Truthfully I wanted to give this place another chance from a few months ago when we had a bad experience but again our experience was just not great. They are short staffed so I understand things taking a little longer, perfectly fine. My issue is when the waiter is absolutely rude and doesn't do waiter things. Overall, we always have great service at this location. They have parking right our front and on the side and back of the building. I have never gotten food that was not cooked properly or made incorrectly. Service is always pretty quick. The reason for my 3 star rating is due to gnats flying everywhere. The bathroom was swarmed with gnats. There was also a few in the dining room. I watch a lot of Bar Rescue and it's concerning that the kitchen and/or bar is not being cleaned properly - which would cause the gnats. I haven't been to a restaurant with that many gnats in a long time. We prayed over our food and went about our day. Overall, staff is friendly, dining room appears to be clean, and food seemed fresh. They got almost everything wrong with my mom's meal and said "that's your problem not ours" This location needs better staff. When we first arrived, we requested a booth, but the host told us we couldn't be seated there because "there was no waiter assigned to that section." We were finally seated after that. Shortly after, we asked about a promotional deal. The waiter said he was going to talk to the manager to see what they can do. Then the manager came out and responded in an unprofessional and visibly irritated manner right off the bat, making the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessarily tense. The fact that she was so offended by the question, just made it weirder. To make matters worse, it took about 40 minutes to receive our food despite the restaurant not being busy and the fries were old. Again, our waiter was polite, attentive, and consistently checked on us, which we appreciated. However, the manager's behavior and overall service experience were extremely disappointing. I ordered food online, I arrived 10 minutes after my pick up time, my food was not ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes (30 min after my pick up time). The majority of my food was cold, especially the fries and most of my wings. Service was not great, there was 2 people in the counter, one girl was running back and forth trying to help all of the customers and the other had a horrible attitude and said to ask someone else for help. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had. I placed an online order for 60 wings for delivery. After reviewing the order, I realized that all of my food was not delivered. I called the store to explain the issue, the staff transferred me to a manager by the name of Chris. Chris explained to me that since I placed the order online they use a third-party delivery provider, Door Dash. The manager Chris confirmed that the store packaged the order correctly and that I would have to call Door Dash regarding a refund or replacement of the order. I began to ask questions, about the receipt on the bag of the order, and how it did NOT contain any initials that the order was packaged correctly at the store. The manager Chris began to get upset with me and told me that he wasn't going to talk in circles with me about this issue and then hung up on me. Everything at Bdubs was fine - the only issue was the loud drunk lady and her husband who sat at the table right next to us when the whole patio and restaurant were nearly empty. Every other table was blocked off, this couple just snuck in the patio gate and sat themselves. I haven't been to Bdubs for awhile but we used to go every Thursday in college for Boneless Thursday's. They recently changed their recipe for boneless wings to have less breading and more meat. I was worried they would be soggy but they were still really crispy and larger than before. A great meal! If you've never been to Buffalo Wild Wings, you should give it a try. And this location is great. The atmosphere is active and busy, but you can still sit and have a great meal. TVs with many different sporting events all over the place. Trivia most of the time as well. Lots of local sports gear on the walls. This place is fun. The service was great! Quick, hot good, regular drink refills and suggestions when we ordered. We got cheddar cheese curds for an appetizer, they were hot and crispy with a great cheddar taste with a dipping sauce on the side. For lunch we got fried cauliflower wings with mild sauce. (She could have had any of the approximately 30 sauces to choose from). My wife always suggested this place because of how much she loves the wings. Crispy and flavorful and a great vegetarian option. I had the boneless wings with honey BBQ Sauce. They were excellent. Deep fried with golden crisp crust. Juicy white meat on the inside and covered in a slightly spicy, sweet sauce. We added fries on the side to balance the meal out. My kids love it here because of all the activity going on and so they can watch their favorite sports. I picked up my mobile order about two hours ago. I ordered the buy one get one 50% off traditional wings, I opted for two different sauces. I got the spicy garlic and garlic parm which are universally