boneless wings were really good, meaty and not dry. I choose garlic parm and lemon pepper. The garlic parm sauce didn't have a lot of flavor but the lemon peppery was really good. Stopped in to get food to go. One of the items was $3.50 cole slaw. It came in a very small styrofoam cup, half full. If the cup had been spilling over the top, it would still been over priced. But it was half full, measuring 3 oz. That's over a $1.00 an oz. I won't bother describing how bland an tasteless it was. read more

I will start by saying that I am generally a fan of this chain of restaurants. This particular visit to this unit wasn't really why I'd come to expect. The service was just ok. Which was weird because the restaurant was nearly empty. The food was also, just ok. I ordered the Homewrecker. It is all 11 inch half pound hot dog covered in chili and cheese. Decided to stop here and watch the game and grab some food after visiting Great Times. The food was ok. Nothing spectacular. Nothing great about it. We started off with the nachos and they were piled high with chunks of lettuce and mediocre salsa. We paid extra for queso and the queso was swimming in the bottom of the dish. Not on the actual chips and toppings, but underneath the chips and toppings. That was upsetting to say the least. We all ordered the chicken tenders but with different sauces. My boyfriend ordered some beer cheese and it came out cold and runny, so we sent it back. The chicken tenders were good, but again nothing I haven't had before. I made it home only to have to go back. I then came back for my second order. Regretfully, I didn't check the entire order because it came out in a box and they were busy. I made it home a second time, and they didn't give me the jalapeño poppers. My wife is a vegetarian so that was all she had ordered from your establishment. I came back in the third time and asked for a partial credit on my bill. The waitress proceeded to give me the poppers for free. I do not feel this is an adequate response to my experience I had thus far. I am a regular at the location on Shadeland Ave. and I cannot say enough amazing things about that location. Gary is an amazing bartender and they ALWAYS provide unbeatable service on Shadeland Ave. I would hope that you would be willing to resolve this matter in a more customer service oriented way. I frequently spend $50-$100 every two weeks in Shadeland between food and drinks. This order was $70 and I feel that for my back and forth travel, $6 is not the way to resolve this issue. This place is an exercise in below average mediocrity. Service is slow - but I'll give them a break because of the virus. However they the absolute worst pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. Swung by for some take out boneless wings. We sat at the bar and waited, but didn't have enough time for a beer. My dad and I sat a discussed a couple beers we saw on tap that we hadn't had. The bartender overhead us and gave us a small taste of the ones we were speaking about, much appreciated! She made small talk with us and entertained us for a couple minutes while we waited. The food took about 15 minutes to come out.. we got it home and it was still warm. The boneless wings were good size and still warm when we got them home. The sauce selection is vast with a little of something for everyone. Overall, It was good.. Not sure if i'll eat in a whole lot, but its a good option to pick up something warm on the way home if we don't feel like cooking. read more

I may be a little generous giving 3 stars here. I'll start by saying we came in for lunch on 4th of July (a Wednesday) so it was really not busy as people were out having BBQs and at festivals etc. There was one waitress for the whole restaurant which was actualy pretty appropriate given the lack of business coming in. She had two gals in training helping her out and still seemed frazzled with just 4 tables. I even heard her discussing with another customer that she had a table last night not tip her very well and she carried on complaining about that to her customer. I could tell the customer was not interested in hearing her complaints. She was clearly fishing for sympathy so she could get a good tip from that current table. The food itself was okay. The wings come with a generous amount of sauce which was nice and the sizes are pretty decent. Prices are fair. Better than BW3s. My daughter's hamburger looked like something that would come from a school cafeteria. But I guess that is to be expected when ordering a burger from a wing place. Overall it was "okay". If I return it would probably be for a wing carryout order as I wasn't super impressed with the service or cleanliness. read more

Most of our experiences have been wonderful! This is kind of our go to place when we need something quick and we're on the run. Most of the service we receive is more than accommodating and everyone has always been very friendly to us. I agree that appearances can be rough.
