Definitely a no go, no more spot for me. Standard corporate ambiance. Quick and friendly service, even though they were probably understaffed. Bathroom not as sanitary as could be, but it was a weekend almost at closing. The wings section was tiny, not many choices. Boneless wings are not wings, 30 sauce flavors doesn't equal many choices or options for the wings. Sauce Flavors were horrible I tried 5 different ones. Two orders, two wrong orders. First order to pick up I got home and saw they gave me hamburgers not the wings I ordered. Figured sh.t happens. Now I ordered 20 wings and wedge potatoes, got home and only 15 wings. Maybe should be grateful because the wings were cold and overcooked. I live 10 minutes away, not far enough to get cold. Wedge potatoes were limp and cold as well. I ordered on the app and my order came out after I got there so it was not getting cold waiting for my pickup. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight for dinner. Haven't been here for a while. Probably like 2 years or so. Service was terrible. Started out okay, waitress came right over after we were seated. Place was pretty empty for a Tuesday with bogo, at 6pm. Like three other groups. Brought our drinks but then never came back. Had to ask another worker to get her to order. Food came out very fast. Was not very tasty. Wings were very tiny and overcooked. Onion rings and mozzarella sticks also overcooked and extremely greasy. You squeeze it and oil drips out. Terrible. Waitress didn't come back once. Told her the food was terrible. She came back with our check and said she told the manager but he wouldn't take anything off the bill. Green green paste all over my bathroom sink, floor and shower. Tears pouring down my face and my sister's (who I share an apartment with) face because of the SOUND of what was happening. The worst night of my life. What does that have to do with Buffalo Wild Wings, you ask? It has EVERYTHING to do with their rotten food they served me. I threw up and had diarrhea over every single inch of tile in my bathroom; I have never been more poisoned from food than I did in the night after having the wings I ate that night last week. Came in to watch a UFC fight, and 7 hours later at 4:30AM I was having my own cage match with my tired rear end (from liquid waste) and sore throat (from endless dry heaving). I cannot stress enough to you all how anti-Christian my sickness was. It was food poisoning from the Devil. I heard voices and saw stars for 8 straight hours without rest. Earlier in the day before BWW I had to go to urgent care for swallowing a peach-sized chunk of my powder deodorant, and I can unfortunately confirm the food poisoning I got was the worst part of my day. I tried to wash the deodorant out by swallowing some handsoap (foam) and even THAT tasted better than the wings I had just a few hours later. Very unacceptable that I felt that sick JUST because of an order of 12 Honey BBQ wings, how the heck can you cook something THAT messed up? Despite my awful experience with the food, service was great. My waitress was so kind she gave me a free ginger ale because I kept complaining about how badly my stomach hurt. I wish I had the guts to give her my number, but my sister claimed she was "out of my league". She's probably right. I seriously don't think I can handle anyone who wears that much makeup. It's BWW. You know what to expect when you come in. The vibe is a typical sports bar with a noisy but comfortable atmosphere. The Wings are usually consistent here and the sauces are better than most chain wing restaurants. Never had a problem with table service however the take out side can be a hassle. This is where they have the issues as they always run slower so expect a wait even if you arrive at the time the app says. Nothing earthshaking here but a solid 3 star fast casual spot. read more

This is a problem with all BWW's. They all fail to disclose alcohol pricing, especially beer prices, in their menus or other postings and this is not transparent for customer decisions! Why are they being deceptive about prices? To get you to unknowingly spend more money of course! The fact that menus have no drink or beer prices is ridiculous! You need to wait until the check comes to figure out how much a beer costs unless you ask the bartender how much does each beer cost. If you are at a table, you need to ask your server who has to go look it up in the computer. If you are selecting from 25 draft beers plus bottled beers, it's impractical to ask the bartender to look up the price of each beer. Who goes to a store and buys an item without knowing the price until you checkout at the register? This is a deceptive practice by BWW and should be addressed by upper management in the