We came in with a whole baseball team with parents, so about 25 people. The server who had us, Olivia, was very attentive and not bothered by the party size at all. The food came out quickly, and was hot and tasty. The restroom was clean and the overall feel in there was one of the cleanest BWWs I have been to. At one point, another patron who had been drinking started to yell at my husband, and the situation escalated. Olivia was able to break up the interaction and remove the other patron without any additional drama. The manager then came out to apologize and then joined Olivia in taking care of us for the rest of the trip. Kudos to them for going above and beyond to fix an experience that had nothing to do with them. read more

Had a party of 13. Waited 45 min and when called for our table was told we were split between two joined tables and a booth. We asked to move the tables two feet to be closer to the booth and was denied due to COVID. We then asked the manager to do the same and he said we couldn't NOT DUE TO COVID but due to not having enough servers. We were fine with our current server and we did Not ask to move the "social distancing tables." Just wanted to move 2 feet closer to the booth to have our family dinner with the rest of our family who came out of town. We were then told if we didn't move the tables back the two feet that we could leave. We had already ordered drinks, an appetizer and alcohol. We paid for the soda and appetizer we consumed and left. The best BWW in the Mishawaka/SB. I always request Mama Dee as my server, she's very friendly and the best at making sure the customers are satisfied. I always get the Garlic Parmesan & Lemon Pepper traditional wings. Only downfall is they're usually understaffed towards the end of the week. We have gone in here a lot over the past two years and this past Sunday we spent over 60 dollars for nasty food! We ordered three of the pretzels and the ultimate nacho's, street taco's and medium wings. The pretzels were so over cooked they were hard as rocks, the ultimate nacho's weren't ultimate at all as the toppings were placed on the very top and we were left with mainly plain tortilla chips, and the chicken in the taco's were ice cold! We would have told our server, but she was pretty much non existent! I wrote to their complaint address and received an e-mail back saying "sorry!" That was it! Sorry! ‍‍‍ Sorry you spent close to 70 dollars, sucker! We won't ever be back! When a restaurant doesn't even care enough to make things right, then it's a waste of money and there are hundreds of other restaurants out there that would love our money and would love to serve us edible food! This place was a complete disaster. We came in for lunch on an Saturday during march madness. Only half of the Restaraunt was filled and the other half had empty seats. They said it was an hour wait because the other half of the restaurant wasn't opened because a server called off. I thought this was ridiculous to not seat us because of that. We came in on a Saturday afternoon with a youth hockey team and parents. Everyone was tired and hungry. Our server, Kami, was fantastic. There were 40+ of us and she was so nice and efficient. Yes it took longer to get our food but the service was the difference. Kami made sure we were well taken care of. She was well organized and only one order had a slight issue. One out of 40 plus people. Food was good, beer was cold and everyone left happy. I owe that to Kami as she was fantastic. We'll go back as long as she is taking care of us. read more
