Service service service was SUPERB and welcoming!! We were looking for a location to watch a hockey game with a dozen friends and right away this Wild Wings team was there for us!! When we arrived everything was set up as promised!! And, then our server was incredible. She interacted with our group, took our photo, and made sure we had our food and drink!! This Buffalo Wild Wings is spotlessly clean and has an incredible energy. It's no surprise that it was packed with happy people even as we headed home at about 10pm. Everyone was happy with their food (My wings were hot and crispy!) and they had an amazing beer deal!! Server is a thief. I tried using a brand new visa gift card (literally opened right out of the package) here after lunch. The server came back and said the card did not work so i had to pay another way. Long story short i figured it may have been their system not accepting the card so i saved it. Fast forward a couple weeks later i went to check the balance on the card and see that at the time of the dinner there was full balance. However, immediately after (that same day) there was transactions using the card and it is depleted. I should have checked the balance right away thats my fault. Once again, our wings and fries were cold and hard when they were brought out. The consistency with which this occurs is amazing. EVERY time my husband and I go, the order is either cold or incorrect or both. Today, however, the lady manager took the order back and had it redone (it took 30 minutes) and it was perfect. Wings were hot and juicy, fries were hot and fresh, but really, WHY does it have to be wrong FIRST? And this has gone on for several years, since we moved to Landenberg and started going to the Newark location. Stopped here today on our weekly trip back from our camper and had a wonderful experience. The food was your normal Buffalo Wild Wings fare with not let down. Our server was very enthusiastic and took great care of us and turned the NASCAR race on the TV near us. The restaurant was about 1/4 full but all the employees were friendly. We had our normal fare of buffalitos and a wrap for me. The boneless wings were were what you would expect. The shinning star in here was the servers. A couple even came by who were not waiting us to ask if we needed anything. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars? My wife and I watched the bartender who short poured every cocktail she made. Although I've always loved B-dubs wings, the service at this location was a little lacking. It was an extremely busy evening, so I'll try and be kind. However, it took FOREVER to receive our food and get refills on our drinks. My Dessert Heat wings were as good as ever. Extra spicy without all the carbs and sugar associated with the sauces. Strange: You walk into a huge open empty space, at least a good 9 feet of space before you even get to the hostess station. The take out area however, is separated by a glass wall with a door and is always cramped and crowded. Why have the wall there at all? Or why not make it equal at least? Irritating: If you leave the suffocating area for space sakes you'll most likely miss the call for your order. They came out and the shredded cheese had not been melted, the chicken was freezing cold, and the guac was completely flavorless. There was some form of cheese sauce that we couldn't quite identity. I usually have a phenomenal experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I go there quite often and have never had a bad experience... until the last time I went. Our server was Mikala. Right off the bat there was zero warmth or desire to build a relationship, which doesn't make or break an experience for me, but it's nice to feel invited and comfortable when dining out. There was a few things that truly spoiled the night though. For one, if we ever needed something, WE had to flag HER down. Maybe once or twice would she stop and check on us. She never once asked how our food was, or if we were enjoying our drinks. And then, about halfway through the game we were there to watch, she basically asked if we needed anything and we told her we were good for now, but were staying till the end of the game, so we might be ordering more drinks or food. She had the nerve to roll her eyes and go "ugh, till the end of the game?!" Like... yes... it's a sports bar? We're here to watch a game? So we told her if she was trying to leave, we didn't mind if she transferred us to which she responded "yeah but I don't wanna transfer y'all cause I did the work". I was floored. Ten of my work friends met here. This was my first time at the restaurant. I order nachos and planned to share them with my co-workers. These were the worst nachos that I ever I ate at a restaurant. The cheese was processed and thin. They were covered with a slight amount of meat. The table ordered onion rings (average), cheese sticks (average), and mini corn dogs (pretty good). Placed a delivery order here for the first time. Noticed they do not have a way to tip the driver when paying for an order. One of the orders was a lunch special, which included a drink. When my order arrived, I noticed there was no drink. I call the restaurant, who then denied I placed an order with them. They called me back sometime later, admitted they were the location I placed the order from, and told me they would refund my card the price of the drink, though it hasn't happened yet. Lots of negative reviews on here but not sure why I have been several times and it always has been consistent and tasty!

Sat on their outdoor patio with our pups and loved it! The wings here are great. I love the Parmesan herb and my hubs go to is the honey bbq and hot. The service we had was excellent and they have really nice big windows so even if you sit outside you can still check our the million TVs. I've never gone into a restaurant at peak dining time with most of the restaurant empty and being turned away because "the kitchen is sorta busy right now." Isn't that the point? To be busy and have people spend money? I could overlook the occasions when food was wrong, cold, wings had hardly any sauce but to see them turn away customers when 60% of the restaurant was empty on a Sunday at 6pm is WILD. I even asked if we could just grab a drink at the bar, seats were available per my eyes, and I was told even that was not going to happen. I don't who runs this clown show but there are so many other BWW around that they aren't a necessity if your craving BWW. Don't make the trip in, you may not be allowed to eat. My bf and I ordered dinner last night through doordash, and when the order came all of the food was cold, despite the restaurant being right around the corner from our house. Bf ordered a chicken sandwich but was given some kind of wrap with the wrong sauce. My order of french fries had queso dumped all over them instead of in the containers on the side as is customary when getting them to go. The fries were completely soggy, and the queso was crusted to the inside of the container so I knew it had been sitting for awhile. when he called back to the restaurant, they told him that he needed to get in touch with the doordash driver and that the order would be coming back out... It's your typical Buffalo Wild Wings with all the usual offerings and some specials based on Philadelphia sporting events. Service at this location is notoriously slow. If you order wings or drinks not at the bar, be prepared for a wait. The bar will serve you quickly but it's usually pretty crowded on game nights and for happy hours. They also don't clean quickly. I often have had to move drinks and food to other high top tables to be able to use a table. I don't know if this is because they are understaffed or another issue. Best to avoid this place if you want prompt service, but there are tons of screens for games. Priorities! read more
