I came here for their Veteran's Day special in the evening. I sat at the bar and ordered wings with fries and a beer. The bartender was friendly and timely with checking in to see how everything was. The food came out timely and tasted good. The people around me at the bar were friendly as well. We enjoyed light conversation here and there. I'm not sure why so many have had such a poor experience. I have no complaints on my experience. There are a ton of TVs here to watch games. I mean a TON. If there is a sports game on and you can't view it here I don't think it's televised. That's how many TVs they have. read more

Gross. Came here because we were in the area, and I wanted to check on my fantasy team and didn't have time to drive home. The name is Buffalo Wild WINGS, so I went with the wings, although I got the boneless ones. The Misses got the tacos, and the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. When the food came out, it looked NASTY; like microwaved Stouffers food. We almost didn't even want to eat it. Oddly enough, the worst looking dish (the mac and cheese) was the best tasting, but with the state of the offerings, it was more like it was the dish that turned our stomach the least. After eating a few bites, I was actually mad at myself for even wasting the calories. The only thing that keeps BWW from the dreaded 1-star is that 1) our waitress was SUPER sweet and accommodating, and 2) there are tv's EVERYWHERE. If you came to see a game, you will see a game. I don't think theres a single seat or angle where you aren't looking at a tv. I guess if you're going to the BAR to watch a game or 11, you'll be fine. My cousin and I went here for some wings. They were just average- nothing special. It wasn't the wings that surprised me, though. When we walked in (to an extremely empty restaurant), the hostess said rudely "WAIT A MINUTE." Then walks to the back for 5 minutes. Why this happened- I'll never know. Upon her return, she goes "I just got here." Umm, okay. No Hello, how are you, nothing. No greeting. Then she grabbed menus, and started looking around for tables to sit us at. Me and my husband always use online ordering since we both work late. When we have the usual guy (kaleb) who is there when we go along with 2 other girls (not sure of their names) we have absolutely no problems. Anytime someone else is there it's the worst experience. From not getting the correct order/ missing part of our order to paying almost a dollar per dressing cup and it not even being a quarter of the way full it's pretty annoying. If it weren't for kaleb and the other two girls if it were our first time there and we got the other "fill ins" we would've avoid this location all together and we'd drive a little farther and go to the sicklerville location. When you're paying for something you expect it to be there and when I'm paying 60 cents per cup of dressing when I can go buy a full bottle for $2 they need to be more cautious of what they're serving. read more

I was in this past Saturday for the first time in years with a small group for a birthday dinner. Despite being a party of seven we were greeted and seated rather quickly. Unfortunately that was the last instance that this location would excel. Service... Our server seemed overwhelmed by his section or he was really forgetful. He took our first drink and food orders really quickly but unfortunately it didn't all come out correct. Certain condiments and sides were forgotten yet we were charged for them. He never came back to see if all was well, we had to get up and ask another server for silverware and more drinks. Food.. The food was average. The general consensus was that it was "ok", nothing really stood out. We ordered apps, a couple entrees and a lot of boneless wings and the best I could say was meh. We all left some food behind. I'm a big fan of wings (who isn't?), and it's surprisingly hard to find consistently decent ones. I've had some good experiences at other national wing chain type places, so we decided to give BWW a try while passing by one afternoon. I had thought this was like a "Wing Stop" type of place where you order at the counter, and wasn't expecting the over the top sports bar experience complete with staff wearing jersey uniforms, 750 different TVs, etc. I'm not a fan of these places, but hoped the wings would be good at least. I tried to order "Hot" wings, and the waitress went out of her way to suggest that I order "Medium" and get the hot sauce on the side, because "our hot is REALLY HOT!" I don't know why I listened, and regretted it as soon as I saw the wings, which were basically neon orange and lacking any heat. The supposed hot sauce on the side was anything but, and definitely weaker than "Hot" anywhere else. Worse, they were lacking crispy skin and were terribly bland. If you're specializing in wings, you need to deliver, and this was like an afterthought type of wing you'd get off a diner's side order menu or something. Scratch that, they were actually worse than that. Never again. read more

