Terrible food and my waitresses are always horrible. One girl mixed up everybody's bills so everybody was paying for everyone else's food and drinks and another time I asked my waitress to please not make the Bloody Mary spicy. It was horribly spicy so I let her know and I only took a couple sips out of it. We called ahead and ordered our food. I ordered boneless wings and they came as traditional. I ordered a honey bbq wrap with no tomatoes. Luckily I opened the box when checking out and found that it was all tomatoes. Whike waiting for the food to be made again the rest of our food got cold and soggy. The girl behind the counter acted like it was our fault they got our food wrong. When we got home with our food we realized they gave us a hot bbq wrap instead of honey bbq. Not sure what they have going on behind the counter there. We have tried to give this place an honest try. We have been there numerous times over the last 3 months (3-4 times). From dining in to carryout, the customer service is just awful. From slow food delivery, to running out of things and constant incorrect orders, this place has gone down hill. read more

I came here shortly after an apparent menu change... There was no longer an option to build my own (veggie) burger, and so I was nickel and dimed for jalapeños and sauce. We ordered appetizers (mozzarella sticks and onion rings) which should come with dipping sauces, right? Well, not without a charge now if you want more than one sauce. I used to enjoy coming here for veggie burgers, but after my last visit, I will no longer be giving Buffalo Wild Wings my business with all of the new up-charges. Probably the best B-Dubs we've ever been to. Facility is great -- perfect layout, lots of new TVs located in the right places (everywhere!), and maintained well. Sat at the bar for an early weekday lunch and the service was friendly and fast. Clearly lots of regulars which tells you a lot about the service. read more

I am not sure if it was because of the day, but my wife and I went for lunch.and were sorely disappointed with the food. She had bone in wings with buffalo sauce on the side. The wings were not very tasty at all. Meat was a little tough. We have had much better at a different restaurant. I had the street tacos. No one answers the phone to call in carry out. When you get there you're order is messed up

I have ordered delivery from this place several times. A couple of times, the food was fine, but the dressings and miscellaneous things we're all messed up. Putting hot sauce on a salad, for instance, is not my thing. Yesterday, I ordered delivery, and the beautiful pulled pork sandwich I saw in their ad turned out to be basically a crunched hot dog bun with a little bit of sauce, a few shreds of coleslaw, and a bunch of pork jerky. If you look at their menu, there's a sandwich to kill for. I didn't expect to bite into it and get the urge to kill. I ate it, since I was starving. I wish I hadn't. The "pork" was thick, hard, and had to be chewed and chewed and chewed. The ends of the pulled pork poked me in the tongue and the lips as I was trying to eat it. I couldn't bite off chunks because I had to pull out whole chunks of the meat, as my teeth wouldn't cut through the pork. I guess you get the picture. My wife's wasn't as bad, but it wasn't good. At the prices this place charges, this is a disgrace. read more

We were there with a Birthday party tonight. I wish I could remember our servers name because she was really good. She handled our group like a pro. The food was standard bw's. It came out timely, but a little disjointed. There was a significant lag in when the first people got their food, and then the rest of the group got their food. Since they use food runners, it would be better if they used pivot points instead of auctioning off food. This helps so much, especially with big groups. read more

Three stars mainly for their huge TV's and the fact that you can watch almost any game at this place. Wings and beer selection is good but a little over priced. Ten bucks for a snack size wing?! Can get a package of 14 WHOLE wings at the store for the same price. Which is basically 28 Wings at b-dubs. If you have a smoker and some decent sauce you can turn out way more wings that taste better for a fraction of the price. read more

For a place that advertises hard on being the place to watch the ncaa tournament I was surprised to have to ask that games be put on instead of recorded crap. At one point I put 60 percent of the tv's onan espn 30 for 30 with no volume as there were several tournament games happening. Very disappointing and could have srayed home for a better experience. read more

