Decided to give buffalo wild wings a try after not eating it for a few years. I will say i had a great customer service experience although i waited 40 minutes on a togo order. When i got the food i thought it would be amazing. The burgers had onion which i asked not to be on there but they were still ok. I wasnt a big fan of how little sauce the wings had because they also weren't seasoned at all. The fries had more seasoning than the chicken for reference. Service is consistently terrible. I've been to many Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and this is by far the worst. I've lived in the area for several years, and unfortunately, the same issues have persisted with no noticeable improvement. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional. What isn't acceptable is waiting over an hour for our food and then having to track someone down just to get an update. A restaurant experience shouldn't require that much effort from the customer. We came in today for the bottomless apps. We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. I will say, we were a bit embarrassed to get only water and the app deal, but we had just come from church and had stopped for soda on the way so we legit only wanted some unlimited fried goodness. Our server, Ashlyn, was so kind and simply phenomenal!! She didn't seem irritated with us - I mean, who would be happy with a table of four coming in with a total check of $10??!! But she attended to us with a smile, refilled our waters and was amazing!! I'm not exaggerating when I say this was literally the best service I've experienced at a restaurant - ever!! I visited your location on April 22 with my wife and our newborn daughter between 8:00-9:00 PM and we were seated at table 98. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from start to finish. Our server (whose name I did not catch, as I did not see a name tag) greeted us and asked about drinks. I asked if you offered micheladas, as we are from California and Buffalo Wild Wings locations there typically serve them. She immediately reacted with a dismissive facial expression and said no, adding that she didn't know what that was. I attempted to briefly explain the drink, but her reaction became more negative, so I chose to drop it and instead ordered a Modelo. My wife ordered a spicy margarita. Later, I asked about the happy hour menu since it had just turned 9:00 PM, which was not mentioned to us earlier. I specifically asked about the Screwball shots and whether they were $3 or $3 off, since another item on the menu indicated a discount. The server responded with a condescending tone and expression, making me feel as though I was asking a foolish question, and simply stated that the price was what was listed. At this point, due to the poor service and uncomfortable interaction, we just wanted to finish our meal and leave. Unfortunately, the food did not improve the experience--our fries were stale, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. When it came time to pay, we were told to use the table device. However, the device did not work, and we had to request assistance. It turned out that our order had been incorrectly assigned to the table next to us. After it was corrected, we were finally able to pay and leave. This entire experience--from the rude service to the food quality and billing error--left a very negative impression. We had not visited Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time, and unfortunately, this visit reinforced why. read more

We wanted to watch some Sunday NFL and decided to come 45 minutes before our game to beat the rush. We put our name down with the hostess and were told it was about a 10 minute wait for a table as there were plenty of empty tables open. We waited directly in front of the hostess and checked in at the 20 minute mark on our table. She stated it should just be a few more minutes and we were next up. We saw at least 3 more tables being sat and waited another 15 minutes to actually be sat. Our waitress was very nice, but our appetizer also proceeded to take 30 minutes to make it to us because "someone took it to the wrong table". Its really too bad this location can't get the service and timing aspect down as the set up is great for watching sports. read more

I was near the Town Center Mall for another event and decided to get some wings to go. The server took my order near the takeout counter and told me it would be about a fifteen or twenty minute wait. It actually only took about ten minutes. I ordered ten buffalo wings, ten honey barbecue wings and ten garlic parmesan wings. Imagine the lost opportunity of repeat customers and greater revenue if the staff would smile, respond pleasantly to customers, and reflect a high level of professionalism. Well, I tried it again and remain disappointed. The staff was friendly but sparse -- seemingly by design, as there is heavy encouragement to order via your phone and a seeming requirement (or at least very strong expectation) to pay that way. That's my biggest gripe of the latest visit, actually. I'm a pretty modern person, but I resent having to opt-in to text messages by providing my phone number (and my email) just to pay for my meal. And when my meal wasn't showing up in the mobile site, the server texted me a new link rather than just taking my card. That site had issues loading in my default mobile browser, so I had to download and use a different one to be able to open the link and pay. As far as the food, it was edible but not great. The cauliflower wings were a bit soggy and missing seasoning, while the potato wedges had too much seasoning. And weirdly, I felt a bit rushed to leave. As soon as I'd taken my last bite, the server stopped by and told me I could pay via mobile. The restaurant was less than 1/4 full. Also, a small order of cauliflower wings, a side of potato wedges, and a fountain drink came to just under $20 with the -- automatically selected -- 20% tip. read more

