My family and I were excited when this location opened close ti us. We visited tonight and had good service and good food but a very bad experience with the manager on duty, Brandon. He changed our experience from enjoyable to very dissatisfying. We, along with a whole restaurant full of diners, were enjoying the Houston Astros vs. Boston Red Sox baseball game. Manager Brandon came out and changed the big screen televisions to a west coast basketball playoff game that had not even started yet. I requested that he return the television and sound to the game we were already watching. He, very rudely, informed me that this playoff game "takes precedence" over the baseball game. I told him, this is Houston and we are not interested in a basketball game not involving the Rockets" He repeated that this basketball game takes precedence and walked off. My issue is not the changing of the television, but his rudeness. If this is the type treatment that I can expect at this location, I would remind ownership that we DO have other options for our dining dollars. read more

I've ordered online from this location a few times and once my food took longer then expected and after reading the reviews I was skeptical about going in and dining but I decided to give it a try. The service was good our waitress came by several times to check on us and the food was good, we didnt have to wait that long as some reviews stated they did. The place wasn't very busy at the time I'm not sure if that had something to do with it but in the future I dine in again I seemed to get my food quicker dining in than ordering online and picking it up. read more

I can't even say horrible service because we didn't even get that far. There was absolutely no service given. We were seated right away, that gave me hope since it was not so busy. There was only 2 servers while having 3 people hosting , constantly telling us that they don't have a table for us while in the restaurant there's a bunch of open tables , I'm sure if they wanted to they could've moved us together . It's hard as hell to find a decent BW3 these days. I'm not sure what has changed but it definitely changed for the worse. I love wings and I used to love BW3 but not these days. Either the food isn't right or there's some sort of racism being showed. Reach out to corporate and never receive a response back, it's just absolutely sad and disgusting. Glad I tried Pluckers! First time visit on a Friday at 5pm. We were apprehensive after reading negative reviews but had no reason to worry. The restaurant was clean, the staff cheerful and attentive, greeting us on arrival. We sat in the bar area and 3 of us split the large (22 piece) boneless wings (buffalo dry rub, Caribbean jerk, honey barbecue, blazin'). Caribbean jerk was our favorite out of the 4 flavors. Unimpressed with the dry rub. Honey barbecue was predictable but good. The Blazin' was heavy Tabasco flavor. We ate it all. Extra thumbs up to Matt. He took excellent care of us. I don't understand how this place stays in business. Long wait times, service is hands down the worst, servers don't know the menu, never have full menu in stock. Online ordering is not available right now so when it does come up and running I suggest that people use it if you want faster service. The people behind the take out counter were not that attentive. There was a 45 min wait for a table so we decided to order to go. There was a 45 min wait for that too. While I was ordering, the girl kept answering the phone and talking on her headset. I had to keep repeating myself. Then she tells me there's no ranch, just blue cheese. (We had to go get ranch across them at chili's.) she never told me I could substitute the ranch for celery sticks or carrots. When I asked, she was like well yeah if you want. When we finally got home, half of our wings were left without the sauce!!!! They forgot to add it. The carrots sticks were so tiny and old! Don't think I will be going back. read more

I think I'll stick with the atascocita location like always. This place is a fairly new location and is going through birth pains. Like any restaurant I think in time they will get there stuff together and become better. Service was mediocre, food was not great. Hostess needs to develop a welcoming personality. I noticed almost all the tables in my section were asking to speak to a manager. Place looked overwhelmed all while serving mediocre to gross food, this is Deff not a good combination to run a restaurant. I could u derstand if they were super busy but they weren't at the time. Great food, so glad BWW is finally close to Kingwood without fighting the traffic! They just opened and they are still trying to get into the swing of things! Absolutely worth the wait! So for all of the complainers that have their phone ready at the table to complain and write something stupid, grow up fruitcakes, i would love for you to come into a very fast, very busy, and so demanding atmosphere and perfect the job of these fine people in 3 days! Not sure how many stars should give this place. 1) I was trying to make an order online and some how didn't let me. 2) I called several times because the first time I called they had me waiting over 5 minutes then hung up on me, I kept calling then they'll put me on hold without answering. 3) I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, there were motorcycles on the "take out" parking spot even though they were at the bar. I'm not giving 1 star only because maybe this was a one time thing. This was my first time visiting the location and didn't enjoy my experience. I came in exclusively for drinks I didn't sit at the bar because I was with family including my young niece but considering I was only ordering drinks I thought service would come fast. Yes they were a little busy but there were so many servers on the floor it seemed like they could've handled it better. All my drinks were stuck in the window for who knows how long I watched my drinks sit there for minutes on end and even had to go up myself to get them. It seemed as though the bar team and servers were more focused on socializing amongst coworkers than attending customers, running drinks, or getting checks. Since it's been open my wife and I have eaten here twice and ordered food to go twice. There has only been one minor hiccup when I ordered to go which the manager Chris went above and beyond to fix. It's a new restaurant in an area without many restaurants so I understand why it super busy. We've haven't encountered a rude or inattentive waiter/waitress. Food has always been hot and served promptly. Only issue I had was the saucing of the boneless wings which when busy I can understand happening. On our most recent visit while it was busy, a guy, who wasn't our waiter walked by all the tables making sure everything was ok. This on top of our waitress doing the same. We'll continue to come. He changed all the big screen TVs to split screen and turned the sound off on the baseball game and turned on the sound on a basketball game that had not started. When asked to turn the sound back on the baseball game, he rudely said that basketball took precedence. I would understand that if it was our local team. They were very attentive and understanding but overall not worth the wait, the food was amazing but the service was not. The waitress we had was kinda slacking on her job, took about 15 minutes to just get a straw and ranch, and 20 minutes to get an refill of sprite. Their was eight of us and food took about 2-3 hours. The manager or seemingly so came over to publicly grip at the bar staff so something and when I mentioned I didnt have our ranch asked if the bartender had told the server which by the way he had but could get no help .. that person didnt want to hear it.