We visited this location to watch the UFC200 card. It was surprisingly not busy for such a big event and our service was unacceptable. It took over 10 minutes for our drinks to be delivered, our waitress continually went and sat at a table with her boyfriend and would get up and act like she was working when the manager passed by, I had to track her down in the restaurant to receive service more than once. Our dirty plates sat at the table for 45 minutes. I asked a manager to help motivate his employee and told him that if there wasnt a change I would write this review and never be back. He said he would bring our next refills and make sure to fix this for us. The waitress then came to our table crying, yelling, and swearing at us saying that she was doing a good job and we had no reason to complain. She caused a scene and made it uncomfortable for her entire section to continue their night out. The manager never came to our table to see if things were fixed or to apologize for the unacceptable behavior expressed by his wait staff. I have been a waitress before and worked in numerous restaurants. This is inexcusable on both of the employees' behalf. After this horrible experience and the unprofessional treatment we received, we will never return there again and I will discourage everyone I know to stay away as well. read more

There is no other place to watch your favorite game or fight than this Bdubs. They have awesome drink specials and the food is always good. The atmosphere in the restaurant when a popular game is on feels like you are actually there. Great service that recognizes familiar faces. I went here for dinner with my boyfriend. I had the buffalo ranch wrap and fries. It really was not that great.. The tortilla on the wrap was crispy and hard. There was very little chicken or ranch in the wrap. It was mainly stuffed with lettuce, I tasted zero ranch sauce, I was hoping they'd put a good amount because it helps cool off the hotness of the chicken. My boyfriend had 12 hot wings, they charged us for an extra side of ranch when all they give you is a little cup. I've never been to a wing restaurant that charges extra for dip. The waitress wasn't very attentive with refills, which I usually don't care about, but that kind of sucks when your mouth is on fire. For 15$ a person, I won't be returning. read more

We go to B-dubs of Howell for the bar. Nick is one of the best bartenders I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. He works his tail off and makes sure you enjoy yourself. Ugh. Where to start? I ordered the Mediterranean salad because I'm trying to be good. My salad comes with no lemon pepper chicken on it as described on the menu. I let the server know that it was missing the chicken and she promptly let me know that I needed to ask for it to have chicken. I didn't think that that was the case so I referenced the menu. The first line of description for the Mediterranean salad is "lemon pepper chicken on top of a field of greens". Ummm...I'm pretty sure that I didn't need to ask for it to have chicken. The manager then routinely came to the table and I let her know what happened. She then also told me that there were two different salads and that she was sorry. I again referenced the menu and did not see this other phantom Mediterranean salad with no chicken. The chicken eventually showed up as my entire party was already done eating. I grabbed a box and took it home minus the rotten cucumbers it was served with. The manager comped us and gave a $5 gift certificate that we regifted to the table next to us as we knew we would not use it. When the server took the bill she also suggested that I knew now to ask for the chicken the next time. LOL. I don't think so honey. read more

It's buffalo wings with a decent variety of sauces and rubs. I like the grilled chicken over the traditional deep fried wings. You can get a decent salad here, too, so eating healthy is easy to accomplish if you're looking out for your health. They promote family atmosphere, but had some issues with management due to kids running through bar area, which is where they locate 60% of their video games. Manager was upset that kids were running through the area on their way to the video games. One manager brought our child to us and told us they can't be coming into the bar area. Hey kids run around, especially when there are dozens of them. Putting video games in the bar area, and the bar area being wide open to the rest of the place makes it almost impossible to manage all the kids there. And reprimanding the kids and taking them back to their seats, and then telling parents to keep their kids in their seats might seem like the right thing to do, but it definitely eliminates BWW from the list of places we will take our family. It's just too hard to tell the kids to stay in their seats until we're (the parents) are done eating, so we can accompany them to the video games. Instead of being a great place for us to take the kids, it becomes a torturous trip that none of the parents can enjoy because all the kids are carrying on about playing video games and we're trying to eat our dinner. We watch the kids when they're playing the video games, but we're not going to stand next to them while they play them. Defeats the point of going to a restaurant that has video games for the kids. So I guess this is a great place for young adults who can drink, but it's not the best place to kids under 14. read more
