I've been to this location several times and needless to say either the service is mediocre or just down right horrible. Tonight my boyfriend and I waited a bit before we were even seated ( restaurant wasn't busy but was obviously understaffed) When we were finally seated we waited a good amount of time before our waitress came over to introduce herself and ask us what drinks we wanted. So much time had passed that we already had figured out what appetizer and what flavor wings we wanted. When our appetizer was brought to our table (fried mushrooms) the amount of mushrooms we got was very little and honestly they weren't that good. Luckily our wings were very good! One thing that was very off putting to me though was that our waitress kept cutting us off before we could even completely finish saying what we wanted to order. I understand she was in a hurry because there was only her and one other waitress but I didn't appreciate it. The hostess complained about it had been "a long day", honestly I don't think it's appropriate for her to be complaining to customers. I'm there to enjoy a date with my boyfriend and eat food because I'm starving, not to hear how 'hard' your job is. My boyfriend and I are here pretty consistently and yesterday we had the worst experience we'd ever had. Service was ridiculously slow; waitress (Leslie) didn't even check on us unless she could see we were looking around. We ordered chili con quest without pico, came out with pico on it after almost 30 mins. Our food took even longer and to top that off, my boyfriend's food had hair in it. We told the waitress, she took the food and never returned. I asked to speak with a manager and got a wait staff training (don't remember her name). She was very friendly and apologetic. As a server, this type of service would get you damn near fired where i work. If it wasn't for the lovely trainer we would have never stepped foot in that place again, specifically with that waitress. We did get our meals comped and $5 gift certificates to come back. Never did get an apology for the hair or otherwise bad service as we walked right past the lady and she blatantly ignored us. Smh. It'll be a while until we're back. read more

I just came from this restaurant completely enraged at the way we were treated, spoken to and then ignored. Staff is RUDE, uncaring and they LIE TO YOUR FACE to try to excuse their behavior. You would do yourself a service by going to some other Buffalo Wild Wings location. VERY, VERY disturbing behavior. And when I asked to speak with the manager, who they said was "BART", He never came out....instead he sent this Obnoxious little Snit named Mauri. I wish I could rate this place with a minus but this program won't let me. we waited for an hour to be seated. Then for another hour to get our order. If it was not for the fact that my only daughter chose this place to celebrate her 22nd birthday, We would have walked out. Our waitress did not even bother to bring us our food when it was redy. Mauri took it upon herself to start an argument with me in front of my children. How RUDE!!!! No excuse for this bahaviour. And we payed $186 for this too. Just ate at Buffalo Wild Wings for the fight and took maybe 45min-1hour to get out food. Once I got my food that was $16 just for my 14 wings I ate maybe 6 of them and had bones in every bite. I told our waiter that she doesn't have to go back to the kitchen and make more I just don't want to pay for them as I showed her how crispy and the bones that were in the food. The manager walks up to me doesn't say a word and stares at me, so I told him the same thing. He says no we don't do that, I told him again that it's not right and he starts waving his fingers around and raising his voice speaking over me. I told him I am the customer here and would like to speak, he became louder and closer to me so I told him to get out of my face. He thanks calls a police officer over because I told him I'm not paying for the food. The police officer takes me outside and said you're paying for the food or I'm taking you to jail. So I paid cash for the food and when the manager came back I told him I want to pay on credit card, manager response was " NO you doing the most" and starts accusing me of going to cancel the payment tomorrow and walks back inside. I told him I want my receipt to where I can have proof of payment and he denied. THE MANAGER LACKED PROFESSIONAlITY was rude, loud talked over customer and went back on everything he said when he went back to the table and 3 guys all had my back and complained about everything. He said I could've got him more wings and comp his meal for him...... so why wasn't that said at first? Guest customer services doesn't exist anymore. TERRIBLE PLACE. Myself and two friends went to Buffalo wild wings for happy hour today at 4 PM. Myself and one of the other girls both received a happy hour menu. In talking, we determined that the menus were different... One said happy hour is from 4 to 6 PM and the other one said 4 to 7 PM also there were different types of beer on each menu. My menu had three beers on it where hers had more and included Michelob ultra for $3 for the tall. We each had three beers each and we received the bill and were charged five dollars instead of the three dollars that was listed on the menu. I inquired with our waitress, Scarlett and she told me that Michelob ultra was not on the three dollar menu. I explained to her that we had two different menus and one of the menus said that Michelob ultra tall was $3. She stated that it must've been an old menu but she was certain that they didn't have those on the floor anymore and offered to get a manager. The manager came over quite some time later and I explained the situation to him and he was incredibly rude and told me that there couldn't possibly have been an old menu out and that the prices are the prices and it didn't include Michelob ultra. I explained my frustration and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said it was too bad. The managers name was Taylor, he was actually one of the shift managers. Absolutely horrible customer service, I have been in the customer service industry for 22 years and I have never seen anything quite like this. read more

