We were then told we would get menus and never got them and she came back to take our order but realized she never brought the drinks or the menus so we waited longer for that. My chicken was undercooked, we asked for waters that were brought to us as we were almost done eating. It was really not busy besides a larger table that already had their food and were just watching the game. Firstly, when I came in for the Sunday Night Football game I was told the wait was 20 minutes for a high top at the bar. It was already an hour into the game. I can get that. It took 10 minutes to seat. However, I saw as I was being seated multiple tables that were unoccupied and just not cleaned off. I didn't need to wait. Their staff was inattentive. They were not cleaning tables for a quick turn around on the opening weekend of the NFL. They didn't deliver menus and I was told to "scan with my phone" to see what was able to be ordered. Maybe I'm old-school. I want something to look at and flip through that doesn't require my own technological device to see. I came here to be served, not to play Online GrubHub with my phone. My waitress took 15 minutes just to check in on me and say Hello. It took her another 10 minutes to come back and take my order. She might be busy. If this was a shop? A check on service? She failed. The whole place failed. My first order came in about 5 minutes, so I will commend the kitchen staff and their service team that was on top of it. That might have changed my review to two stars. Except the last of this experience ruined it for me. It took my server another 20 minutes to come back and ask me how things were. I had indicated when I first sat down I would order more.
