AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I usually don't write reviews, but this place was so terrible that I had to share my experience. Ordered a 20 piece boneless wings with fries online and went to go pick it up at the time they said it was ready. I walk in and there's a bunch of DoorDash drivers waiting as well as other people who placed online orders. I waited for an hour before finally asking for a refund. Service was horrible, no one ever checked in with us on how much longer our food would take, and the manager never made an appearance. Poorly run place with staff that don't care about the customers. TERRIBLE. Took 20 mins to get seated because no one knew who the server was. They claimed they were busy but there aren't many customers here. The employees clearly don't like their jobs. 2 families left because they weren't even acknowledged when they walked through the door. You all need to improve tremendously. I got turned away from the bar because I have a vertical ID from Pennsylvania (where I am from) that does not expire until 2027. I went to school in Indiana, stayed in Indianapolis many times, have been a server and bartender in the state of Indiana, and have never had this problem. It's comical that I get turned away at Buffalo Wild Wings. I understand some states have laws about serving with a vertical ID, but Indiana does not. read more

Tried to go here for lunch but we left within five minutes of being there due to the restaurant being filthy and a rude hostess. They weren't even open for an hour so it should've been much cleaner. The booth they sat us in was sticky, the menus had sauce all over them and the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Never had issues at the Crown Point or Schererville locations. A nice spot after the movies, and that's what it was! My boo and I popped in at the bar for a couple drinks and some food. They were close to closing so we order simple and quick. You can never go wrong with a nice cold Corona with a lime, my absolute fave! I tried a new drink, Blue Long Island, not too bad. I was definitely lit after just the one drink and beer. But the food came just in time to settle my belly. The new bird dawg caught my eye and I'd never shy away from a chicken tender so I had to try. March 2021 - We stopped here for a quick lunch. My daughter had boneless wings and fries. The boneless wings were very small. She enjoyed her wings. I had 3 piece chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips were very small and overcooked. The portion of fries was very small as well. The barbecue sauce was good. The service was decent. Given the high prices for drinks and food this chain isn't all that special any longer. read more

I stopped in and sat at the bar to order some food around 4:15. The bartender was loud and obnoxious, more worried about getting to the bathroom and making a scene cause she was "busy". She was not personal at all as she yelled across the bar to see what I wanted to order. I ordered salsa and chips, street tacos w/ NO pico, and the Buffalo Chicken salad with NO onions To Go. When my order came, and it was time to pay, she again yelled across the bar what my total was.....cause it was the end of her shift and she wanted to get out of there as fast as she could. I got to my hotel and my salad had a HUGE pile of onions, and my street tacos had pico on them. I travel for work and frequent the Merrillville area often, I'd be reserved to go back in if she was working! Used to LOVE this place, in high school. Not sure if it's due to a maturing pallet, but I didn't find my meal appetizing at all. That could also be attributed to the random (I hope) eyelash/short crescent shaped hair in my sweet bbq sauce. My friend, her 20 month old, and I met up for dinner before I was set to travel back to DC. Upon entering the restaurant, we waited just shy of 10 minutes for a host to seat us. The restaurant was practically empty, so we were confused about why this process was taking so long. The host showed us to our table, but neglected to grab a booster seat for my friend's son. Thankfully, there was one four yards away. It took several minutes for a waitress to approach us; however, after we were approached by one, three more appeared in rapid succession. We wished we had told them that we hadn't been served, as it took another long span of time to get water. Our food was luke warm when it came out, but we were hungry...you already know how this ends. Yup, we ate our lackluster food. It's not the worst dining experience I've ever had. It's also nothing to write home about. Yesterday on: 2/18/18 I had the opportunity to dine at this fine wing establishment. Upon arriving, I was waited on by a server by the name of "Jon". We ordered a couple appetizers, a beer and a delicious margarita. All was going swell! It came time to order and I still wasn't too sure what I wanted so I had to quickly decide since "Jon" was waiting. I finally ordered and apologized for being 'difficult'. That's when things got a bit ugly. Instead of saying it was no big deal, this kind young man makes a rather distasteful comment; "it's okay, most women are". Now, lucky for "Jon", my significant other and I love BWW and we will be returning. This post is mostly for others to be aware of this douche. Disgusting restaurant Fruit flies everywhere, can't even sit and eat without having to wave them off! Husband and I both ordered the brisket sandwich which was awful! Served cold french fries, on not just one plate but 2! Had to ask for silverware. Had a fruit fly in the bottom of one of our drinks. Bathrooms are disgusting urine all over the floor in the stalls! The top of the urinals look like they haven't been cleaned in years....There is visible garbage all over the floor in the entrance!!! Hate to one star Bdubs after all this time together but it has to be done. You are a wing and burger place, not fine dining, your prices are outrageous now for the quantity and sometimes the quality of food you get. I've had a few service issues at this location. Bland burgers. Laughably small amount of fries. The last time when I was in on a non busy night, also not near closing time, I wasn't met by a server for ten minutes. Combined with laughing at the prices on the menu...I left. Whenever my friends suggest coming out to any Bdubs location, I cringe. Its hard to enjoy a meal when you feel like you're getting ripped off. read more

