BWW has a lot of average tasting fried foods (no surprise there) and okay drink specials. We have always had nice servers and if it is your kind of place (TVs no matter where you look) then party on. First off I would like to say we come to Buffalo Wild Wings about every week. The staff they have running this place is honest to god horrible! We walked in and hostess was very sweet! She told us that if we want to go wait outside and eat while we wait on a booth at the table then we can. We went to do that and After waiting an hour and half for the table she finally came and got us and sat us down. We then we're all situated and a waiter comes up to us and tells us we have to either go or sit back outside, not knowing any information on what happened. Then the manager who was awful came over and told us the same thing after he realized the hostess made a mistake there was no apology or anything. We have been sitting here watching the Super Bowl game since 5:15 when we got here. Server was rude and rolled her eyes anytime I asked her something. To top all of this off after we came inside from outside and settled are bill out there we brought are drinks in. Then they decided to charge us once again for a sweet tea even though we already paid for it outside. I don't know who manages this place anymore but it is horrible!!! I would never suggest this location to anyone. Go somewhere you will feel like you're welcomed and be treated with a little bit of respect. Ordered onion rings, naked wings and boneless wings. Got a salad too. All were God awful! I never review a place but this was so bad I feel compelled to. The salad had 3 half slices of green, hard, sour tomato which was inedible. The salad container had been turned on its side and was not appetizing. The boneless wings were mostly thick, hard, rough breading and inedible. The 'chicken' inside was tiny, tough, stringy and inedible. The 'thick' onion rings looked nothing like the nice pic on their website. They were greasy and burnt. I tore one open and the onion was about as thin as two sheets of paper. The naked wings also were a disappointment and of low quality. I had this for dinner and ate almost none of it. 4 hours later and I still have a stomach ache. Went in about a week ago. My wife called ahead 2 hours in advance to reserve a space for 10 people. It was a family members birthday. On arrival the person at the door had no record of our reservation. We had to wait roughly 15 minutes or so for the staff to set up an area. During this time there was confusion amongst the wait staff as to stations to care for. Finally my wife and I were seated. We ordered 2 drinks, it took 10 minutes to get them. After all our guests arrived they ordered as well some drinks, we had one guest who waited 15 minutes for a beer. When we all finally placed our food orders and the food came out over 20 minutes later, my dish wasn't even warm. Another 2 guests had to send back there meals not once but twice. All I can say is this experience was not one I hope anyone else ever gets. I will not be returning to this location. It was almost 3 hours later when we left. The waitress was probably the only good point. She tried her best to care for all our needs but was also covering way to many other areas because of all the staffing arguments that occured during our visit. read more

Went for lunch with my uncle and a family friend, our servers name was la la, she was awesome! It was 60 cent wings, such a good deal! Their teriyaki wings are the best!! I absolutely love this place. They also carry a lot of beers that most restaurants don't. You can always watch sports and fights there too. Its an all around awesome place. They have these people that come around, they're called "guest experience captains", they are supposed to make sure everything is going well, bring you free beer samples, and give you free stuff basically. The service here was ok. Seem to take awhile to get our food. This place was extremely loud. There was a drunk lady behind us yelling and dancing around. The food that I got was pretty good only thing I didn't like about it was the barbecue sauce that they used on the chicken wrap the French fries or crispy and good and I'm not really a french fry a person. But if you're looking to go out to watch some sports they have a burger and some fries this place is ok with that being said hopefully this helps you guys out and making a decision. Wow! Disappointed. Not in the service but the food. The shrimp poboy is not edible as a sandwich. Had to be eaten with a fork. The bread was sooo small. The bar staff is friendly and the food is decently priced. I work nearby and will usually grab lunch here a couple times a week. If you go on a day where any sporting event is playing, prepare to wait. Also, they have that 2pm liquor law. I've only had one problem in the 50+ times I've been there and the general manager, Bryan, was very nice about it. Unfortunately, the employee I had a problem with still recognizes me and, coincidentally, whenever he's working my food takes over 40 minutes to get to my table even if I'm the only person sitting at the bar before lunch rush. First time visiting this location. Unfortunately, I will say we won't be visiting a second time. The waitress was great though! There's nothing negative that pertains to the staff which is the only aspect that was good. The place itself seemed grimy and old. There was an odor that the room had that seemed a bit musty but it was pretty strong and unpleasant. The carpeting looked like it has taken a beating, too. Sadly our food was disappointing as well. I really like Buffalo Wild Wings. But This is the worst one I've ever been in. I checked my watch when I started to think it's been A LONG time since I was seated. It was 26 minutes and I still had nothing to drink. I ordered wings and an entree and everything came together. No big deal. But then I didn't see the waitress (in a basically empty restaurant on Sunday night) for 40 minutes. Then when I asked for the check it took over 10 minutes to produce. That doesn't sound like a lot but sit for ten minutes and see. Also, I realize it's a sports bar but does the volume of one game have to be "100" decibels? And the two different flavored wings were a 4/10. BWW corporate needs to visit this location and either kick some butt or shut it down. They give a bad name to the brand. read more

