I love the Buffalo Wild Wings in Winchester but this is terrible in comparison the wings were alright but the sauce was pretty spice I've been here countless times and has just never been good to me. My friend order the mango habanero and said quote " I've had these before and they were never this spicy" My brother and my dad ordered original buffalo you would think they wouldn't be that spicy well if you think that your wrong they are really spicy and it could've been a mistake on our part but usually buffalo is not that spicy. read more

Absolutely disgusted at what we received. Ordered naked tenders and they were plain chicken pieces the size of a small boneless wing without breading. the price they charged for 5 of these is ridiculous and we frequent there often but no more. Update 05/27/22: Ordered the new Doritos Hot boneless wings along with the Asian Zing and Honey BBQ. All wings were small, dry, had little sauce, and were cold. Staff was friendly upon arrival for pickup. As someone who LOVES Doritos, the Doritos hot sauce was not good. Wouldn't recommend at all. Difficult to eat due to not being very good. Original Review: Our waitress was fantastic. They have a solid drink menu with a large selection of domestic and local craft beers. I arrived on time....when I got home, 10 minutes later, the fries were cold and greasy and inedible To our shock, there were only 15 wings in the box (I paid extra for drums) instead of the 20 I had ordered for 3 people. Wings are overpriced and small The worst thing about this restaurant is the fries served with your meal that are not only expensive but come in the smallest portion possible. You are better off ordering from it's just wings or any other wing place this is not worth it. The amount of fries they give is comical and management needs to address it. read more

terrible!!! i came for dinner and we waited a hour and 30 minutes just to get our food. the lady who was our serve was very rude and lied about the kitchen being close. everyone around us had food. once we finally got our food we asked for a box and the tab. we had three other people with us. we all payed separately and the lady ended up charging us for everyone's meal after the three other people we were with payed. do not come here!!! waste of my time and money!! read more

Have been a customer for years. Tonight I call to make a pick-up order and get a response "The kitchen is backed up on orders, can you call back in 15 minutes". At first thinking this is just a tactic to get customers to order elsewhere. I wait 20 minutes, give a call back, and same response to call back in 15 minutes. I am sorry, but for having to wait over 20 minutes just to place an order over the phone, and being told that response (which to me seemed like it would go on all night until they closed), it looks like this is not managed at all - or well at the very least. Not sure why they would ask for a customer to make their order 15 minutes later, versus just getting the order in, unless they wanted the customer to not make an order. What kind of business is this? The one that pushes people away instead of invites customers? I apologize, but I work in food service as well, and that is unacceptable to put customers through that kind of ... read more

Service was okay. We got the honey bbq and buffalo boneless wings. The buffalo ones barely had any sauce on them. Very dry. The honey bbq were much better. The strawberry lemonade was really good though. My daughter got a kids cheeseburger with fries and a side of mac and cheese. The burger wasn't worth it. I always come here on Tuesday nights for their special deal on traditional wings. It's basically half off as long as you order traditional, whereas on Thursdays, it'll be half off on boneless. It can be for lunch or dinner since the deal will be available all day until closing. For the sizes of the wings, they have snack, small, medium, and large. You'll be getting 5 wings for snack, 10 for small, 15 for medium, and 20 for a large. I usually get medium and split 3 flavors by 5 wings. The flavors I got were bourbon honey mustard, Parmesan garlic, and medium sauce wings. Bourbon honey mustard was by far my favorite because of its sweetness and juiciness. My other two were on the saltier side, but still flavorful. For sides, you can choose to get carrots and/or celeries with ranch or blue cheese all on the house. The service from our server, Savannah, was splendid. All of our needs were met because of her consistent check ups. She even accommodated with our request for a booth table even though it was just a party of two. read more

This location is pretty nice. Inside seating is a little tight as it is smaller than other locations I've been to but worth the visit. Staff is very friendly and there are TVs everywhere (literally). The street tacos were good but I would prefer without the southwest ranch dressing. We were there during game 6 of the NBA finals so you know it was crowded but the service was excellent. I'm not a huge BWW fan to be honest but my friend loves this place so I thought another try couldn't hurt. We were greeted and sat right away. There's tons of TVs and signs and such to keep your attention. Our server, Regal, was attentive and made sure our drinks were constantly filled. She also checked by the table a good amount and was timely. Starting off with fried pickles, they were reallllly good. The breading wasn't too thick and the spicy ranch sauce was an amazing dip. Now the reason I really came... The wings. I'm a boneless wing type of person. I chose the "snack size" which is about 8 pieces. I got my usual Parmesan garlic and the sauce was wonderful. The chicken itself was 75% breading and 25% the actual chicken. Such a disappointment every time. I know I could've complained to the server as she asked how everything was. But I know that's just how their wings are and it wouldn't help me complaining about it. I just ate it anyways. Some pieces were okay and some were straight breading. Oh well, thought BWW would be a little better since last time. Maybe I'll stick with regular wings or go elsewhere. Good service and other food but I came for the wings. I got some takeout from this location while staying in Harrisonburg for the night. I got boneless wings in the Caribbean jerk and Thai curry flavors. The Thai curry was amazing and had plenty of sauce, unlike some BWW locations that barely coat their wings in the sauce. Make sure you get the carrots and celery slices with ranch or blue cheese to really get the most for your money. I would visit again for sure. read more

Slow service, cold food, and poorly trained server. I normally don't leave reviews but I had to on this one. I've worked in the restaurant industry since I was 16 so I know it fairly well and am very understanding at certain circumstances, but this was ridiculous. My friend and I went on a proceeds night for dinner so we knew it was going to be busy. We got sat right away which was very nice and was greeting quickly but boy did it go downhill from there. We were waiting for our food and I finished my drink and put it on the edge so the server would see. 20 minutes go by and no refill AFTER my server passed our table about 15 times (not exaggerating). ANOTHER 20 minutes go buy (40 mins after ordering now) and still no refill and no food. Needing to be somewhere by a certain time, we politely asked our server when our food would be out and she said that the kitchen was backed up and is taking about 40 mins to send food out (my friend and I together ordered 12 boneless wings and side of fries). I found this kind of ridiculous for how simple our order was and that restaurants I've worked at can send out more complex meals in 20-30 mins during the rush. AN HOUR goes by and still no food AND no refill AND tables coming in after us were getting food first. After an hour and 15 mins our food finally came out COLD so I had to go home and reheat it myself to enjoy a warm meal. If I wasn't in a rush I would have complained to a manager. This was by far the worst service I have ever had. I understand people have their off days but this was just poor quality on their part. My door dash orders from this place have come warmer than it did to my table. read more

Just what we need - another bad BWW. I stopped here for dinner while traveling from Baltimore to Charlotte, hoping for a quick in-and-out. Not so much. This place was packed on a Tuesday night, likely because it appears to be new. The layout is not like other BWWs. If is incredibly cramped, with barely enough room for a person to walk between tables. The service was pretty good, given the crowd. My wings were good, too. My onion rings were stone cold, as in colder than room temp. Next time I'll drive further and find a better place. read more

We are regular customers to this restaurant and was very disappointed this evening. First the space is not correct with Covid! The tables may be six feet apart but the chairs are only four feet apart, even if it is back to back the mandatory distance is 6 feet. Second they out of the paper boats. The celery was on top of the Bar b que wings instead of being in the food trays as normal and we were not given foot trays to put are bones in, said they were out.
