Wow! We have three kids under 4, and the service here is exceptional. Not one person batted and eye. From the front of the house to our amazing server Joesph, it made our experience exceptional. Joseph knelt down at eye level, spoke to us like there was no one else in the restaurant. We knew what the kids wanted but the adults didn't look at the menu and he didn't care. I thought he was going to be right back but instead he waited for our entire table to be done ordering. He was quick, personable, and patient. The food was decent. We ordered the kids cheeseburger, cheeseburger with bacon, Mac and cheese, and their boneless wings. Everything was delicious. No complaints. Been here countless times and only ever had one staff me ever give poor service, they're pretty good with service. Wait times are long during sports games, as with any other sports bar type place. First - I'm not one to usually leave reviews let alone bad ones. However I don't think I have ever received such awful customer service as I have at this location. It's playoffs so understandably it's going to be busy. The host who I believe she said it was only her 6th day was doing a great job trying to keep customers informed on waiting times with what little information she had. They told us we had a wait of 15 min which is okay, like I said we understand a place like this is going to get busy when sports are on as we are fans too. She informed us that they were not allowed to seat anybody anywhere, not even in the bar area because the kitchen was backed up. During our wait we asked if we could get a drink while we were waiting which we were told no, during our wait with a lobby full of people a couple walked in and went straight the bar and was not told anything , therefore they were seated and placing orders while we were still waiting. After waiting for about 25 min the host let us know she was finally able to start seating people as soon as she was done clearing some tables. As she's clearing the tables another couple walks in and asked the girl working the to go register if he can sit in the bar which she responded "oh ya you can sit there now" knowingly we had been waiting for well over 20/25 min at this point. So I asked her if we can go sit at the bar as well now, she said "sure". We get to the bar and there were two guys working the bar. Both very busy with lots of drinks so we waited patiently, finally about 5-10 min later the bartender asked what we wanted to drink and got those two us pretty quick. He let us know the other bartender would take our order. After another 10-15 min of waiting the other server comes over and asks "are you guys ready to order" and I looked at my fiance to confirm the appetizer he wanted order to which the server just walked away - no response, just straight up walked away. We thought maybe we heard him wrong so we were just a little confused but let it go. He then comes back with and attitude and says "so are you guys ready now?" My fiance ordered two appetizers with a "Please and thank you" and AGAIN this server said absolutely nothing and just walked away. We thought we were going crazy because his behavior was so odd ! He never put in our order and we sat there for another 5 minutes until he was shaking a drink in the shaker and some squirted out onto my fiance! That's when we had enough and got up and left. We spent an hour here and didn't even get a chance to drink our drinks or even eat let alone order any food. I have worked customer service before so I completely understand when an establishment is busy and always try to give the benefit of the doubt since it's out of their control! But when the workers are just straight up rude is not acceptable when that is completely in their control! The bartenders name I I believe is clay, longer hair with bun and the to go waitress - didn't catch her name but had darker hair, heavier set and longer lashes. I was really worried about this place when I looked it up on Yelp after agreeing to meet a friend here last night. We came in, hardly anyone there. Maybe three tables with people. Waiter took our drink order but after delivering them didn't come back for awhile, when he did he gave us the water we had also asked for when we gave our drink order. Then he said he'd be back to get our order even though we were already there for ten minutes. Then another ten minutes later a girl shows up and says our waiter is off and she is taking over for him. She was taking our order. Great. I mentioned something about being cautious about ordering based on the reviews I saw on Yelp; she seemed to be familiar with it. I went with the cheeseburger since another review said it was great, and it was. Best burger at that price I may have ever had. Love the seasoning on it too. Although, even though she said it comes with ketchup and mustard there was no ketchup or mustard on it, and I had to get ketchup from another table. Fries were perfect not overcooked like some reviews said (but I did mention this issue when I ordered). Food didn't take long once we ordered. Girl was nice and she took care of us, but the vibe was definitely that we are just a number. How we could be waiting so long with so few people there is beyond me. First, I'd like to start with the app which is not user friendly. It was a Tuesday, I ordered BOGO wings however, the ending order doesn't specify that it automatically does the BOGO therefore, I put in another order and noticed I was charges double. This was on the phone app, so I went to the restaurant, explained the situation and they were refusing to give me a refund instead they wanted to give me 20 wings which was acceptable. I then spoke with the manager who refused to give her name, she only gave a business card for Pam Yuri who stated she had to do an interview and then she would come out and speak with me which was absurd. The manager said she had to get approval from the store manager for the refund which again was absurd. (I worked at chilis for 6 years and my manager was able to approve refunds.) They're argument was that they had already made the wings that's why they didn't want to give a refund. I would have spent $63 just for the BOGO in addition to the rest of my order $20. Every visit has been the same--poorly managed, with staff struggling to keep up, especially with larger parties. On our most recent visit, the server couldn't handle a table of eight, got our order wrong, and didn't even offer a single refill of water. To top it off, they disappeared to the back and were nowhere to be seen for about an hour, and had to ask another waitress to grab ours. It's frustrating when even the basics aren't taken care of. I do have empathy for the busy workers and conditions due to Covid and understaffing, but at what point do you accept that you are undermanned and either hire more workers or keep the establishment closed until it is able to function on at least a DECENT level. Even calling to get an explanation as to what was taking so long resulted in no response to the phone. Very disappointing experience tonight. We love B-Dubs and eat at this location probably twice a month. Tonight was a big turn off however. The table was sticky and covered in crumbs and it took about 5 minutes before we able to meet our waitress. When she arrived she seemed very distracted and I had to ask for the table to be cleaned even though it was obviously dirty from the last group. Took about 15 minutes to get a lemonade my wife ordered. We did get our waters relatively quickly after those were ordered. Food was good as usual but took a little longer than I expected. Worst of all, the men's room was disgusting. Took my 10 yr old in to wash our hands before we ate and it was borderline appalling. The trash can was overflowing so much there were used paper towels all over the counter. There was something in the sink, not sure what it was! The floor was wet. I can't say enough about this place! The management and staff here is absolutely incredible and the food is fabulous. I was connected to a girl named Zuri who assisted us when, as an all-volunteer nonprofit called The Dresses and Dreams Project, we were looking for donations . After the covid lockdowns, we resumed our annual Operation Prom Girl tradition where we give lots of formal gowns and much more to girls with hardships and challenging circumstances, and honored their rite of passage. . This year we called it Operation Grad Girl. At the end of a full day, each girl attending this free program gets a goodie bag loaded with items. Even after 8 years, it is difficult obtaining the donations we need . As the verse goes, "the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few". This also goes for donations :) Zuri was amazing. She assisted us by contacting the appropriate chain of command at the restaurant with our information, flyer, and letter. A few weeks later she got back to me with a yes- the upper management of this location approved 100 six piece meal cards for each of these grateful young ladies' goodie bags! And if that wasn't enough, when we came in initially to pick up the donation, the staff sat myself ( the founder) and the board's secretary down and insisted we have lunch on the house. They were just so kind and loving. And over the years, we have found this to be a rarity! We received excellent service and were treated with such honor and if we could give 10 stars we would! We hope to continue our partnership and can't wait to meet Zuri in person- she was off when we went to the restaurant! read more
