This place gets a bonus star for our fantastic waitress. Our server Leah was such a lovely person so I hope she's able to find a better place to work at. You remember when you were a kid and you had to eat that sad dry chicken tenders for lunch? Come back here if you want that nostalgia. There was very little flavoring in the chicken itself. But the potato wedges were quite good themselves. This isn't a reflection on the staff themselves but on BWW the company itself. Service at this location is nonexistent and management is too busy justifying the lack of service to correct anything. When the manager's first response is to explain why you got bad service rather than trying to help, you know why nothing improves. Change has to start at the top. read more

We were told open seating just go sit down and done one would be with us soon We sat there for over 10 minutes. No one even came up to acknowledge us, and there were literally four parties in the whole entire restaurant. So it wasn't because they were busy. Last time we were here it wasn't very busy and the service was sooooo slow. Our order was forgotten, one person's food wasn't brought out, some finished before others even got their orders. Now it's Saturday night and some great college football games on and it's lively. A few 2 seat tables in the bar so they told us to sit anywhere. My daughter and I went here to meet my son for dinner. Since we were early, we sat at the bar and ordered a drink and an appetizer. Telling the bartender that we would be closing our tab and moving to the restaurant area when my son arrived to eat, my son is a minor. When he arrived I closed the tab and we sat at a booth since it was seat yourself. From that point on we were completely ignored. The waitresses would not even look our direction so that we could get their attention. Two other parties come in and seat themselves and are waited upon almost immediately. After about 15 minutes we are able to get a waitress's attention and asked if we could get some menus and service. She goes over to the other waitress and they discuss something while continually looking back at us. About 5 minutes later she returns with some menus. By this time I don't feel that they deserve any more of my money and tell the waitress that if it is too much trouble to serve us, we can go somewhere else. She said they were just trying to decide if they should give me a drink menu? I had only had one drink at the bar and don't see why this was even a discussion. As we were leaving a manager asked if everything was okay, so we told him what had happened. Rather then apologizing or offer to help, he started to explain why we were not served! Because bartenders don't communicate with the wait staff. No comment on why a server could not come over and check with us until we called them over. As a customer, the restaurant not communicating is their own failure, not mine. When a Manger defends bad service, rather than acknowledging it, nothing will ever improve. If you are are hungry and want to get something to good eat, go somewhere else! read more

The order is always right and fresh. There has always been someone at the hostess stand and the order pickup counter to greet me. I've always loved Buffalo Wild Wings was planning to work there as well until I had to move. The food for me is amazing the wait time does take a little while sometimes. That's mostly on game days. I am a regular here and love the staff and food. However, the restrooms are consistently dirty. Today was even worse than usual, crickets crawling around the dining room, dead crickets right at restroom entrance. Then I go to wash my hands and two crickets in the sink. As a fellow industry restaurant manager it's really concerning as to why they don't have this under control with their Ecolab rep. I ended up here with some friends to watch a hockey game. They were kind enough to change the tv to the game we wanted but the service was lacking and the food was the real let down. I really enjoy wings and remember these being better previously . I got a 20 count of the traditional wings $27.49 with half Medium and half Spicy Garlic. The sauces weren't bad but the wings themselves were off. Even though they were drenched and swimming in sauce but they were dry and tough. Definitely not worth the price they have gone up to. I did also try some appetizers like their chips & queso which was watery and had no flavor what so ever. The fried pickles were okay only because of the dipping sauce. The breading on them was kind of soggy and lacked seasoning. The drink refill and service started off alright but went downhill as time went on. I've tried so hard to give this branch a chance. I have been there over 10 times and have had zero successful visits. I tried again today with a carry out order. I called at 6:14 to place an order which went great, but then they told me it couldn't be ready for 45 minutes which I felt was a really long time. I get there and back home and I saw that it was ready within 15 minutes of ordering so I got home to wings that where already dried up and head been sitting under the light for 30 minutes. Horrible Service!!! Never wrote these but this place was just horrible and the service was bad. I went with my family and it took forever for the waiter to come to us and once we finally were able to order the waiter told me and my family the "All you can eat" was just for me and that she would charge us triple if any of them eat off of me which was random so we thought less of it, I was unable to order more wings unless I finished my plate first, and couldn't take any to go. She also told us that she would be busy so if we need anything to order on the QR code....when there was barely like 2 other tables at the time, But when the table next to us were ordering she never said any of that to them. I can't even describe how horrible the service and food was. We had a party of 5 and asked several times for a refill of water with our meal and never received anything. I got the buffalo chicken salad and the lettuce was wilted. It took almost an hour for our food to come out and our server didn't even ask if we were ready to order. Was completely out of ranch and napkins and asked several times for that and had to ask more than twice for all 3 of those things.
