I usually roll to the Metro Center BWW, but their online ordering system was having some issues and when I called them, I was on hold for 5 minutes and decided to say screw it, hung up and then ordered online here. I placed my order for me and a couple of coworkers and I placed the order to be picked up at 12:40. I got in my car and drove up! I got there right at 12:40, was greeted by multiple people, including a manager, paid for my food, and then waited. And waited, and waited, and waited. I did not get my food until 12:56pm. What is the point of ordering your food for pickup at a specific time, if its not ready at that time? It pisses me off, big time! (I once wrote a complaint letter to another BWW about the same thing, and they told me that it takes longer to make the wings "extra crispy". Makes sense, but if that's the case, when an order comes in at 11:30 to be picked up over an hour later, throw those damn wings in the fryer 5 minutes early. Know what I mean?) Anyways..........I got my food and made my way out to my car. I got in my car, and noticed that they didn't give me any napkins. WTF? Strike two! Another pet peeve of mine is when I receive no napkins. Anyways......on to the food! I went with a medium order of wings (15 wings) and split it in 2 flavors. I went with Medium and Salt and Vinegar. I ordered mine extra crispy, and all drumsticks. Know what? They were freaking fantastic! Might have been the best BWW wings I have had to date. They were extra crispy yet still moist on the inside. Usually with extra crispy wings, you get some dried out chicken. This chicken was perfect. Whoever their wing cook was today, he did a damn fine job! The medium wings were coated perfectly (not too much sauce) and the salt and vinegar dry rub wings were really awesome, too! I mowed down my wings in about 10 minutes (due to having to wait to get my shit, but I already complained about that once in this review ;-) lol!) due to having to get back to work on time. Overall, great wings, great customer service, but the horrible wait and no napkins was a major buzzkill. Will I be back? Probably. Oh look a bw3 is what I thought. Great place from my past and haven been meaning to order. One day on a whim it was that day. Food was good. Wings always on point as I remembered. Service was bad. Did a pick up. Came in was greeted by three people. All advised would check on my order then never returned. They didn't seem to keep on task and it's disappointing. No they weren't that busy. Looked pretty slow. Some didn't even say anything just blew by like I wasn't there. Food came late and the bag seemed lite. I asked and the girl assured me all was there. Well I got home and it wasn't. It was missing one order of fries and three ice creams. The cake shows it comes with Ice cream on the menu so it was expected and not delivered . My husband received his sandwich 30 minutes before my salad ever came out. When we asked to make sure food was in fact coming, the staff told us "yeah, but it's rare for food to come out at the same time here. Nobody really eats at the same time at a table. Like those four guys back there? The other three were done by the time the fourth guy got his food. That's just how it is.". Fries always come out cold or chewy because they die in the window, always have to reorder, is what it is. Last visit out of Coors Light on draft which is completely mind-boggling and it was their beer of the month(For April 2023) but had no substitute beer, so instead of $4 for Coors Light was $6 for Ultra Light. Just recently moved back to Phoenix after being away for a few years. Came with the family to enjoy the unlimited wings just to be met with unlimited bullshit. Our waitress Angie was exceptionally nice and very friendly. The manager Elizabeth is the complete opposite, think of the lady bus driver from south park mixed with Roz from monsters inc. While waiting for more food to come to our table, a table with a parent and teenage boys decided to toss ice around the restaurant as if we were in a Middle school lunch quad. The adult seemed to be ok with the children's behavior and you can definitely tell that entitlement is a key word in their vocabulary because after I approached him and asked that they stop, I was met with "walk away" as though I was supposed to fear this 40 year old man child. I spoke to the manager who asked the parent if they did anything to which he replied no and the manager walked away. If this was the opposite situation and it was my family doing this I guarantee you we would have been asked to leave immediately based off the fact that we are not white as the table of children with the adult child were. Because we are people of color and the location of this Buffalo Wild Wings I'm not surprised that the manager of this establishment allowed this behavior from fellow white people. Again, if it were a table with people other than white it would have been the opposite guaranteed. $100 bill just to have a manager not care about your customers experience is mind boggling. Elizabeth you suck. Plain and simple. We will never be eating at this establishment again and will stick to locations that have more customers of diversity living in the area versus the predominantly white community that surrounds others. read more

This Bdubs location is growing on me! I had a bad experience about a year ago, but the few times I've been since have been great! I recently went this past Thursday for BOGO boneless wings and they were awesome! The quality of the food was awesome and our server was super attentive and friendly. We came in during happy hour on Monday and ordered a couple of appetizers and drinks. We then ordered 2 burgers with fries for our teens and a large order of wings for everyone to share. Honestly should've just switched restaurants when I saw the poor reviews, but wanted to give it a chance since it's one of the few sit down places open right now. Big mistake y'all. First, our service was incredibly poor. Liz served us and she was really blunt and rude. When taking our orders we were trying to ask a few questions, and she snapped at us. She even said "sh*t" twice while finishing up with us, and it was very awkward and unprofessional as I was dining with my younger sisters. In addition, our food was less than appetizing. Stopped in for some lunch and ordered the boneless wings, they were horrible. Our order literally was at our table less than 5 min after ordering them.. they were dry and hard . Batter was so hard and not tasty. Sauce was ok, but what good is that when you don't like the actual "boneless wing". Server was great tho. Not his fault. Service at BWW is typically pretty subpar, and this location is no exception. Servers usually take awhile to acknowledge you, (10-15 minutes) and pro activity is minimal. My server passed my table 5x before bringing bill and my credit card was out in plain sight the whole time. Nothing bussed from the table. Had to wave down another server for refills.