So, I've been there twice, so I feel like I can form an educated review based on 2 experiences, both being equally as bad. I used to frequent BWW in both CA and FL when I lived there, and loved it. So I was very excited to find out that there was one close to home again for me, in South Jersey. The first time I went was a Friday night. There was a 30 minute wait for tables, not a big deal - I expected a wait because the Flyers game was on, as well as the World Series. I'm fine with a 30 minute wait. The second time I went was a Sunday right before the Eagles game was starting. We were told they had no idea what the wait time would be for a table because it was Game Day. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes, despite a lot of empty tables and a ton of people waiting. The first time...Once seated, it took literally 20 minutes to even get our order taken. Then after the orders were in, it took 30 minutes just to get our appetizers, and another 30 to get our actual food. We had asked to sample some BBQ sauces, and the Captain didn't come over for 15 minutes after we had asked. The second time... we ordered appetizers only to start with and they took 45 minutes to come. My friend ordered wings about an hour into our arrival, and they LITERALLY took more than an hour to come out to her. Despite the fact that this place is KNOWN for wings, and should pretty much just have them ready to go and toss with whatever sauce you want. It was insanely ridiculous how long the wait was. They're very busy and crowded, and they seem to be overstaffed based on the number of employees running around in their jerseys, but their service is the slowest I've ever experienced anywhere, despite being seemingly overstaffed. It makes no sense. If you're lucky enough to snag a spot at the bar, that's the only way I'd recommend going here, because you're at least guaranteed service by being able to get your bartender's attention. It's really unfortunate because I love this place everywhere else I've been to one, but this location hopefully will get better after it works out it's "Just Opened" kinks. Till that happens, though, I'll go somewhere else where parking isn't a nightmare and I'm not waiting an hour just for appetizers. read more

I hate to write a review about a chain that has so many great locations. We had awesome experiences in DE, NC and PA but this Moorestown, NJ BWWs is awful. We've tried 4 times now thinking the next time will be better. Today was the icing on the cake and we will NOT return. First we arrive and we are told 20-25 minutes. To our surprise our buzzard rings earlier. We approach the hostess stand and they told us one second. We watched as they sat 5 different parties. They were about to sit a table of 5 but they could not put a chair on the end. The hostess tells the other hostess to call a party of 3. I said, after waiting 10 minutes after they called us up, why not sit us since you called us up here and have us waiting. I guess a light bulb went off and they sat our party of 4 at a table set for 4 people. Then to the food. Not sure what the rush was but our server was at the table taking drink orders before we could sit down. The food was okay. My kids would have liked ketchup with their fries but we asked for it and she never came back. Oh and I guess we had to use our shirts to wipe our hands because we had no napkins or hand wipes. Also, don't come to watch a game when it's raining. TVs kept going out!! No worries, we won't be back. Good luck everyone. read more

The only two good things about our dinner visit, was the food was good and our waitress Amber was phenomenal. Other than that it was terrible! The host staff looked miserable, they didn't speak loud enough. They than seated us as a table by the bar that was surrounded by kids. So we asked to move and they looked mad. Listen there is absolutely no reason those children should be the bar besides the legal aspect. The entire time the host staff goofed off. Listen I am all about having a good time at your job but act professional. Even the "captain," quotations are needed, looked miserable and goofed around with another employee who was singing. I mean seriously this is so ridiculous it is stupid. I came to enjoy a nice dinner. This place has no professionalism. The managers obviously don't know how to manage their people. The service at this location is so poor. I've been to other BWWs when traveling and had pretty good experiences. This place just doesn't seem to have its act together. On the last visit, the restaurant was about 1/3 full and the only 1/2 the bar was taken. Even at that it took over 20 minutes on two occasions to get a drink after ordering. During that whole time the waitress never acknowledged we were there and couldn't be seen anywhere on the floor. The food was good but service was slow with that too. There is a lack of variety of sports on tv. It's bad when you have to ask to turn one of the tvs to show the Flyers because everything is tuned to other out of market games. read more

