Honestly should've just switched restaurants when I saw the poor reviews, but wanted to give it a chance since it's one of the few sit down places open right now. Big mistake y'all. First, our service was incredibly poor. Liz served us and she was really blunt and rude. When taking our orders we were trying to ask a few questions, and she snapped at us. She even said "sh*t" twice while finishing up with us, and it was very awkward and unprofessional as I was dining with my younger sisters. In addition, our food was less than appetizing. My sister's wings came out dry. Luckily Frances, the waitress that brought the food out was much nicer and accommodating. She noticed the dry wings and offered to get us another sauce. My other sister had a wrap that had zero chicken in it- it was just iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. After we were done eating and paying, Liz asked if we wanted a box for the wrap and we told her that we didn't since it was not good. She told us "well if you would've told me I would've taken it off" and rudely laughed. She did not ask how things were so I was never in the position of telling her that the food was bad. My total was just under $20, $19 and change. I provided my phone number to get my rewards for this visit, I paid cash and the cashier took my receipt. It's decent. Everything is overpriced. They charge like $10+ for a beer on draft and $30 for 20 wings. They want you to scan a QR code at the table to look at the menu on your phone, order food/drinks and pay your bill on it. So the servers hardly come to your table anymore. Service at BWW is typically pretty subpar, and this location is no exception. Servers usually take awhile to acknowledge you, (10-15 minutes) and pro activity is minimal. My server passed my table 5x before bringing bill and my credit card was out in plain sight the whole time. Nothing bussed from the table. Had to wave down another server for refills. Food is decent quality, brought out salad and hot entree at same time which is never ideal. read more

Shockingly terrible experience between GrubHub and Buffalo. Half of the order was missing completely. The other half was prepared incorrectly. Wings weren't done or crispy, virtually no sauce, and missing veggies and dipping sauce. Came into town for my sisters birthday & the family wanted to eat here. They said this was the best location but the experience proved wrong. It took awhile to order our food. When we tried to reach our server, she said she would be right back and it took an extra 10 minutes before she came back and we were able to finally order. At first I tried to make excuses for her benefit but we realized how the restaurant was not busy at all. Half of our tables food came out 15-20 minutes before the other half. Their returning customers began to get irritated. They finally spoke up to me about the servers attitude from the beginning and I completely agreed with them. I noticed it at the beginning but did not want to speak upon it. At the end of the visit, server was still at this point not attentive and seemed even more irritated because she had to go back and forth to our table about the rewards from the returning customers. When we were finally able to figure out the receipt, I personally gave her my card that declined & when she walked my card back to the table, she tossed it on the table and said to us short that it did not work and walked away. We ended up just using our cash & when we walked out of the restaurant, I looked back to find our server. I saw her walking towards the patio, she saw us walk out but she didn't even bother to check up on us one last time or to even make sure we paid our our tab. I believe this servers name is LIZ (as it was stated on our receipt) , she had blonde hair and bangs? Not 100% sure on the name because the server said she was using the managers card at the end of the visit (probably for the rewards). I stopped going to BWW because I always believed their service is always bad or slow, but my family was adamant that this location was the best one out of all the locations in this area. We walked in at 6:45PM and it is currently 7:15PM and the two tables on both sides of us still haven't been cleaned. Guests are having to flag down servers for things. I'm not sure if they are short staffed tonight or what but it is not very busy for the service to be this slow. When we walked in the hostess and another server seemed to be standing around doing nothing. 7:27PM: there are now four tables that have not been cleaned including the two from when we first walked in. 7:48PM: Guests have now sat down at the dirty tables because there are no clean tables available in the bar. This is the only way tables are getting cleaned right now. The food was meh. The chicken on my buffalitos was very dry and the traditional wings also looked dry and just didn't look appetizing. We bumped the rating to two stars because we did receive a free pitcher of beer and because our server was nice. Luckily I had points to use to cover most of our bill but still it's still disappointing to use my points on such a meh meal/experience. One year ago I took my girlfriend on a date to this location in Happy Valley, the service was sub-par at best. The food was decent but a little cold and when asked why we found it was sitting in the back a while before our waitress could get to it because our waitress went on break. I understand miscommunication but the lack of care by management was a concern. Moving forward... last week I took my now fiancé on a "chance to redeem date" to the same location. We were immediately seated as the place is less than half full and not too busy at all. The waitress took 15 minutes before welcoming us. She took our drink order and after 15 minutes, we decided to leave. We literally sat there for 30 minutes, we saw our waitress once and didn't even get water. That place has had horrible service and continues to be true a year later. I could have said maybe it was a first offense and unfortunately due to Covid they had issues. But that's not the case. Food took a long time (about 35 minutes, we ordered 3 snack wings) and my friend asked to have hers re-tossed as the sauce was close to dry when it came out. The wait was long on a Friday night...we get it, it was busy but still there wasn't anyone getting back to us giving us an expected timing. It just seemed completely disorganized; there were plenty of staff running around but no one appearing to get anything done. They eventually sat us, but no one came to take our order. We kept trying to flag someone down but nada. The one thing they were doing superbly well was to avoid eye contact. After about 15 min, I noticed what looked like the manager pointing at us and working to get someone over. By this time, it was getting too close to movie start time so we just got up an left. Never been that particularly impressed with BWW (their commercial are good...lol), but unless you have a whole afternoon to spend at a restaurant, I'd recommend staying away from this one. read more

I went last week to BWW. I Love the food but service is so bad. Hostess seated us pretty quick but from than on the waitress was non existent. 20 min for drinks , another 15 min to order and we got our wings about 30 min after that. We ordered chips and salsa which came after the wings were out. Not sure what they are doing there. They need training so bad. It wasn't even that busy. I have been coming when they first opened. I really like the place. Hope the manager fixes the issues Went back. Service was much better. They were busy and still quick. Nice fix. Went again and service was terrible.
