The wings are good. No problem there. And they are not the most expensive wings. My problem is receiving the wrong order. I've let this go before, but I couldn't let it go again. I called and was on hold for 5 solid minutes. I was shorted some fries. I ordered food for about 7 people. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but this isn't the first time. I was told that I had to contact the company who delivered the food for a refund. I don't see why, but okay. I reached out to doordash and I was chatting and on hold for about 15 minutes. They finally told me that Buffalo Wild Wings is responsible. "That's it," I said. My time is too valuable for this. I know that no one is perfect, and we all make mistakes. When someone finally walked by we had to get their attention in order to place a drink order. We had a sweet waitress she accommodated my husband he was trying to use to app for the resurgent and was having issues with it working she fixed it and credited him. Our party ate the wings and I tried the black bean burger it was charred a little to done for me but still tasty and a side salad. Well we have been in several times and received poor service. Tonight was probably the third time that we have been seated without our drink orders being taken. We wait at the table with half the bar and restaurant empty watching waiters scurry about while 3 or 4 gossip behind us. After waiting 15-20 minutes with no one approaching we leave. We will again say we are never returning. We were so excited to see BW3's going at Valley Ranch as it has become our favorite shopping center. Unfortunately this location has the worst service. I have been in customer service for a very long time and I love hiring employees that have worked in restaurants because they know how to multi task. I looked around and saw another table with a family and they looked pretty upset too, seemed like no one was being attentive to them either. Finally I waived down a young girl to help us. Here is came the worst experience after all. A few table included one sitting right next to our table came in after us and they still can order the traditional wings. WHAT?????