I hate writing a poor review about a chain I loved while I was in college. However the general consensus between me and my friends is this spot isn't worth going to. As much as I love the taste of the wings the poor service here has taken a toll on us. My buddy, my girlfriend and I went here last Friday night and spent over two hours having only seeing our server 5 times and waiting 15min after being seated till she finally came to great us and take our drink order. Three beers and 2 waters took around 15 min to get to our table. My girlfriend asked if she could sample the new sauce before we ordered to see if she'd like it but after waiting 15min for it we gave up and just ordered our food. I got boneless wing with my buddy and my girlfriend got traditional. The food took about 40min to arrive and we could tell it had been sitting there since they were warm but not hot. Now you could be thinking maybe it was busy however there was no wait when we got there at 7:40 and not every table was in use. We contemplated excuses they could have but nothing really made sense. The server only came by once and didn't ask how our meal was but just to take my girlfriends plate and so I ordered another beer. Waited another 10min for my beer and when it came we asked for our checks. We paid and left decent tips, however we did wish we would have gotten an apology for how long the food took and the drinks. Then finally as my friend approach the 4 hosts standing at the podium to address the issue they bused it. My husband and I have been fans of BWW for quite a few years now. We used to order for the restaurant in Sicklerville, NJ. The food was always great there, and we were wondering when they would open one closer to the Cherry Hill area. We were really excited to find out they opened one in Moorestown! We like the option of ordering to-go because we can pick it up and take it home after a long work day. When I heard they were putting a BWW where a Friendly's restaurant used to be, I wondered how they were going to fit a fairly large sports bar into this somewhat small location. The parking gets crowded extremely quickly, which is another reason we like to convenience of pulling into a pick up spot, and leaving. When we went in to pick up our order, the pickup area is very small, and it gets really cramped if it is a busy time. It isn't in the most convenient location for the employees either. They have to run the food across the restaurant to the pick up location. I feel like it would make it much easier for them to have the pick up area right next to the kitchen. The overall look of the space is the same as the other BWWs I have been too, but it looks much smaller inside. I liked the convenience of the online ordering, but it wasn't an option for the Moorestown location. My husband and I ordered boneless wings to-go when the store first opened, and it was really good. The next time we ordered, my husband ordered boneless wings and I ordered a salad. We started eating, and we both got insane amounts of gristle in the chicken. I threw out the salad because I couldn't tell if I was chewing on a carrot or chicken. It was gross... I took the survey they asked us to complete online, and it asked if we would like someone to contact us either regard to our visit. I selected yes. This was over 2 months ago, and I still haven't heard from them. Oh well. We gave it one more try, and I ordered a burger, which was better. I just feel like I shouldn't have to go to a WINGS place and order a burger in order to be happy. We haven't really gone back since, I guess it kind of lost it's luster. read more

I unfortunately was not in possession of a menu so my many questions may have been slightly off putting for her. Both myself and my wife where previous servers at restaurants, and i have never left a tip smaller than 20% in my entire life... until I went to Buffalo Wild Wings this past Friday night. The service was absolutely horrible there were no redeeming factors. The food was decent but it could have no way makeup for the overall experience at the restaurant. I have told all of my friends that they should skip going to Buffalo Wild Wings in favor of any other sports bar in the local area. I honestly feel as though I would rather eat at McDonalds then to go back and give Buffalo Wild Wings any additional business. I thought to myself that perhaps I had gone on a bad night. however after discussing the matter with several friends I have heard similar stories from all of them. At least the Morristown location is a complete skip. UPDATE: After reading my review I was contacted by the general manager of Buffalo Wild Wings. He seemed to be genuinely concerned about our poor dining experience. He has convinced me to give Buffalo Wild Wings another try. I will update this review after another visit. It is buffalo wild wings so if you do not know of this franchise essentially is sports, beer and wings. Walking in and got seated right away and first thing I noticed was that they had tons of deals going on. Just for Thursday they had 75c boneless wings which is a sold deal . Also it was happy hour when I showed up so 1$ Tall drafts cannot beat that deal. Service is fantastic , honestly probably one of the better restaurants where I have been to, where the staff is on top of you but not overall obtrusive . Then I got to the food. I only ordered the medium size of boneless wings, which I believe was 18 wings. They were not as good as their standard wings and they were also not fully coated with the sauce. So for sauces they have a bunch to pick from so I got spicy thai, carribean jerk and mango habanero. I liked the spicy thai the least and mango habanero the best, even though it was crazy spicy haha. On experience I thought it was fine, I mean 1$ beers and cheap wings I'm okay with that. Though I would stick with the normal wings and I would recommend trying out as many sauces as you want because they have so many. I would also recommend coming here to watch any sports game as they have tons of TV's and they are all showing different stuff so best bet if you want to watch a particular sport somewhere. read more

Love this BWW. I visited on a Sunday for lunch with my autistic nephew. He was a little freaked out by all of the tvs and stopped dead center of the restaurant and would not let go of me or move to our seats. The employees took notice (I think maybe the manager as well) and had the tvs turned down, gave him a tablet of games, and let us take our time getting to our table (even offered to let us sit where ever he was comfortable). So very patient and accommodating and it was much appreciated! For some reason, the service at the bar can get very slow even when the bar isn't busy. This was me and my boyfriends first time eating at this BWW, we just went to order their wings thinking that's what their known for. We got seated right away and the waitress was nice. They had a bunch of big screen TVs playing sports it was type loud but that's how it's supposed to be knowing it's a bar restaurant. The only complaint I'd have is the waitress forgot my celery with my honey bbq wings.
