My friends love this place for their choice of flavors. I was craving wings and convinced my friend to go with me. We were told to either self seat ourselves or wait. To us it was a no brainer to self seat. Went over. And noticed that there weren't enough servers to get to these tables. We were waiting for 10 mins didn't really notice any servers around the area. Two tables self served after us. And I will not blame the servers for going to them first even though by then it was 20 mins that we were seated. We were also seated in the high tables! I know this are challenging times, and business continue to figure out how to approach everything with COVID19, but we arrived aroid 6:30pm nobody was waiting to get served and we still had to wait 10 min for the host to show up and help us get seated. My fiancé and I order 20 wings (teriyaki, spicy garlic, honey bbq, garlic Parmesan), fries and onion rings, a soft drink and a glass of wine! I think we should had order only 15- as we didn't get to finish all of them . As for the sauces the spicy garlic sauce tasted more like Buffalo sauce so that's a no for us, the garlic Parmesan was too salty- so that's also a no, I didn't find an issue with the teriyaki sauce but my daughter felt it tasted more like bbq sauce- so the 3 of us agree the best one was the honey bbq. My husband has certain food he can not eat, so he had to go to BJ's to order take out. When we got our orders a handful were wrong. It was so bad... They never figured out how to heat it up. They brought the second one and dropped it off and the center was even colder than the first one. -- ordered a thirty piece boneless wing, came out barely warm. Some hard a brick. Feeling conflicted on my current visit to this establishment. One great thing is the UFC fight was being televised. However the rest of experience is terrible. We were a party of four. We ordered and the food brought to our table was incorrect. The waitress scolded us and told us we didn't speak loud enough when ordering and that is why she repeats the orders. I reiterated to her what we ordered and she left upset. She came back and stated that she found the correct order and took the food from our table and said it belonged to people next to us. There was already plenty of space for the server but they just decided that was the best way to put it and that I can look past because I was already tired and just wanted to eat. My husband doesn't even want to say anything because of the way we were treated. We got there half way to eleven, got served LAST before others. The televisions were turned off as we got our entree. Asked for boxes to go because we didn't want to stay longer, the woman walked past us and didn't say okay or anything so we thought she didn't hear and we would have waited till she came around again to ask for them, what we asked for was two boxes and a sauce lid, we had a bit left so we would need the bigger to go boxes not the small ones we got, and we got no lid for the sauce. Everything this evening was completely cold to us, and it was like everyone else was served, taken care of and checked on except for us. It's hard to say but we feel like this is because we were Asian. Everyone else was taken care of and if asked something was given warm answers, but us? We were ignored, not looked at when asked for something, and forgotten about in a room of maybe four tables. I am not one to leave reviews, it sometimes feels like I'm taking too much time out of my day to complain. I hope this review (along with all of the other 1 star reviews) find upper management or corporate well. This place needs serious help. The food and beer selection makes this place a fun place to go for a date night but if you choose to go on a night football is on, good luck. I understand places can get busy but that is where management comes in and can anticipate a rush when the game is on. It was so bad we had no idea who our server was. The hostess's had to run food, wipe tables and even cash guests out. Trust me we heard how miserable it was from a host themselves. An hour dinner turns into a 2/12 hour dinner due to the lack of employees on shift. Our 8 year old loved his cheeseburger and the 6 year old and 4 year old loved their Mac&cheese, and so did my wife and I. The french fries were close to the best I've ever had, hot and crispy. My wife had vinegar & salt chicken wings and she said they were tender and tasty, but I had barbequed chicken wings and they were tasty but very tough to chew. Except for my chicken wings the meal was very good. We sat in a booth outside of the bar, and the music was practically rock concert loud so we asked that it be turned down, and our waitress seemed really annoyed by the loudness too and she went and turned it way down. Two stars is an over statement. Came here after my daughters soccer game. She ordered a double cheeseburger they brought out a single veggie burger. Over an hour passes with no acknowledgment of the wait and they finally try to give us her order. Mind you our party of 10 was already done eating.