Then they said if we wanted the food we ordered they would take our food but since we already started eating. Had lunch here today while out doing some shopping in the area, and I hate to say I was pretty disappointed. This was my first trip to Buffalo Wild Wings, so I played it safe to theme and ordered their wings. I got the buffalo wings with the buffalo seasoning - you can choose whether you want sauce or a dry seasoning. An order of the buffalo chips, which are thin sliced potato rounds, and some spinach artichoke dip for a starter. The dip was very watery and room temperature, which made it all the more obvious it was probably frozen to begin with. The chips were kinda stale and very salty. The buffalo chips were alright, just kinda plain. That's partially my fault, because you can get them with seasoning on them, but I chose not to. The wings were really dry. I got the boneless variation, and they seemed way over fried. They were kinda chewy, and the buffalo seasoning I got on them was like that buttery salt stuff you can get at the movie theater. 8 wings is like 10 bucks too, which is kinda crazy. My whole meal was like 25 bucks, which I thought was kinda high for what I was served. Tried to use a coupon which said it was buy one get one free for the wings. Called the store and spoke to an employee who did not tell me it was dine in only for this location. Even said that they couldn't do it over the phone but they could do it when I came in the restaurant . Apparently it was dine in only. Does not specify in the email since it is by location and when I tried to look up a BWW through the site this location came up....... manager does not ask any questions or attempt to figure out the issue. No customer care. Only takes it off my bill. Employee opened each container to show me what I was getting. The amount of fries they gave me barely created a single layer in the bottom of that container. Overpaid for food which I was then shorted. Won't be returning to this location that's for sure. We were here on Sunday afternoon. Got right in & had our choice of seats. Our server was quick getting us drinks. After that everything went down. We had to flag down our server & ask to order. I ordered wings, my husband ordered a burger. When the food came, the wings were very over cooked, tough and dry. My husband's burger was better, but it was an open-faced one and we had to wait 10 minutes before we saw our server walking past to ask her for silverware. We had finished eating and our drinks were empty for another ten minutes before we saw the server to ask for the check. After another great length of time we finally got the check and left. My wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings(a 30 minute drive because we live in Riverside) and their power was out. So we waited outside for 20 minutes, while servers came in and out buying Girl Scout cookies. One server was upset about my shirt; a black T-shirt with an American flag with a blue stripe in support of police officers. We joked that she would be our waitress when in fact she was. Well kinda. When she noticed we were placed in her section she informed the host that she didn't want to serve us (within earshot as we were literally seated beside the host stand) The host told her it was her section and to stop being difficult. Which I admit he probably could have found better words to use. So she screamed "I am not serving them" and pointed at us. The host asked her to calm down because there were multiple customers in the restaurant. So she said "I will f-ing slap you on the side of yo head. You got the wrong one." Needless to say we got up to leave and instead the host(Gavin) came over and offered to serve us. He never missed a beat and provided excellent service. It's sad that the police officers she hates so much, keep her safe and protect her freedom of speech. Y'all pray for our country. Management avoided our table and we needed to request the manager two separate times. They did not come over to speak with us until after we paid and our meal was finished. read more

Slow service and bad management. When you call they will tell you 15/20 mins for take out but it takes them almost 1 hour to get one small order ready even though they aren't busy. I was there waiting for my order a lot costumers were complained either their orders are late or wrong. read more