We ordered a drink from the happy hour menu, then she came back about 10 minutes later to let us know they don't have that drink. My boyfriend ordered something else, but then we had to let our server know at the end she left both drinks on the check. We ordered a side of the crispy tots and they were yummy. The boneless deal was happening, and I understand the hype for the portion size lol. You buy 10 and get 10 and they are HUGE. He only ate 4-5 and took the rest to go. You can pick up to 4 sauces for 10 wings. I got a small order of the cauliflower wings with spicy garlic sauce, which turned out to be essentially buffalo sauce. I ordered wrong. I was imagining a garlic parm kind of sauce. they were still good, but I would order a different sauce next time. Overall I wouldn't go back, but my boyfriend was very happy with his boneless wings. I enjoy BWW but do not recommend ordering on the app or over the phone, there is a difference in price/quality. For instance, the app allows you to choose ranch or bleu cheese for your veggies for free, but they will charge you for it over the phone. Not sure why. Also, the most recent time we ordered takeout, we received 2 of the smallest boneless wings, yet they will were counted as part of the 10 we ordered. We are from SFL where service is an after-thought. In town for work, we went to watch UFC. Entire place was packed. Bartender (Sid??), a young lady with neck tattoos, was undoubtedly the best bartender we've experienced in years! She was attentive, friendly, engaging and hard working! Everyone had what they needed. The bar was clean and she was always 'on.' Kudos to her! BWW needs more employees like this. The entire team seemed to be good workers. Food was ok. Wings only. Small and slightly dry. Great sauces. BWW has the worst celery, ever! Someone needs to learn how to store it to keep it fresh and crisp. Right now, it is a chain-wide problem. Ghost town barely anyone in there and I know why, took 20 minutes after we sat no exaggeration to get the attention of a waitress to place an order. After that they were out of Buffalo trace, which was the only reason we were there anyway. The waitress that finally service was decent even though she had too many tables, she handled it OK. This was my first time stopping by the Buffalo Wild Wings location at Town Center. I wanted to grab a bite to eat and watch the Ravens game. Luckily it was an 8 PM, game so the place was not too crowded. I typically do not like BWW because it is so loud. But, on this trip, due to most folks clearing out after the last game, the noise level was not bad. If you sign up for the rewards program they send you a birthday gift. It was the last day of my birthday month and my reward was about to expire. I received five complimentary wings. I chose the mango habanero, which the bartender advised were pretty spicy, but I love spicy. The wings were awesome! And the bartender didn't lie they were pretty spicy, but good! I had the Blue Moon mango beer, which I'd never heard of, which was light and refreshing! I also ordered the pork street tacos. They were good, but too much fat left on the meat in my opinion. Everything tasted okay, nothing extraordinary. The wings tasted more like breading than chicken. The to-go packaging is questionable. My burger was squished down into a tiny little box and since we had 2 sauces with the wings, a sheet was just placed on top which just gives you a saucey sheet of parchment paper. People are SICK of being treated like we're nothing. We go OUT and pay for overpriced wings because we like service. We PAY 20/25% tip for that service and we don't mind food prices if it's a pleasant experience but I am NOT ordering and paying online. I brought legal tender cash with me. I don't see what we're tipping for if we do all the work. Might as well just call our number to come pick up our food at the counter, just admit that it's basically fast food and do away with waitstaff altogether. We won't ever be back. Order: classic American cheese burger without cheese and extra pickles, well done Asian zing traditional wings. The burger had good flavor. Although I wasn't allowed to choose my burger temperature, the patty was not dry like I had expected. I wasn't given extra pickles like I asked so I had to ask again for them. The wings were definitely well done. They were DRY! If it's not well done, they're soggy and if they're well done they're dry. BWW needs to figure out the perfect frying time to get their wings crispy without drying out the meat. Now to comment on their service. Our server wasn't very experienced. She was young and wasn't very attentive to us. Never checked on us, never refilled our water, missed a couple of things with our order, and brought the check/receipt without a pen to sign. Not really impressed with this location. Then again my last experience with BWW (last time in Charlotte NC) wasn't very pleasant either.