good sauces. The garlic parm wings had no noticeable sauce on them, only a slight flavor. I always hate writing reviews like this one but I feel like I really halve to. Today 6-1-23 at approximately 5:45 pm I had place an order through Door Dash for Buffalo Wild Wings. The total on the order was well over $85.00 and my wife and I were looking forward to a good meal. Our order had arrived at our home to discover that we were missing a few items. As we had reported the missing items to Door Dash, they had rectified the situation with a reorder. Well, that still didn't resolve our issue either as only one of the missing items was redelivered to our home another 36 minutes later. The item that was delivered was ice cold, thus being the item that was left behind on the shelf. The item in no way was remade due to the temperature of the food. I commented to my wife that it was a shame that this the service we get from Buffalo Wild Wings and the quality of the food was really terrible. I am really upset about this because this was our goto place for wings and more. We stopped going to the restaurant because the last time we were there the place was dirty and smelled like a back alley of a bar. Most BW3 locations are exactly the same. This one seems to be a touch above par for them. I mostly order take out at night and it's always good and on time. I've eaten inside probably 50 times over the years. The experience mainly rests on the servers shoulders. Most of the time is fair to good. I've had a few slow and lack luster times and I've had some really too notch servers. Over all if you like their food and want a consistent experience this place is a great stop. Check the menu for flavors. And Tuesday's are half price wings! read more

Bdubs...where do I start this place always has me coming back some way or another. I go to paramedic school nearby, it had been a rough day, exams and skills just lots going on. Bunch of us (12 to exact) decided to hit this bdubs up for wings and beer it was much needed. Although it was the afternoon and not busy they did a great job of fitting us to a big table and seeing to all our orders quickly and all on separate tickets. No issues with the food or service. In my opinion, their wings are over priced so I typically order something off of the salad or sandwich section of the menu. This time I got the steak wrap and it was DELICIOUS. For a place known for their wings, I have had a ton of luck with their other items. Also, they had a great special on beer. Miller Lite, Bud Lite and Coors Light ... $5 for a 38oz pitcher. I have been going to this bdubs for awhile now and I always enjoy it more when I get to eat inside because the wings are so much bigger for some reason. Every time I order To go my wings are the size of a Tyson chicken breading ball and usually lacking a good amount of sauce. Used to love this location. Walked in this morning 15 minutes after open. Waited 10 minutes for someone to seat us. Walked to to bathroom and saw three servers sitting at table in the bar. 2 sleeping with their heads down on the table and one with her head buried in her phone. Decided to walk up to the bar and asked the bar tender if we should seat ourselves. He hollered at the girls that guests were here and none of them moved. The one awake girl actually yelled back at him and didn't get up. We walked out. I would have fired all three of them on the spot even if I had to run the place myself. Sloowwww! The pickup offering is just plain horrible. Never ready when the order specifies. The kitchen had plenty of time to plan the order and once again they just didn't execute. My nephew likes the taste so I have to suffer in the line of eternity. The kitchen operations is just chaotic and very ineffecient. Lots of movement with out productivity. Going through my pile of gift cards, I came across one from BW's and thought I'd swing in for a quick lunch. Not too busy, and before I had a chance to sit down the server was there to take my order. Now that's fast service! My order came out pretty fast. As I started to eat, they decided to clean the floors right next to me. This is one of my biggest pet peeves when I'm eating at a restaurant. So, my dusty mini corn dogs and dusty boneless chicken wings were tasty, although I suspect they would have tasted better without whatever was kicked up off the floor. I LOVE wings so its a given i love buffalo wild wings. the wings nice and crispy as always with banging flavors, sometimes the drums though come out really like thick and with alot of skin thats not fully cooked so it's squishy/rubbery it gives me the heebie geebies no cap, but i can get over that. The reason i gave this review a 3 is because this particular location takes a fat minute to come out with the food. Sometimes it's not even hot just mediocrely warm. As well as the service that is also a hit or miss. You either get a good server here at this establishment or you don't. They don't really check up on you to see if everythings okay on top of taking forever with the food ON TOP with being ready to pay they take just as long with the check. Overall just expect long wait times at this location for everything. Only came here the last 2 times just because we were around the area shopping at the mall.