I don't visit often. I've always thought they were pricey and not worth the cost. But, today, I really wanted to share some good words about this place. The atmosphere, service, and food were all very good. My nephew's birthday is today. I let him choose where to go. He chose this place. I couldn't argue. I didn't hesitate. We entered asking for a table for for 5. We were seated immediately. The place was starting to fill up. I guess we arrived at a good time. I asked for water. The waitress kept the glass full and even provided a fresh lemon each time without even being asked. That's very unusual around here! (Especially at Pappadeaux!) We had a free wing sampler of 10 wings. That was really good. We had an appetizer that was cheese sticks. They were pretty good. The main course was 40 wings and Buffalo Chips. We ate everything! The wings were big and plump. They had a crispy texture. They weren't over sauced. Everything was very good! They even announced my nephew and his birthday over a loud speaker. Everyone shouted Happy Birthday. They gave him an ice cream sundae with chocolate syrup. He really loved that! The smile on his face was priceless! read more

I order food online at about 650p before I left work. I arrived at the restaurant at about 720p. The cashier was playing on the register and waited about 3-5 minutes before she asked if I needed anything. I paid for my food and was told it should be ready in 10 minutes. Which was five minutes after the requested time. At about 750p I asked the young man cashier what was taking so long and he went to the heating cabinet where he found my food. It was cold and he responded by saying it was in the hearing cabinet and it wasn't cold. Well I touched the fries from my order and they were cold. He didn't apologize, didn't offer to remake the food or anything. I asked for a refund and the manager didn't even ask what was wrong he just gave me my money without even questioning what had happened. After refunding my money the lady clerk asked what was wrong and I told her. Poor customer service to say the least. read more

I was in Houston for business and after a long day of work I decided to stop by and eat some wings and beer with a coworker at This place I go to very often in my hometown, we sat at the bar and ordered beers and naked grilled chicken strips since I have allergies (gluten) and it was the perfect option for my condition, my coworker ordered a burger, we waited around 40 min at the bar until they brought us the food and my order was messed up...they brought me breaded fried wings after all that time of wait and hungry, I nicely told my server Bianca I ordered grilled strips, she very upset rolled her eyes at me and took the plate away, she didn't even left me the fries to at least munch on something while waiting for the right order, my coworker was upset because he couldn't start eating by himself since he's a very polite person and his burger got cold, we waited 30 more minutes, we finished our beers and the server NEVER came back to see if we needed something if we wanted another drink or say something for the inconvenience she just ignored us all the time because she vas upset like if the incident was our fault, after 1hr and 20min the runner brought my chicken strips, they we terrible, tasted so much like pepper that is was hard to eat them with that over seasoned pepper taste, my experience there was terrible, when we asked for the check, the server gave my coworker my receipt and told him "thats for him" like she didn't even want to talk to me and/or give me my check anymore when I was always nice and polite and it was not my fault. After my long day of work, that bad experience just made my day worst, I'm never coming back. read more

Had a terrible experience the other day, horrible and utterly rude service from clueless and ignorant staff. After calling their disconnected phone line to see if bringing in other food (I'm a vegetarian & always carry food with me just in case), my arty and I get there, wait for a table only to wait quite some time and have a waitress tell me I could not have my snack in there, as it was not from the restaurant. Instead of being reasonable or accommodating or even giving me options or alternatives or even allowing me to speak (to tell her I was planning to buy food from the locale or to say I was willing to put the food away etc) she calls in the manager who after five seconds of speaking to me tells me to just leave, walks away from the table, leaving my party and mostly me stunned. The mangers no nonsense attitude came as total nonsense to me, for he was ignorant, rude and dismissive. Worst experience ever. read more

