. The Marinaded Beef $15.99 (half order) was perfect with rice. Complimentary small Sides: kimchi, pickled radish and cabbage salad. I really liked the pickled radish. This place is tucked away in a strip near the Northridge Promenade Shopping Center. (This is for the 2 piece chicken sandwich with fries)The chicken strips are noticeably smaller than they used to be..almost closer to tenders you'd expect from a kids' meal rather than a full portion. They still taste okay, but there's just not much there anymore, so the value doesn't really feel the same. The fries were the bigger letdown. They used to be well seasoned and fresh, but now they came out hard, dry, and pretty bland. I actually found myself wishing for salt, which never used to be the case. The texture felt like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp instead of freshly made. Overall it's not terrible, just not what it used to be. Still edible, but the quality and portion size have definitely slipped enough to notice. -- So then it said the review needed to be approved by the owner which triggered an alarm. I went back to their site to look at their reviews and see they mostly have 5 star review and a few 4s...nothing less than a 4 and this is why. They clearly sensor the bad reviews!

The lady taking our order was very nice. We ordered a fried chicken sandwich, a grilled one and an order of fries. Patio is cozy, lit with fairy lights at night. Food came out in about 15 minutes. Fries were battered, crisp and good. The sandwiches were presented so nice, chicken, flavorful slaw mixed in a sauce complementary to East Asian foods, all sitting on a buttery, branded brioche bun. Here's where a couple stars had to be knocked off though. The chicken portion was so thin, I could barely make out the flavor of it over the strong slaw flavors. The fried version was a little thicker due to the batter but the grilled one was...measly, I hate to say it. At ten bucks a sandwich, I would've hoped there would be a bit more chicken on it! They were also missing the pickles. Not sure if our order was a fluke because the 5 star reviews tell us otherwise. Or maybe it's the wings that are the star of the show here.
