I guess there's some redeeming value in a place with casual food, drinks and lots of TV's, but the menu was so confusing I wasn't sure what I ordered, and the 3 of us had 4 drinks and 3 appetizers and the bill was over $100 with tip. I won't be going back. read more

Went today to enjoy dinner in Lodi with the family and wow what awful service we got. We got seated outside due to the COVID-19 which is fine but it's hot outside and we had been sitting there for 30 mins and no one has came up to our table to ask us for water at least or our drinks. I even got up to go to the bathroom and had to ask the person inside who was our waiter/waitress because they haven't even acknowledged that we were there. They had assured me that someone would be right out there. I took a while in the bathroom because I had my 3year old with me. So when we went back to our table nobody had still shown up to our table. My family and I finally decided to leave and that's when one of the waitresses decided to come take out order. We asked to speak to the manager "Heidi" who sucked and instead of apologizing and going out of her way to make us feel better she just said would you like to sit back down. Like one, no your services with the waitress suck and your management skills suck. I am so disappointed and angry because I felt like they just ignored us because we were the only Mexican family there while the rest were being served. We spend good money to eat so it wouldn't had been a problem. People had barely came in and been sat and right away they were helped and brought drinks. So why not us?? This is why I feel it was because of our race...... But to me customer service is everything. I am from a customer service industry and manager and I will no longer give you guys a chance. On our second visit, our favorite bartender Hunter was working and he was as awesome as always. The lunch special was delicious. My wife and I both enjoyed our entrees. After my recent visit, particularly at this Lodi location, I won't make any purposeful effort to dine here anymore. First, my party and I arrive at about 6:50pm Saturday night (there's a reason for the detail) and the server greets us then heckles me for being a Raiders fan. I make nothing of it, except this guy's name badge states "trainer" so I hope he's not training the staff there to belittle the patron. I immediately ask if one of the 10+ TV screens can play the upcoming Raiders game. He says okay. Then he leaves our table and goes to greet the table of four or five people right next to us by saying, "Who's ready to watch the Raiders lose?". Not only annoying but these patrons didn't even have sports attire on. He later commented to them, " oh, you're not big sports fans?". So he remarks loudly about his dislike for the team I'm rooting for not once but twice to people that are paying his wages? I've worked in retail before and never have been trained to treat patrons like that. Now I'll come back to that in a minute, but let me talk about the food next. My order of boneless wings arrive and almost half of the order is lukewarm to cold, what?!! Did they microwave these or what? It's Saturday night 7pm and they're serving cold cooked food. So eventually I inform the manager and he offered to fix the problem to my approval. So it's 7:05 and no Raider game. I ask again about the game, and finally get to see it Conspiracy to Raiders fans? I'll never know because I won't be returning. read more

Most of the food was pretty good. We all got a lot. Total bill was $130 before tip for 4 of us. Two baskets of fried pickles and two baskets of fried cheese curds to start. Then two of their samplers with the nachos, wings etc. a large order of wings, fries, a beer and drinks. First off my wing order was undercooked. Unfortunately I didn't catch this until it was in a to-go box and at home with me the next day. Made me sick at the restaurant but I just thought I had overeaten. The customer service was seriously lacking. We asked two different servers a total of 5 times for a glass of water and refills and still never got any of them. It was pretty busy I get that but still cmon. Our dedicated waitress was a complete air head. We will go to the Modesto or Stockton B-Dubs. read more

I wish I could give this place more stars because the waiter and manager were fantastic. Unfortunately, my food was probably one of the most disgusting meals I've ever eaten. I had the baked chicken strips and they tasted like the chef dumped a cup of salt and pepper on them. Way too salty and spicy for what I would think was plain chicken. I took one bite and was done. Luckily, the waiter we had was amazing and immediately made it right. (Abraham was his name I believe). He apologized many times, even though it wasn't his fault, and took the chicken off my bill. I ordered a salad to replace it and he made sure to ask me if it was ok. The manager then came over and asked if everything was allright, which I very much appreciate. If I could overlook how bad the chicken was, I'd be giving you five stars but my husband also didn't really enjoy his meal. Not good not good at all! I held my tongue last time but this time I can't I have ordered wings several times here, but somehow my order comes wrong. The first I thought ok they did t even give me my wings maybe because they are new. The next time service was bad. I have to say this was one of the worst dining experiences ever! To start out, our server was horrible and it took 35 minutes just to get two beers. My mother in law ordered a mix drink that came about 45 minutes later and she said it tasted horrible. We got frustrated waiting for our server and had to flag down another server and beg her for our drinks and water because our server never even came back to the table. When the food finally arrived after an hour of waiting, it was pretty bad. My wife's fries were cold and my mother in laws chicken tenders tasted like they came straight from a freezer. I was told KFC would have had better chicken tenders and about half the price. The shoestring fries they serve are possibly the most disgusting fries I've ever tried. For two appetizers, four beers and four lunches our bill was $123.00. This is an overpriced wingstop with more televisions. The kicker is it wasn't even super busy so there's no excuses for the horrible and non existant service. read more

