Only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because I'm forced to! My husband and I came to this BWW and had a terrible experience a month or so ago, but realized it's a new place and they needed time to work out the "kinks". We visited here for the second time and it was worse than the first! We decided to sit in the bar and waited and waited to be acknowledged all the while, my husband and I couldn't help but notice the bartender(didn't get her name, had raccoon eye makeup and matted looking long black hair) was leaned over and flirting with the bar patrons! I understand this is part of the territory but it looked desperate and unprofessional. We finally got menus and they were filthy. Nicest Bdubs i've ever been to! I've been to this new location three times now and I have never been disappointed. Service is always excellent and the food comes out fast, hot, and delicious. Kinda bummed out that time and money and space was wasted on a "small box store" that does not carry the same menu items as the restaurant in Stockton and will not be showing UFC fights either. Why even build one if you can have consistency? Service was subpar on the soft opening and the wings were not adequately sauced. Manager was rude. Was seated pretty quickly for a Friday night. So that was a plus. Our waitress must've been having a bad day or something. But the customer service was kind of low. She didn't attend to my family at all, she helped the table behind us A LOT more. She could've have easily checked in with our table as she walked by both going and coming. But didn't. All I wanted were some carrot. Food was good, typical of a BWW -- it the large traditional wings (20 pieces, 4 sauce flavors) for $22.95 and the sampler for $13.95. Went there with my fiancé and two best friends about a week ago late at night. We got seated pretty fast and Abraham was our server (he was super nice btw) I explained to him one of my best friends had never been to a BWW before and he immediately got Jaycee (I think that's her name) She was super bubbly and outgoing and brought my friend samples so she can decide what type of wings to get! Gave them a second chance. Chips and salsa are way overpriced for the amount and quality you get. Wings are just okay. Made an online order to pick up at 8:10 PM and got there right at 8:10. When I arrived I heard the manager say he was going to start bagging orders up. I waited along with about 3-4 other people who had online orders. They asked the workers at the front several times if their orders were ready. They would just say it's being bagged and coming up. An order would come up every 10 minutes or so. Some people left and I waited for 35 minutes and I finally asked for a refund. The got the manager who came up and refunded my money. Did not once say it was ready or almost ready which gave me the impression my order wasn't even started. He refunded my money minus the tax. It was not worth my time to sit in there a minute longer to ask for another $3. All I ordered was a traditional medium sized wings and a salad. The 1st try the glass had what appeared to be chili on it. Eww. Ordered my food at 9 and didn't get our food til an HOUR later! There was literally less then 7 tables active. Not ok

This was our first time and Cassandra was our waitress from the moment we sat down to the moment we left she absolutely AMAZING! The staff warmly greets you and are really friendly throughout. They've definitely made my experience here a more positive one. We came here for the Tuesday's buy one get one boneless wings. The appetizers we're tasty, but priced high. First bite into the garlic mushrooms and I was already impressed. I became eager for the rest of my order. The wings came shortly after. We got the Asian flavor, the spicy garlic, the garlic parmesan, and honey mustard. I hated the honey mustard as it was too tangy for my preference. The garlic parmesan and Asian flavor were great at first, but as I continued eating the saltier everything started to taste. I ended up not being able to finish it because of how salty the foods were. Even with the Tuesday deal, it's more expensive than Firewings across the street. Overall, the food is ok. I came in for the second time tonight, after having gone in last night for the first.. Initally I was not impressed, as life and things tend to happen. We did not recieve our full order. Being on the more expensive side of course I was upset. Although after having gone in again tonight these guys really do deserve a 5 star rather than a 1 like I first considered. The bartender was very welcoming and sweet as I approached her, cudo's to her. The manager came out shortly after I requested her, and tended to the situation in a way more hospitable and professional than I could explain. She dealt with our issue, and ensured she would correct it, along with accommodating it. These guys freakin rock! I expected the worst going in to get my wings they never gave me. This is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is always good. The service can be hit or miss sometimes, but if they are short staffed or the servers are busy the managers will help out. The place was not very crowded, yet it took a while for them to take our order and to get our food. One member of our group ordered the bratwurst, and it was cold and the bun was stale and hard as a rock. It was warned up, but the new bun.was also stale. The rest of us' (5 people) ordered the boneless wings. They screwed up the order and couldn't get it right.for the longest time. The manager had to come over and help het. Me and my family come to this restaurant every week! Today we had a nice and friendly water named Michael. Highly recommend having him as a waiter! There are so many televisions, it's hard to get bored while waiting for your food. They even have free tablets with lots of games for the kids and trivia for adults. Thought we had a terrible experience last time but we thought wrong. When calling for a Togo order I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes, yes restaurants are busy but seemed a little much for a wait time, the person taking the Togo order did not seem like they knew what they were doing (maybe training) not sure, but made a lot of mistakes when trying to place my order. Our quoted wait time was 25 minutes, we showed up a little after a half an hour, were greeted unpleasantly, we were told we could wait out in our car and they would bring out our order when it was ready and take the payment as well, asked for our name and our vehicle information. As we waited another half an hour we decided to call and see how much longer the wait would be, sense they told us it would be right out. The person who answered the phone the second time, asked for our name and would see how much longer the wait was, advised we would be put on hold and would get back to us in a minute, we were hung up on. Someone came out to our car, told us they did not have our order or that name in the system.. so the guy helping us did not say if he was going to look for our order or if he would be back, or what he was going to do.. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. So waited a few minutes longer, nothing. No one came out, nothing. Okay.. so we went back inside to see what was going on, to be greeted with, I'm sorry but the rudest "costumer service" I have ever seen. Everyone around us was waiting for their food that "they didn't have" or "could not find in the system" This was a complete joke. Worst experience ever. There was no apology or anything. All we got was a "I can place a new order for you" After a hour and a half waiting for a Togo order that was never placed, I definitely would not be waiting for them to decide to put this one in and wait another hour. Ate here Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. The music was awful. I would expect that during the lunch and dinner-hours they would refrain from playing gangster rap, maybe stick to classic rock, something more universal. It felt like we were dining in Stockton. Couldn't wait for the grand opening as i am a big fan of wings. First time there were so many Employees and very few customers and the service was very slow. Employees standing around as we sat and sat before being served. Gave it a second chance tonight since it was very new first time we were there. We were seated promptly and totally forgotten after that as we watched employees clean tables and stand around. No one came back to our table after we were seated for more than 20 minutes. We left unnoticed and walked by six employees standing by the front door doing nothing. Too bad for Lodi. In all fairness to "Buffalo Wild Wings" the one in Stockton is 5 star service and food. I came in for Tuesday wing night July 5th with my family. First visit to the Lodi location and was soooo happy I didn't have to drive to Stockton (since the waitresses at the Stockton location weren't always up to par). I was pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful, attentive waitress since they just opened. I believe her name was Amanda. Our waters and soft drinks were never empty...which is a big deal for me since I despise having suck on ice before the waitstaff acknowledge that people eating are actually thirsty too! I wish all my dining experiences included a waitress as awesome as Amanda. Accuracy, friendliness, attention to detail, and always had a smile on her face. I hope every time we visit we have her section because she made our evening smooth and pleasant. Kudos to the management for hiring such an awesome waitress. Don't let this gem get away!!! read more