I never use yelp and I'm not one to normally complain, but we ordered online and in the 10 minutes I was standing at the front, we waited 5 minutes for the girl with the glasses and pink hair to come to the front. Mind you the restaurant was DEAD. We could see two cooks in the back on their phones. To top it off, my girlfriends order was completely wrong, Bdubs employees normally show you your food to make sure it's right, that didn't happen, and I watched the girl put 3 people on hold and never come back and answer the phone. We are in Texas and this store acknowledged AND allowed 2500 points to be stolen from my rewards account so someone else could get free food. Mason acknowledged that it was happening in this store and refused to stop it or reimburse us back for the points that were stolen. After proving to him what was ordered, when it was ordered and when it was going to be ready for pickup, he still would only say that we need to "deal with corporate" on it. They refused to answer our calls from the number that is on the account but would answer from a completely separate number. It was very disappointing to experience such blatant theft and the refusal to make it right that this store showed with it being only 2 days from Christmas. read more

It was some what busy so I sat down after being advised my order should be coming right out. Fast forward 25 minutes, I got in line to ask for the status of my order to young lady #2. She walks to the heated box and pulls my order and hands it to me. Basically, no one would've given me my order had I not asked again. My food sat there for no reason. Poor service on this night. What a shit location the restaurant was dirty everywhere I've seen god know what the kitchen and the bathrooms were like, there is crates of cups right at the entrance were they clearly don't belong. The service was way too slow it took them forever to take my order. And forever to bring it to me. All the servers I have encountered with, were rude unprofessional, they walked by and never paid attention to any of the customers seated or at the takeout area, the greeter station was unattended for most of the time I was there. Went there with my son on "Boneless Night" (Thursday). We both had water, no appetizer, he ordered medium serving of boneless, I ordered small bone in wings. With the "special" boneless night pricing, his medium order was ONLY $14.59!!! Plus he got one side of ranch, they charged us .50 for that. My 12 tiny wings cost over $13!! I can't believe the prices at this place, absolutely unbelievable. It cost me $34 with the tip for TWO people, no appetizers and both had water! I will NEVER, EVER eat at a BW3 ever again. I have been to several BWW but this was one of the better visits, if not the best. For most of the people I know it is viewed as a place to go to in the evening; however, we went during lunch which was great. It wasn't crowded, therefore not loud, and there was something different on every t.v. I am not sure that it's all the time but during our visit there was half off kids meals and I thought the value of the lunch menu was great at nine boneless with fries only $9.99. Above all else our server was extremely patient with our group and did a great job stopping in periodically enough without being over bearing. I go to BW3's because my three boys like their chicken fingers and all of the TV's. We stopped in to watch the Blackhawks on Monday night and the place was a ghost town...but it was also a holiday so perhaps the combination of a Holiday on a Monday made everyone stay home... On this particular day the service was courteous and fast. Our waitress (I've had this waitress 3 or 4 times) rocked it out as always - turnaround time on drinks and food was fast - no issues with our food order and she checked up on us multiple times while we were eating. The food as always was A-Ok - certainly nothing to rave about and is the biggest reason for a 3 star rating. If you are looking for a decent spot to watch a sporting events and you are ok with decent food then check this place out. Prices are fair and they got fair amount of beer on tap. The service is spotty but we've lucked out with a great waitress the last few times...hopefully you will too. read more