Last night I tried calling ahead for pick up. The guy answered and immediately put me on hold. I was already headed to the restaurant but I was 10 minutes away so I just thought I would speed up the wait time. Ten minutes later, I'm still on hold as I arrive. I see NO ONE in pick up area and NO ONE taking orders. So I walk inside still on hold and I can see the phone just beeping. No one was near the phone. I could understand if there was a ton of people trying to get their to go orders or even someone on the phone continuing taking another order. But no. The guy put me on hold for no reason and forgot about me. It's 11:50 at night. They close at 1 on Saturday's. Someone finally comes around and ask if I'm waiting on a order and I said "I'm trying to place one because you all kept me on hold for too long so I just came inside." She said ok hold on let me get the cashier. There is still NO ONE in the pick up area. A guy comes around 2 minutes later to take my order. 25 minutes later after waiting it's finally ready and he shows me my food and it looks good. I live 5 minutes away from this restaurant and all I wanted to do was enjoy some late night wings with my friends. I get home and the wings are COLD. The fries are so hard you can tell they had been sitting there for over 15 minutes. I've worked in fast food before and we would never leave our fries to sit there over 3 minutes. I had never in my life tasted such stale fries. The ranch didn't even make it better that's how stale they were. Basically, you have cooks and employees back there who don't give a crap about the food they give out. I am so tired of this place with their horrible service of food, and slow speed of service. I should've never been put on hold. I could hear enough employees in the back to answer and take my order in the first place. Secondly, I don't care what time of the day it is I think everyone deserves hot food and great service especially when I pay at least $20 for my order. This is ridiculous. I usually don't give bad reviews. I did the survey on their website as well. This BWW needs to step up their game because everyone I have talked to talks about how slow they are. Then they hire these employees who don't care about their job clearly enough to serve hot food or even answer a damn phone and take an order! Then as I am home I realize this and I grab the receipt to call and complain and the phone rang and rang and rang... No answer for 5 minutes. What is wrong with you people? I have many mixed feelings about this location. I have been coming here for years so I've got a good feel for the servers and environment. Two servers really shaped my thoughts on this place. I'll start with Graham; absolutely horrible server. I have had him twice and both times he was not attentive and very slow in fulfilling needs. The last visit I had with him was a friend and myself, we waited 30+ minutes for our food, which I understand isn't his fault because he isn't the cook however what bothered me is the lack of following up and reassurance that he was actually going back to check on our order. The entire time we waited for our meals, he never gave any sort of "hey, sorry about the wait, it should be another x amount of mins". I like to think that's just curtesy. Secondly when the food did arrive, my order was incorrect and my friend's order was not only half wrong but also cold and burnt (burger). When we addressed it with him he used the excuse of "well we only have one cook" as if somehow that had anything to do with the order be wrong. That only explained the delay. By the time he fixed the order, we just asked for it to be in a to go box, so much for "dining in". Again, not his fault for the delay or the incorrect order BUT his attitude and the service he provided showed he didn't care and wasn't interested in leaving us with a good impression of him or the restaurant. But I'll leave this on a good note by saying today I went in and had a new server named Eric and he was AMAZING. He went over and beyond to make recommendations, keep drinks refilled, and follow up. He told us that he recently moved to Houston and I'm thankful I was able to have him as a server. He even got me signed up for a rewards program that I didn't even know existed. I come here so often so I could've been racking up some serious points had someone told me about it on a sooner visit. Willowbrook needs more like him. I will be asking for him next time! read more

Service was good, except for the fact that my water was never refilled and we had to get the our servers attention multiple times. when the food came out it wasn't brought out by our server I believe it was a server assistant we weren't asked if we needed anything I had asked for silver ware ( I know it's wings) but the server/assistant, explained how he was tired!! And eventually brought us the silverware but didn't bring us napkins so we had to ask our waiter she was very nice about but sitting down for a while waiting for some napkins, through out the day we noticed some suspicious activity from coworks passing weird items to each other secretly and going to the corner of the restaurant numerous times, his shirt was the only one that had CAPTAIN on the back of it and the other person I believe to work the kitchen which made it a little bit uncomfortable to see and witness the transaction happing in front of us since no one else was passing anything but those two individuals.. But over all a good experience and will go back but just not sit were we did. read more
