My friends and I got seated quickly for a party of 6. I feel like the service and quality of food here just keeps going downward. I honestly would not go back here. I made the mistake of ordering chicken tenders with fries. Our orders took more than 30 minutes. I didn't mind this since I was with friends, but I already felt that we were waiting too long. We knew they were busy so we just waited. When I got my order, the 4 pieces I ordered looked like 2 and a half. It wasn't even full 4 pieces. The fries were already on the lukewarm side. Service is terrible. My son and I ordered at the exact same time. All he ordered was a kids traditional wings meal. I got my food, and they never brought my sons. When I finally tracked our server down she told me 2 to 3 minutes because they were cooking the wings. 12 minutes later I had to go find the manager because his food still hadn't shown up. Never a bad meal at this location. Wings seemed to hit the spot on a chilly Saturday night. They have redone the wing options on the menu, now you can only choose from the 5, 10, 15 or 20 wing orders. Gone are the days of 50 wing ootion on menu. I ordered a 20 and a 5 and got 5 total sauces. Got the medium, mango habanero, jalapeno, honey bbq and blazin. All of the sauces were good, minus the jalapeno one. Cheesy potato wedges rounded out the meal which are great when hot, but not so much after they get cold. I didnt stay for the Pacquiao fight, which was a free cover, but maybe next time. This place is about the same for all Buffalo Wild Wings locations. This location does get busy during game days and its hit/miss on the weekends. They also do alot of trivia games during the week when there aren't any games playing. Just get there early on game days, otherwise you might have to separate your party if you have a large one. The Willowbrook one was the one I went to when ever I was up in this area which was frequent. To me, these locations were the best in cleanliness and service. I was here only a few weeks ago, the service, was pathetic. One of the waitresses I remembered is still there but we never get seated or she's not there often anymore. When we walked in, it smelled of all kinds of smells that we didnt need to smell. Smelled all kinds of cleaning chemicals, that sure helped my stomach get ready to eat some wings. Then we sat near the bar we started smelling restroom cleaning and trash from the back. The floors were very dirty and it didn't seemed like any one cared. We had a waiter who I didn't like so much that I did my best to forget him and I did forget his name. He had a very douche attitude like he didn't want to be there. I wanted to tell him, dude, if you don't want to be there then there's the door. Appetizer, we ordered the fried mushrooms, as the waiter set it on the table, I asked him, where the rest of it was? I tell you this because this is not the first time this has happened. Even though the new manager; I only say new because it's been a little over a year since we came back, but regardless the experience was uncomfortable all around. 9 top ( with a 3 year old and a 5 year old BUT the 3 year old is " The Boss" if you know what I mean ) waitress was very calm and professional; her name was Bri, and she tried very well. The manager confirmed it was not our waitress but the system being down and orders not going out because they didn't have a working system. I don't know what happened to the old school hand writing system and then when your system is back up, take what you wrote down and then put it in the computer so that you can reconcile the meals with the purchases. Am I the only one that thinks of that? Anyway, it was just a horrible experience again. They have a very high turnover at that location in Willowbrook. If you work hard and wanna treat your family out with your hard earned money; want to feel appreciated, then don't go there. It's just disappointing. I did wanna say that we did get 50% off of our purchase and yes a table of nine ( 7 adults & 2 kiddos) will cost about 150 bucks for 50% off . Honestly was my first time coming to this place, came here because someone told me it was great, everything seem great at first but, later on I notice the waitress was kind of rude and always rushing us to place our drink and food order. She rushed me with my food order and I manage to still ask for everything specifically the way I wanted it, bad thing about it was when my found came to me about 1 hour later, it wasn't how I asked for it, my buffalo chicken sandwich had no sauce!!, it was dry, it was the chicken and bun, like really ? Great place to hang out and watch the game. With baseball season in full swing, awesome place to watch the 'Stros knock 'em outta the ballpark. :-) As for food, BW3 has the best tasting wings that I have ever tasted (my personal opinion). They are not totally soaked in sauce and are kinda crispy. You can actually taste peanut oil on them. mmm The only downside I would even mention would be the wait during gamenights. Good for coming in and watching sports, enjoying food and wings, or hang out at the bar with friends. I love to come in for the ball games, which are more fun than at home. You walk in and are seated by a group of people in simulated jerseys. It's cool because it's known as a sports bar feel. I ordered a burger and shared wings with someone. The wings were tasty, but a little overloaded with the sauce they make. I am questioning about the wings, but there were other foods I liked. The fried pickles for an appetizer were salty, but extremely tasty with that sauce they provide with them. I also had a burger with onion rings and barbecue sauce for my entree. I liked the idea of having onion rings on the burger, which made it more crispy. There were fries with it and the burger was one I've never come across in my life. There was one guy who stopped at our table and had a thing on what they do at the restaurant such as sauce samples, and other specials on food. I found that interesting and looking forward to trying that the next time I am in the restaurant. Stopped in today for a to-go order.. Waited in the bar while they got it ready. Service was great even though our waitress was clearly struggling to keep up with the number of people in her area. She's the only reason I'm giving this visit two stars because sadly the kitchen totally failed. We ordered the new flavor, bourbon honey mustard but once we got home quickly realized they forgot the sauce. I double checked the kitchen slip that was taped to the bag and it clearly said bourbon honey mustard. Nothing more disappointing then bringing home wings for the family only to discover they were plain and bare. So my advice is if you get a to-go order open each box and check it before you leave. read more

Writing a review because I'm pleased the way management handled my situation. Ordered online and they made a mistake with my order. Left a complaint on there website and received a phone call pretty quick. When i returned the call the Manager on duty Bart offered to replace my wings whenever i decided to return. This location was dirty and poorly ran before COVID and now it's even worse. The manager must be a teenager because that can be the only reason a business is continuing to be ran this bad. There were dirty tables next to us that were not cleaned the whole time we were there. To top it off the mandatory mask policy was not enforced for the workers. Is there any way to give this place no stars??? I have been to this location before, and all was well until this last time I came to visit to watch the UFC fight. My boyfriend and I put in our orders, and waited 45 minutes before we got our food. Yes. 45 minutes. So my boyfriend just started explaining the situation and asked that he not pay for the wings that he received. He said he would be more than willing to pay for everything else. The manager had an attitude right away. He didn't come across customer friendly what so ever. He just said no we can't do that you ate some of the wings. Well we then explained again that we waited forever for our food. Eventually the manager continued with his attitude and started interrupting my boyfriend as he was speaking. So as anyone would, he told him he didn't want to speak with him any longer and he just kept talking and raising his voice. The manager then brought a cop over and the cop brought my boyfriend outside and made my boyfriend pay for the wings. At first he was going to pay cash but then wanted to pay with card and the manager said no that he didn't want to let us do that because we would call the bank. So basically he wasn't letting us choose our choice of payment . Did not enjoy my last visit to this location. My boyfriend and I came around 12:00am so I understand that they were trying to close. But the service overall was very slow, not attentive at all. I slipped on the wet floor a week and a half ago while walking to the bathroom. Another customer stopped me on my way back to the table saying that they were aware of what happened. They did put a wet floor sign out afterwards but I was never approached about the incident. I notified the manager since my knee swelled up immediately, he took my information down. No apology but I'm not one for confrontation. I didn't receive a free meal, nor did I expect one. But I did expect a follow up call making sure I was okay. I contacted Buffalo Wild Wings through their website. I told them what had happened and how I was disappointed in no follow up call.