spirit of transparent customer information so that an informed purchase decision can be made!!! I like coming here cause there is always a special to try. They have days where kids eat free or two for the price of one meals. The hostess was polite and nice. Literally sat there for 5-8 minutes before the bartender came to get our order. There were two client at the bar and they were together. The bartender preferred to talk to them first and go clean a table behind them and THEN come to get our drink/order. I'm curious which client do you want to service first? I guy nursing a beer at the bar? A table that is almost done eating or a new client ? You'd think it be the new client.... But no! not for the bartender. As we sat idly looking directly at her she made no contact. Just kept yapping away with the couple nursing THE BEER. Maybe it's Sunday. Maybe it's slow. I love wings and BWW use to be my go to wing place. Even attended the soft opening in Watchung. Marlboro BWW is HORRIBLE and not because they are short staffed. There were plenty of people working. I ordered 10 boneless extra wet asian zing, slaw and tots with cheese. My daughter got a salad. 45 minutes later I have lite sauce no tots. Wings were warm not hot. I asked for extra Sauce. 15 minutes later food gone, waiter asks did you get your extra zing? NO. He says sorry they made your tots french fries you still want them? Um no. But can a get a refill on my coke. Finish my food no soda. He cleans the table and I ask can I get that soda refill? He laughs. Meanwhile that guy at the table behind us has been yelling because they turned off the soccer game. For 20 minutes him and the woman trying to fix it are yelling across the room. She then turns soccer on all but 3 TV. Soccer on 15 TV and they don't put any of them back. What the heck happens to this place? Food down the hill. Service terrible. When your have three tables it's isn't difficult to refill drinks and make sure you table had the food they ordered!!! I went from eating here 4-5 times per month to once a month and now I won't come back. This was a reminder why I stopped coming. Came here after a shift at the hospital with some friends for some wings and a couple of drinks. They have BOGO on thursdays for boneless wings and tuesdays for bone-in. Our waitress is super amazing and attentive. Very nice and friendly. Drinks were good to my standards. I got a Moscow mule and was one of the best ones I've had in a long time. On walk in the lobby was pretty empty and the staff were pretty much just chilling. Of course the walls are filled with tvs playing sports and above the bar are Even projectors. The waiter came up pretty quick and we ordered the nachos (in picture). The nachos came out quick and had sour cream, queso, jalapeños, chilis, cilantro, pico de gallo, cotija, and chicken. There was a fair amount of toppings but a lot of sour cream and everything else was piled in the center. The queso was on the bottom which I'm not sure if it was intentional but made it so that the chips on the bottom layer weren't dry. This came out to be $10 which is high for what it is. I ordered 10 traditions wings (in picture) with half buffalo and half cilantro lime (seasonal flavor). The buffalo wings were too salty and didn't have a great flavor but the cilantro lime is definitely one of the better flavors to get. This came out to be about $15 which is expensive for just 10. BWW is very inconsistent but these the wings at this location has better quality chicken and more chicken on the bone. After we ate it took about a half hour to get the check, which again was weird since there was only 2 other tables being served in the whole store. We were freezing since the acs were blasting. While ordering we had requested for carrots and celery, assuming it was free since there's a little box on the menu. I was charged for it but never received it, however they did fix it. I was surprised they they would even charge for it since it used to come with it and is generally standard at most places. Overall the prices keep going up but from location to location the food quality and preparation completely varies. There's a lot that could be improved but I feel like the company is getting more greedy. read more

Usually, medium sized traditional wings with maybe an appetizer and beers would come out to be $30-40 but on days where they're full priced, it bill is doubled which seems a bit steep. Environment: Always busy and the bustling with people. The televisions are always on and the crowd never seems to die down. Sometimes it makes it hard to hear people you're sitting with because the noise level is pretty up there. Service: I've eaten here a couple times and the service has always either been ok or on the slower side.
