I've been to this restaurant many times before, same location and never had a problem. Today I'm questioning whether or not I will ever go back. Manager who sat us was very nice, but the wait staff needs to be either trained more or let go. It started off alright, the girl was nice enough , but the young lady who brought our appetizer out tossed it on the table, no smile no friendliness, nothing. When I told the waitress how this girl had served or food, her answer was it was because she wasn't happy since it was so busy in back. I responded to her that it shouldn't matter, they are in customer service which is the most important thing. She done took our order and it took approximately 15 to 20 minutes for a few hot wings and a sandwich. It was busy comma but not packed and an experienced kitchen staff would have been able to handle it. A third person brought out our entrees, which made my opinion of the place decline even further. I waitress when I was younger and I not only took the orders but I deliver them to the table. My grandson's food was fine, but I had ordered a buffalo ranch crispy chicken sandwich. When I get it I find half of the sauce on the plate in a puddle. I guess whoever constructed this sandwich has a problem with centering. The sandwich was so unbelievably messy my hands were covered with sauce. We ate our entire meal, she came back twice and both times asked a question as I was shoving my sandwich in my mouth. We both had eaten enough and my grandson asked if we could go home now. It was another 15 minutes before she even passed the table. I had to make an effort to even catch her attention in order to ask for a to-go container and the check. I was not nasty but it was pretty apparent that I was not happy. She did not bother asking me if something was wrong. Another very important part of customer service. As I handed her $40 for a $34 check, she actually asked me if I wanted change. It was simply rude. You don't ask somebody if you can keep the change. If a person wants you to then they will tell you. I sure as hell was not going to give her that big of a tip the service that I received. Keep in mind that I have never in my life ever giving a bad tip. There was one time I had such a great meal that I actually tipped 100%. This time I was quite upset. It was difficult for me to bring myself to tip this girl $4, but she's lucky she got that because in my opinion she didn't deserve it. But I know how waitresses get paid and I wouldn't stiff anybody. My family has been going there for about two years now, the likelihood of me going back is very slim. This girl didn't know how to do her job or deal with people, the girl who brought out my appetizer was just downright rude and I saw a few waitresses who were a bit sloppy, hair falling in their face, clothes and disarray, ect. And quite simply the only one that was able to smile and be friendly was the manager. The wait staff looked miserable. Even as I left and look angry, the only thing said to me from the girl behind the counter was a mumbled have a nice day, not even a smile. She should have asked me why I look so angry. read more

This is the better of the 2 B3s in town. The bartenders are friendly,fast and courteous, and the place is fairly clean most of the time. They do get slammed now and again, so that is only normal, during big games.Food is decent, but no steaks, and no smoking. Went in on Monday for a quick bite after a long day. Our server was Shannon. She did her best but had so many tables that we waited a while before receiving even a greeting. Several servers walked past us and saw us sitting there. A blonde girl walked past us several times to clean up. I never saw a manager helping poor Shannon. Next time, Ill go to Wings, ETC down the road where the manager comes out and checks tables and offers refills etc when their servers are busy. It took me over an hour to get a drink and a pretzel. Too bad no stars isn't an option. When we arrived, I noticed the menu had changed, so I didn't know what I wanted to drink. I asked when the waitress finally came over, and she replied, "we still have a full bar, so what do you want?" I asked for a few more minutes. We came in to watch the football game, but the jukebox was on so we asked if they could turn up the game soon. Our waitress responded with, " once the credits on the jukebox are done, I'll ask." We waited another quarter of the game and asked again, she said, " this is the last song credit, then we'll see about it" Once again we waited, 3 more songs, then saw some more people putting money on the jukebox. So we asked again, she said, "well they put money in, so we'll have to ask if they're ok with it." I said, "I paid money to be here too. This is advertised as a sports bar." Finally midway through the second half of game, they turned the jukebox off, but didn't turn the tv up, defeating the purpose. The disappointment didn't end there! I ordered a chicken sandwich which was supposed to have coleslaw, so a couple pieces of cabbage constitutes coleslaw? Fries were cold and only scraps!!! We called before coming and was told restaurant would be open until end of game. At 11 pm, 8 minutes left in game, TVS were turned off!!! Wow! Love this location! Servers are always quick and polite. And the food is amazing. The crispy grilled chicken wrap in your favorite Buffalo wold wings spot makes a great lunch! And the specials on wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays are amazing! A great place to watch the game...any game :)! read more