Matt (kitchen manager) needs to smile and not be rude! We understand you're a new restaurant, and this field is stressful, but get outta the kitchen if you can't handle the heat!! Learn that customer service is about keeping your guests happy and doing all you can to make sure they return. Also, Matt shouldn't be out talking to the guests since he is a kitchen manager. We should of spoke to the floor/FOH manager about our complaint... Right? We've had Long Islands at the BWW here in the Sacramento area many, many times and they were great and never lacked alcohol. The Long Island we had was weak, so we asked Matt to fix it, his reasoning was "they follow the recipe book and can't change the recipe" agh please! they're way over staffed- everyone walking around looking lost. Jasmine was the only one who made our visit pleasant. We were sitting outside on the patio and she was attentive and helpful when our first server never came back with our drinks or food! First time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I loved it! The environment was very friendly. It wasn't busy when I went but the waitress attended us very well, asked if we needed anything, checked up on us and asked if we needed any refills unlike other restaurants, the food was great! What a crap hole. Was really excited to have a place to enjoy sports in the neighborhood, but how can you enjoy sports when your experience sucks? Went in with the wife twice now once around opening second time when preseason football started. Had 3 different people approach the table, ordered 2 tall beers told all 3 people we were waiting from the original order didnt get them for 35 minutes and we were in the bar!!! The first server we had must have been a server at chilis and showed up to the wrong restaurant because she couldnt tell me anything on their menu or what ingredients were in things. So they brought a "manager" who swore that they could add beans to my nachos because i didnt want meant and what do you know...meat nachos 30+ minutes later. I used to go to BWW in las vegas all the time and their stores are 3 times the size and 0 problems this place is the size of a city mcdonlds and they cant even manage it. No thanks. I Love this buffalo staff is very attentive . manager's are very helpful if there is an issue they are quick to help out and resolve it. I won't go to any other buffalo wild wings but this one! Hunter and Raquel are my favorite bartenders . servers are awesome very friendly service is quick heidi and kay are my absolute favorites . ofcourse on a busy night food takes a little longer but well worth it . Today I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Lodi with my son and wife. The waiter must have been new or just missed us but he ignored us and did not even ask for our drinks, instead he helped two groups that came after us. I waited for about 35 minutes before I finally was so mad we went to walk out. I stopped to let a manager know and the manager (Heidi) made us change our mind to stay and told us she would personally help us. After some great customer service she made my worse experience one of the best experiences. She was so friendly and brought us our drinks right away as well as our food she kept making sure we were doing good and kept apologizing for the bad service we were receiving before. She did exactly what a real manager who cares about her customers should do! The food ended up hot, fresh, and good! The beer was also very cold and fresh! And I signed up for rewards before I left! I will definitely be returning! Great leadership really has an impact! read more

Very disappointed. We ordered food for Take out and was told it would be about 20 minuets. We got there in about 25 minuets. I sat very patiently waiting for about another 20 mins. I finally asked someone (assistant manager I believe) about my order and she was very rude. Finally about 35 mins after waiting there and about an hour after ordering I got my food. Ordered our wings online for a to go order at 12:03, they had a pickup time of 12:20. We got there on time and waited and waited. Finally at 12:40 we got our food, by the time we made it back to our office we had 15 minutes to eat our lunch. They were not even busy at all that day so we were surprised at the wait. The wings were good, half price on Tuesday's, will likely go back but will order much earlier so it's hopefully waiting for us next time. read more

My son chose here to celebrate his birthday. They do not accept reservations, but I called ahead and they made note of a party of 15 was coming. They treated us as if we made reservations. They had a table set up for us, they allowed us to bring our own cake, they brought out forks and plates for our cake, and our waiter was always checking on us. Hi my name Adriana in a few days ago I walked in the Buffalo Wild Wings and my server was Alex. She came to the table with some attitude after we ordered food. We tried asking for extra water but it took us 15 to 20 minutes to receive it we asked her why it took that long and she gave us the attitude and walked away I wish I would have talked to a manager but every time I would try to lay her down and she walked away and wouldn't come back. To me that is the worst service I've ever had. So I don't know where the hide this Alex girl but she needs an attitude adjustment other than that the food is great but the service was horrible read more

My friend and I are regular buffalo wild wing customers for lunch and dinner. Visited this one in lodi and will never be returning. We did the fast break lunch as we have numerous times where if your food isn't brought to your table within the fifteen minute time frame your meal is free. We have only got the free meal once at another bdubs location. Today the meal came at least a minute or two after the time was up on the clock and I even took a picture of the timer showing that the time was up and the picture was timestamped. As we were leaving our server stopped us in front of other customers and said we didn't pay our tab. He then argued with me about the time being up in front of customers and called his manager over. The manager then began to argue with us in front of customers and made up a random time of 10:48 that our meal came out at and stated his gm was watching our table idk who this was never saw anyone watching us. He ended up saying he would comp our meal this time and then said but next time...my friend interrupted and said there won't be a next time. He acted like he was doing us a favor. Very embarrassing and horrible customer service we both have good jobs and would never try to walk out on a $10 lunch..ridiculous. Will never return to this location read more

Had never been to this chain before. It's new in Lodi so we were excited. The restaurant looks great. Our server noted it was our first visit and offered some suggestions. Didn't mention happy hour starters which we noticed later in the menu. That would have been nice. Placed orders and a few minutes later a new server came and said our server was unavailable And she would be taking over. Huh??? Anyway she was attentive and kept refills coming. Later another server brought our orders. My wife's side was wrong which I mentioned. The server pulled out a receipt and said she could take the food back and start again. Huh??? My wife was starving and said just forget it. But we were really disappointed as we wanted to try the cheese curds. It didn't make sense that she didn't just apologize and get us a free order but instead acted like it was our fault. So we didn't get what we ordered. I noticed the manager never came by the tables and spent most his time standing around talking with the other staff. The guest obviously isn't the priority here! We won't be back. read more
