Absolutely horrible service. I ordered online for a pickup time of 8:20pm. It's now 8:45pm and I haven't received my order yet.

Let's face it... I only go to BWW upon my boyfriend's request. He loves wings and beer so this is a frequent choice for him. The food is whatever. Not bad, but nothing special. Drinks are expensive. Place is always loud and busy. However, as far as sports bars/grills go, I'd much rather be here than at some other places he's had me go in the past. Awful service. Walked out before ever being served, completely unnoticed. Easier to drive to Mt Juliet and have servers pay attention to you. Don't bother if you feel like eating within the hour after you arrive. read more

Service in bar area is top notch. A go to option for me. Bartender is great. Always remembers a face and gets the conversation going amongst the whole bar. Food usually is quick and fresh, never had an over cooked wing. The quality is what you expect from a bdubs with damn good service. It's a Wild Wings so you already know what you're getting. The staff was fantastic though and it's always GREAT to be able to watch your favorite game. I came here specifically because the hotel I was staying in (a Hilton) had limited sports channels and I wanted to watch my favorite team. You know you only have a couple choices when that happens and I can never go wrong at Wild Wings. Worst service and food I've had in a long time! We waited nearly an hour for our food to find out they messed up three of our five orders! I ordered a buffalo wrap with honey mustard instead of ranch. I wasn't told they didn't have honey mustard but they decided to substituted it with honey BBQ sauce without asking if that's okay. Then they put lettuce on sandwiches we asked for no lettuce on. We came because we had a gift card but in hindsight even a free meal wasn't worth this! Once the waiter knew we were upset, he just stopped coming to our table completely. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!! read more

The food is good like any Buffalo Wild Wings, but service isn't that great. The last couple times I've been here we've had to wait a really long time to get our food and also our check. And it's really really cold in here, so make sure to bring a jacket!! read more

Apparently it's bring your kids to work night and let them run around someone's table climbing the fence, yelling. The woman seemed to be a manager who's children were here and she couldn't get a hold on them. We couldn't enjoy our meal because we were worried her kids were going to fall of the fence. read more

horrible service and lady didn't even give us our beer until almost after our meal, chips were stale, and food was dry. not worth the money spent there. our server was rude and didn't check on us throughout the time we were there. overall a bad day, and experience. if you want buffalo wild wings try your luck at a different location. read more

New, clean, and tv's everywhere! Great place to go if you are into sports. They had the NFL draft on tonight and had the sound up. You may want to bring a light jacket if you are dressed for the summertime. I was in shorts and a T shirt and froze my butt off. read more

Went on a Saturday night and sat in the bar section. Plenty of sports to choose from on the tubes, but the best part for me, going stag, was playing trivia on their Playmaker system. Had a dozen thai curry wings with fries which were OK and a couple of beers. My waitress seemed a bit slow, but was nice enough. read more

Came in around 1pm, the day before thanksgiving so it was very slow. The hostess took our drink order and then our food order because our waiter was nowhere to be found. He eventually came over to say hi and drop of silverware. 40 minutes later our food came out and it was cold. Only visited once again by our waiter after that. Bad experience. I'm sorry to the folks that work here cause I know it's a job...but I just don't get the hype. I have been to this place a few time throughout the country and it is always mediocre. I came here on a Friday around 3:00pm to get some wings. The place was almost empty and we were seated but waited about 15 minutes before someone came to the table to take orders. The other workers were just standing around doing nothing. I went in with my family to celebrate a birthday. When I ordered a glass of wine the waitress left the table and then came back to ask for my drivers license. I had left it in my checkbook on my desk at my house. She told me she would have to ask her manager if she could serve me. I'm 60 years old! She told me her manager told her no because they had to make sure my drivers license was current! She also told me it was "state law". Buffalo boloney! I order wine all the time with no drivers license check. We left and went to another Wild Wings location because we still wanted wings. I had picked up my license at my house and it was in my purse. We went into another of their locations, ordered the glass of wine and it was pleasantly served to me with no mention of a drivers license. I guess the state laws must be different in Hermitage than in other places in Tennessee. read more

Went here last night and had the most WTF experience. Food was fine, service was slow even though they weren't busy, but the server was the worst part of it all. We are greeted and order beer. The server (Jess B, as her shirt says) asks for our IDs. My boyfriend has a local ID, but mine is still out of state. She stares at it and with a straight face tells me sorry, but they don't take Georgia IDs. We just kind of stare at her for a minute and ask if she's being serious and why not. She says there have been so many fake IDs lately and they are all coming from GA so they've stopped taking them all together. After staring at each other trying to figure out WTF was going on, we once again said are you serious/is this a joke? After what felt like forever, Jess B proceeds to tell us she was "just fuckin with us" three times. First of all - it wasn't funny and the "joke" went on for way too long, to the point we were just going to leave. And secondly, when is it ever appropriate to say the F word to a customer, especially within 2 minutes of greeting them? Beers finally came after what felt like forever. We ordered our food and it came relatively quickly. About halfway through our wings, my boyfriend's mouth was super hot and he wanted water. Took forever for the server to even come by, and then took over 5 minutes to get the actual water. Jess B brought the water and said "sorry, i got lost. Just kidding." and walked away. Ummm, ok. You'd think if someone was eating hot wings, water is kind of an important part of the equation and shouldn't take over 5 minutes to bring. It's finally time for the bill. Jess B comes to the table with a HUGE mouthful of food. Not like she was trying to swallow a tiny bite of something, but more like had put an entire chicken finger in her mouth one second before coming to our table. Having worked in a restaurant before, I know the biggest thing is NO FOOD ON THE FLOOR for servers. Not only is it gross for customers to watch their server walk around while chewing, but its just straight up disgusting. She could have waited in the kitchen to finish her mouthful of food before coming to talk to us, or better yet, waited to eat until we left. Just because we look young doesn't mean we want to be treated like your BFFs. It was our first time at that location and we'll never be back. We just brought our baseball team in along with parents for a total of about 30 people. There were quite a few empty tables. We told them we would split up into as many groups as needed. They have been getting steadily worse, but this weekend was so bad we through out $40 worth of food. The wings were completely undercooked and bloody inside. The fries were soggy and cold. The appitizers were all cold. We will never be back. read more

This is a family favorite...great for adults and kids alike. Depending on the server, sometimes it can be a little slow, however, most servers are friendly and quick (or as quick as the kitchen will let them be). read more

I've had horrible service and unpleasant food experience the past 4 times I've been here. I called in to let the managers know about my experiences there - they got my address and promised to send a gift card to apologize... I'm still waiting to receive that gift card... Will never go back. It's been years since we did, and after today I know why. Actually the burgers are not nearly as good as they were when they opened a few years back. My wife and I have been there 3 times now and we have had to wait to even see any kind of service for at least 20-25 minutes. This last time I saw three couples sit down after us and immediately were waited on to see what drink they wanted, so we just left. Very disappointed because we were told there would be a 45 minute wait even though there were about 6-7 empty tables. The hostess stated they had 3 baseball teams come in & they were short on servers. Obviously if three baseball teams came in at once there is a tournament going on.