Went to this restaurant after having a really bad experience in another BWW in Orlando. Although this experience was much better than the last, I have to say it still wasn't the best. Starting with the good. The wait staff was attentive and timely. The food came out in a respectable time. Now the bad stuff. The food was average at best and is priced higher than average. We had a sampler appetizer, a cheeseburger, chicken strips and a side salad. Nothing out of all that different food was outstanding. When we arrived the place was rocking out. The music was so loud that a conversation was out of the question. The music did seem to go down in volume after a while. Used the restroom. It was a mess. This could be understood if it was after dinner hour and it had been real busy but we had arrived before the rush (5:30 pm). Definitely not a future destination for me. read more

One of my favorite places to get wings in town. They are cooked right and the varietys of sauces will appeal to everyone. There are plenty of other options on the menu to please everybody in the family. Nice atmosphere around the place with very nice servers that actually wait on you. There is a plus also. They are not open till 1am, they are open till midnight, furthermore if you show up at 11:31, they will not serve you claiming that they close the kitchen at 11:30. Go to hooters instead, the wings are bigger and they actually close at midnight, so if you call an order at 11:50, they will make it for you without any problem! read more

My husband and I go here about once a week generally its amazing! But this time we had the worst service now I have been a server for 14 years so I take great care of my servers when they take good care of me. Everyone forgets stuff but she forgot my drink twice. I had to ask for a refill when i had it sitting on the edge of the table she never did a check back to see if our chilli was hot or if our food was good. Soup was good and hot! But she messed up my order Another waitress fixed it for me. This location has went downhill considerably over the years. We were seated and told our server would be with us shortly. Many servers walked by and we were never acknowledged. Now, I understand that servers have sections but we sat for 15 minutes without as much as glasses of water on our table. I was excited to try the wings/chicken tenders at Buffalo Wild Wings since wings are there specialty. When I walked in I was impressed by the layout of the restaurant, the space, it's very modern, well kept and how it's ideal for sports fans due to all of the T.Vs they have in the bar and dinning area. I also love the choices of sauces they have for their wings/chicken tenders, ranging from traditional buffalo types sauces to other sauces. So My companion and I ordered traditional style buffalo wings and some chicken tenders with two sides, one was fries, and another was wedges. When I tasted my buffalo wings and tried the tenders I was disappointed. First off the wings were a little over cooked and kinda hard as if they were either dried out or over fried, and then glazed with buffalo sauce. Then their chicken tenders were even worse than their wings..... the chicken tenders they used were PROCESSED and OVER BREADED!!!!!!! And the breading was hard!!!!! Not juicy hand battered chicken tenders as I expected, and like tenders should be. Hence the word Tender!!! Buffalo Wild Wings probably went to the grocery store in the frozen section and bought some cheap frozen, pre-breaded chicken then slathered it with sauce and served it. Hmmm... not ideal for quality or taste. But the weird thing was their sauces are really good, and their sides were great. It's just weird to eat poor quality , and overcooked chicken with great sauce. It was a weird combination. I'm undecided if I'll give Buffalo Wild Wings another chance since their speciality is wings and everything I ate including their sauce was good EXCEPT for their chicken wings and tenders. Very poor customer service. Management is not all on the same page and when my order was wrong I was offered a credit. I was told to mention it and the managers name and it would be honored the next time I ate there. Well when I did that I was told that there was not record of it and since the promising manager was not in I would have to come back to following day to talk to him. It was $5, you would think that any manager could make a call on the $5 credit to keep a customer happy. Apparently Randy has no authority and Phil doesn't keep good records. While driving through the snow in the Midwest winter attempting for find a certain board game (Say Anything, great game) for the Xmas party, I came across this American classic. We had already been to 4 stores looking for this game, and the tummies started rumbling. We sat down and a cheerful young server came by our table asking for drinks. Yes, please long island ice tea. The first one went down quickly, so I ordered a second! Started off with some fried pickles. They were just ok, but I liked the sauce that came with them. Obviously at a place like this, you are here for the wings. I like my food really hot, and my gf likes it pretty hot. She wanted the mango habanero pepper sauce (3rd hottest). I wanted something a bit hotter, but I was cool with it. I asked the server of the wild (second hottest) and blazin (hottest) which one I should select. She said she liked the wild better because you can still taste the chicken but it is a nice heat. I went with it, so we had a split of the 2. I of coursed asked for extra blue cheese and ranch. They came out smoking hot. The wild was a nice choice. Good fire taste. I could have gone hotter, but they were fine. I thought the mango one was ok as well. Would have liked hotter, but taste was good. I was most impressed here with the service. There was a large table with a bunch of kids at a table near us. One of them dropped their sauce and it spilled on the floor. Sometimes the staff gets a little attitude about things like this. The server quickly went over, cleaned it up, and made sure mm was good managing the children. Overall, a nice experience. read more

The food is usually fine. I have had better luck with Wings Etc and I think their food is better. Our waitress really tried, but ultimately fell short. She was slow with refills. Our order came out wrong. No biggie, stuff happens. She made a big deal about how it was the kitchen's fault, not her fault. I wasn't upset in the first place. She proceeded to make a big deal about the food hitting the table, so she was going to leave it. She just wants to know what is missing. So we tell her what we are missing. She then picks up the only thing that came out for me and returns to the kitchen. The others at the table kept their messed up orders. I then was able to sit for a while while my food was cooked. So, you could say I was pretty excited. Apparently they found my food as it had clearly been in the heat lamps for a while - at least she took the warm mild wings back. Then to top it off, my e gift card wouldn't load so I have a $50 credit that I still have to spend there. (This wasn't their fault, but an unfortunate end to a less than satisfying meal. read more

There is a group of us "older" friends that hang out and travel together. We call our selves The Tacky Tourist Gang. For lunch on Memorial Day we decided to meet at the Grape Rd location because it has safe parking for our "55 Chevy. Upon the first 4 of us arriving, a very pleasant young lady, Mollie S, came out to take our drink orders. It was 96 deg outside and we were desperate for Iced tea. We were told that the machine wasn't working so we ordered Ice-water just to be told that there was no water in the restaurant. FIRST OF ALL, WOULD A CONCERNED MANAGER GO OUT OR SEND SOMEONE OUT TO PURCHASE BOTTLED WATER IN THIS TYPE OF EMERGENCY?! We could tell that Mollie was embarrased to have to tell us this. I'ts blistering outside and this place has no water or ice-tea to offer patrons. Unfortunately, the 3rd couple hadn't arrived or we would have left immediately. We were parched and our only choices were pop which is a diaretic and/or alcoholic beverages. Instead of being able to spend $2.50 for a refillable glass of tea, we ended up having 2 frozen margaritas each at $650 each. We just wanted something COLD. To make matters worse, the restrooms were out of order. The third couple arrived to hear the bad news also. We asked Mollie if the mngr. would consider giving us a small break for all the inconveniences if we stayed or we could go somewhere else. She said she'd talk to him. To make a long story short, NOTHING was done to accomodate the inconveniences. We even asked to talk to the manager and he wouldn't come out. Mollie was a sweetheart. We are a pretty easy bunch to get along with, but under these circumstanses we would have thought, at least, an appology from the manager would have been in order. This used to be our favorite place to meet up, but never again. We spent probably spent about $150.00 for 6 lunches. Sad, very sad. read more
